Loginworks was hired to develop a develop KPI reports to show compliance with the labor tracking (timesheet) guidelines.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goals were to automate development of the Timesheet and Re-class KPI report using Power BI. This report was being generated in Excel manually every month

I contacted several vendors that I found through recommendations and Internet searches. I contacted each one of the vendors to explain the problem and obtain a recommendation of the solution approach and a price quote. They were the vendor that provided the best solution proposal for a reasonable cost.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
The Excel spreadsheet created manually to produce the Timesheet and KPI reports were provided to the vendor along with the dataset required to produce the report. Loginworks developers produced a prototype that we reviewed together and provided our feedback on. They then went on the develop the final solution based on the specs and feedback provided.
What was the team composition?
Loginworks provided a Project Manager and some developers to develop the reporting solution.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
This reports has enabled us to automate generation of the report and add drill-through capabilities, which were not available with the manual version of the report. The time required to generate the manual report was cut down significantly and our users are able to use the report to obtain timely information and identify the root cause of the non-compliance.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Loginworks provided a Project Manager and some developers to develop the reporting solution. Checkpoint meetings where scheduled throughout the project timeline to review progress and provide feedback. This process worked very effectively for us and allows to complete development and testing of the report in approximately 2 months.

Their responsiveness and knowledge of the Power BI platform

Voice communication over the web conference bridge provided by Loginworks was sometimes an issue. Provision of a toll-free number to reach them in India later on helped with this issue.

Hired Loginworks to assist with the creation of a Power BI report to display a variety of KPI Visualisations including a map, line graphs, donut charts and column graphs.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal was to turn around this report as soon as possible due to a reporting requirement by the company. The loginworks team lead by Niharika were very determined to exceed expectations and deliver quality report on time.
How did you select this vendor?
I posted a job item on a freelancer site where I had over 20 interested parties offer to work with me on the project. I choose LoginWorks primarily because they had a "team" of quality individuals and the man-power to complete the work in a timely fashion.
Ankit (sales) arranged a call with me shortly after acceptance and walked me through the process of working with Loginworks. LoginWorks created a good impression with me from my first interaction.
Describe the project in detail.
The project involved creating a power bi report with 14 visualisations with complex calculations involving a map, donut charts, column charts, and general number figures. The report was primarily related to financial information.
What was the team composition?
A team of developers worked on the report, lead by Niharika. Regular interactions involving messages through freelancer site, Skype Calls and Messages were done to ensure a successful project.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The ability to see the information contained within the report promptly without slowness, or un-necessary user interaction has been very impressive.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The interaction was seamless where I had Niharika to deal with through-out the project. This kept discussions on track, and to the point, and avoided me having to explain the same thing again and again to multiple people. Niharika and the team worked amazingly hard across a weekend also to ensure that the project remained on schedule. They were able to meet what was an incredibly tight deadline.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
It was my first time working with an external agency in a different country. I was initially concerned about how this might work out, and how communications would be given time-zone differences. This was proven to not be an issue at all with Niharika providing regular updates, and ensuring we were always a step ahead in the project.
Are there any areas for improvement?
The project went really well. The other minor improvement that could be made is perhaps suggesting if the data could be shown in a clearer way with different visualisations.

We created PowerBI reports of customer feedback that we were looking to disseminate to a userbase. The reporting portal needed to be password protected and capable of handling row-level security in PowerBI. There was also a ticket tracking system incorporated that would allow field users to surface and resolve customer complaints.

I mostly communicated with one point of contact at Loginworks, but she very clearly had a team of colleagues that were executing the work.

I’m the founder of Gift Go Now. It’s an online gifting portal that sells cakes, flowers, and a variety of other items.
What challenge were you trying to address with Loginworks Softwares INC?
We don’t own any of the items that we offer; we just partner with third-party suppliers, some of which aren’t connected to the internet. We needed to develop a system that allowed them to withdraw our payments in cash.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Loginworks Softwares INC integrated our e-commerce platform with a new payment system that accommodates our cash-based suppliers. They worked with multiple APIs, providing frontend and backend development services using Node.js and jQuery. On the frontend, the team designed the payment page’s interface. For the backend, they connected it to the servers of the various financial institutions we use for payment.

Initially, we spoke with a sales manager to set up our account. Then, we were assigned a project manager and several programmers to work on the website.

We recently created a website that helps graphic designers find the right resources for their projects. For example, someone looking for vector art can search our repository for a relevant image. We completed the website on our own, but we needed a vendor experienced in working with Stripe to set up the subscription and billing process.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Loginworks Softwares INC integrated our website with Stripe to handle users’ automatic payments and send out confirmation alerts. They did a much better job than most of the other companies I’ve worked with. They were timely, professional, and driven. In terms of customer service, their entire team is nice, courteous, and receptive to feedback. Overall, it was a positive collaboration.
We regularly spoke with our primary point person via Skype, but we had a larger group chat on Upwork. Someone from their team was always available. For example, our primary contact was away for a few hours, but we needed a status update. We reached out, and they handled it. If there was ever a miscommunication, they fixed it promptly. If we requested a demo, they sent one over as soon as they could.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. If anything, they were too nice. It was a refreshing experience, and I hope to have more work for them in the future. It was a small project, but I’m confident in their abilities.

Failing to raise issues or defects immediately can cost an entire day, but we had small time windows for phone or chat communication; if the windows were not used effectively, delivery was often delayed.
