For the promotion of the South West Games. We would like live coverage of the event on our social networks as well as a promotional video.

The South West Games competition is held annually. Several sports activities are offered for young people aged 6 to 12. In 2021, due to health restrictions, the event did not take place. The event will be held on February 4, 5 and 6, 2022.

The opening ceremony will be held on Saturday, February 5 at 1 p.m. (in the presence of the mayor and elected officials, availability to be confirmed) Four facilities will host the SO Games: Gadbois center , Atwater market, the Saint-Charles swimming pool and a school. New to be confirmed this year: crowd animation (to be validated), airbrush make-up, presence of superheroes, jumping activities. The goal is to be able to cover this event and have content for a promotional video.

Sharing the videos across our social media platforms was a great success. Collaborating with Louis and Kevin from Machiavel Studios was a seamless and efficient experience. Their communication was excellent, and they made sure to provide me with frequent updates on the progress of the project. We mostly communicated via Google Meet, and for planning we used Milanote, which made it very easy for me to put comments and directly communicate with them throughout the process.

The use of various digital platforms allowed us to collaborate effectively and efficiently, and made it easy for me to stay informed and involved in every stage of the project. Their flexibility and willingness to work with my schedule and needs was highly appreciated.

One of the most impressive aspects of working with Machiavel Studios was their ability to achieve great results with a smaller crew. The team of Louis and Kevin was so efficient in their work that it felt like they were a team of 10 instead of just 2 people. They were able to handle the entire video production process, from pre-production to post-production, with skill and efficiency.

It is worth noting that the small size of the crew did not compromise the quality of the work, in fact it was an added value for the company as it made the coordination and communication process more easy and efficient.

The level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail that they brought to our project was outstanding. They were able to understand our needs and goals and deliver results that exceeded our expectations. While there is always room for improvement, it is hard to point out any specific areas that needed improvement in our experience with Machiavel Studios.

I am responsible for partnership projects at the CEAA in Quebec. The ACEE is a network of more than 60 student entrepreneur clubs in CEGEPs and universities across Quebec.

We have collaborated with Studio Machiavel for the realization of a two-part virtual event. For the first part, we received the entrepreneur Geneviève who gave an inspiring testimony on her journey. The second part of the event aimed to bring together all the members of our network and allow them to network via the Wonder.me application.

We had 100% confidence that the Machiavelli team would deliver a quality event. It was the first initiative of this kind that we organized with an application that we knew very little about. Louis and his team were able to take charge of the technical coordination from A to Z and made us feel confident from start to finish.

First meeting to present our project at the end of January. Machiavelli's team quickly carried out research, technical tests and even the purchase of equipment to offer us the most professional rendering. We received a document with very clear instructions on how to get to the studio before the event.

Communication with the studio founder was excellent throughout the project. The video was quickly uploaded to Vimeo for replay. We made a phone call the following week to do a little post-mortem.

The comment we heard the most was that the video looked pre-recorded, the quality was so amazing. Image, sound, transitions... the rendering is impeccable.

The team at Machiavelli is available at all times to answer our questions. Phone, zoom, email, all means are good to get an answer as soon as possible. The director is extremely professional and puts in place all the necessary tools for the proper functioning of the project.

Eye for detail. We are welcomed at Studio Machiavelli like kings. Everything was coordinated and implemented, making their client feel confident and ensuring a memorable experience.

This was independent endurance challenge and fundraiser led by me and another close fiend/collaborator.

On October 2021, two fitness enthusiasts sought to challenge themselves through a series of runs throughout 48 hours straight. The goal: Raise $3000 for leucan, which supports cancer research and kids afflicted with cancer.

We needed professional production to help with fundraising. Having a nice documentary would spur further donations and gives us credibility for forthcoming projects.

We started with an explanatory meeting. We then settle on a sit-down/tell-all format were we narrate and explain the endurance challenge. B-roll would then be inserted to the shots filmed in studio. We had two cameras, filming every speaker from two angles.

We worked mainly with the cinematographer Kevin, as well as Louis, which helped set up the equipment and gave us good pointers in terms of the overall direction of the shoot.

We reached our fundraising goal as well as obtained a clean looking and well-edited video, which may serve as a springboard for future projects and even a possible YouTube fitness channel.

No real project management tools were used. I communicated directly and often with Louis and Kevin. Very responsive and professional.

Professionals. No doubt about it. On a personal note, Their creativity and good humor were a great help, which helped foster new ideas and approaches about how best to film the studio shots.

Not really, since the filming of our documentary, the company has grown a few times over. So I infer their expertise and professionalism is further enhanced.

I wanted to be personnally invested in the making of the video. I had a clear vision of what I wanted and I wanted to be able to implement it while having the skills and insights of an expert. I created a detailed plan of what I wanted in each scene, and explain what I expected in terms of camera work if needed. Machiavel never made me feel as I was too much or anything, they were really attentive and gave me ideas when needed, and got my approval everytime they shot something that they knew was important to me. they were spot on on how to deal with me and it was great

I worked with Louis and it didn't take much time to get feedbacks after the filming. we worked on 2-3 versions until we got our final product.

Our video was to put out there 2 mechanics that are well known amongst our clientele. We wanted real people for our ads, people that our customers will recognize and be surprised to see acting in an ad! We received so many good words on it, we were very happy with the results and still to this day they are recognize as the mechanics who shot a video!

It was really easy to communicate with Louis, he was very flexible and openminded. I never had to wait on him or have to send follow-up emails. he was always on top of his game

the quality of the camera work, I mean, they really are incredible! I was also impress by the down-to-earth style of Louis. Some companies can have you feel as you are just a project, an income. It really felt that they knew how important it was to us and went with it.

really, i'll say no. I still watch the ad sometimes and feel as proud as I was back then.
