For what projects/services did your company hire Lucdigi?
During our growth process, we have realised that our marketing muscles and experience were limited. Since the world going digital, we had started to look for an agency or advisory that would help us to improve our digital presence. It was important for us to find an agency that would have experience in the IT and Software space.

What was the team composition?
We have mainly in contact with our account manager. However, from time to time, we have also communicated with content writer and social media manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have been working with Lucdigi almost 2 years. During this period, our Organic google impressions increased by almost 2.000%. We have started to generate digital leads. Even we have closed 1 enterprise level deal, which was fully generated from digital channels.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was smooth. We had bi-weekly meeting with our dedicated Account Manager. They followed up on the agreed plan and informed us each step regarding to process.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We have 3 main products: CMMS, Field Service Tablet App and Change Request Management (SaaS). Finding an agency which understands the technical capabilities of these products and wring relevant contents around these products was not easy for us. Lucdigi’s IT know-how is the most impressive thing about this company.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Everything is going well. I don't have any suggestions for improvement.

We were looking for an agency that would help us to improve our digital presence and increase our lead generation. It was important for us to find an agency that would run the whole process starting with generating the value proposition to demand generation.
We hired Software Marketing Agency to help us through these stages. We worked on our value proposition, building our website content, creating a digital marketing annual plan, creating content generation, and social media management.

We want to increase our website traffic and the digitally generated leads.
How did you select this vendor?
Rather than choosing a digital marketing agency that works in different verticals, we wanted to work with one that had the industry experience. Looking at this vendor's past experience and after having the initial chemistry meetings, we thought that they were going to speak the same language and understand our vision better.

After selecting this vendor, we had a several meetings in which we explained them what we had done and what we dreamed of doing in the future to make sure they understand our history and our future goals. Then, they worked on a draft plan on which they presented their ideas around:

- Managing social media marketing
- Updating website regularly
- Annual digital marketing plan
After some iterations, we finalized our plans and started to work on each area on the plan.
What was the team composition?
I worked closely with the dedicated Account Manager from the agency and our CTO stepped in to support us with the technical specs when needed.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since beginning to work with this vendor, our website traffic increased by an average of 33%; our social media accounts started to gain a significantly increased amount of new followers and new impressions. Our google search presence improved and we started to appear in the pre-agreed queries.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our dedicated Account Manager was very quick to grasp our vision and our needs. He followed up on the agreed plan rigorously and arranged regular meetings to catch up. He also came up with many suggestions and also concrete solutions. The service was simply tailor-made.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We are especially very happy to work with our dedicated Account Manager because he is very easy to approach and always ready to help. Sometimes we might have no idea about what we should be doing next and he is always showing us the right path with his understanding of our vision, his vast network of relevant suppliers in the related areas of expertise needed, and his calm and collaborative style in his communication.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There can always be more room for more structuring in plans but we are currently we are very happy with the level of service we receive.
For nearly two years, the client has been working with Lucdigi. As a result, their organic google impressions have increased significantly, and they are generating general leads. The workflow is smooth, and the team follows the agreed plan for the project.
