Processes have been implemented, thanks to which the sales mechanism is available for both individual and commercial customers without registration. Our system detects such situations and suggests the client's profile accordingly, based on various parameters. In this case, after logging in, the customer sees all orders, regardless of how they were placed.
Thanks to far-reaching integration with our second OFSY2 system, it allowed to use the advantages of both systems to the maximum. As a result, the B2B customer, while logged in, sees his individual promotional product prices.
An institutional client is also important for Merida, which is why our e-commerce is also adapted to such a client. B2I customers can order in a form typical for an institution, i.e. with a deferred payment date. As a result, it can be observed that B2I customers willingly use this form of ordering.
The design of the online store from the very beginning was created to be as flexible as possible. By creating a store with Vue.js and using REST API to provide dynamic data, it is possible to scale the store and dynamically adapt to the sudden increase in the number of users. We used cache and CDN, which allows us to serve a large number of users without affecting the performance and comfort of users. During the coronavirus pandemic, these mechanisms were tested by users.

The system also provides two-way integration with the ERP system, to which we are able to provide data about orders, payments, the method of dividing packages, collect accounting data and the status of orders. We were given the task by Bickhardt-Bau Polska to prepare a new business card for the company, which will prove the company's progress and modernity.
We focused on the unconventional and original design of both the menu and the entire site. The main idea, and at the same time the goal, was to make the application look great on very large screens while maintaining its proper operation on smartphones and tablets. Initially, we encountered small fears and slight uncertainty on the part of the company's management board regarding such an innovative approach regarding the design of the new site. After presenting the advantages of our idea, we were able to convince the customer to it and thanks to this decision we obtained a fresh and unusual effect. Positive reactions after making the site public confirmed our belief that the choice of such a solution was right.

Custom e-Commerce platform that facilitates the selection and purchase of appropriate tires for selected applications along with service appointments booking. In the process of designing and creating applications, we encountered many challenges related to the specificity of our client's industry, including the complexity of products parameters, advanced search engine for different types of tires, ERP integration with stocks syncing, dynamic price lists for customers, and scheduling service appointments during order placement process. The heart of the application is an advanced search engine that differs depending on the purpose of the tires. Individual customers will appreciate the mechanism of selecting tires for a specific car model.
An interesting feature is the visit booking system straight from the shopping cart. For the convenience of users, the entire process is simplified as much as possible.

Thanks to the calendar module, it is possible to create events and plan work related to the sales process. Users have various roles and permissions that provide access to selected functionalities and sensitive data. One of the most interesting features is the automatic order import configurator that allows creators to map data from CSV, Excel files and more in row and matrix formats.
The application is integrated with the ERP system, it has its own webservices for data exchange and API for integration with B2B and B2C applications

The functionality of the EDI2 system is similar to the e-commerce system, but with an emphasis on the speed of operation and the possibility of mass filtering and selection of products for various places of delivery. In addition to the functionality of the product catalog, cart and orders, typical for the e-commerce system, the EDI2 system allows you to work in the context of various payers and provides the ability to download accounting documents in the form of invoices and good issues documents.
