We had a lot of mess since everything was 100% manual. We decided that we needed a system to also have electronic invoicing. The idea was to improve the administrative and operational aspects, to be more efficient in the processes.

The company contacted us and we were interested since it was a very complete, versatile and, above all, user-friendly system.

In 2016 we started with the project armed to our needs. We include client/supplier modules, merchandise stock, budgets, daily cash, personnel control, very complete searches and reports, electronic invoicing. The initial thing was to load the information for the server database. Besides we also have 2 client machines and 1 PDA.

We receive the support of 4 people, commercial assistant, support and design area, including its director who is involved in each situation to find the best product.

The investment was very profitable, we improved processes by 70% and management times have been reduced and simplified. The beginning was a great challenge, in just 3 months we already had this great tool, essential today.

There was a national request for companies in the country to migrate to electronic billing systems. We had to use a specific software to connect with the databases of the National Taxing office, so we hired Logikom to develop this software for us.

Logikom developed the software for us. They integrated some ERP-like features and many other functionalities that we didn’t have before. Later on, we asked them to do custom updates to the system.

We searched online and interviewed companies that we thought were a good fit for the project. We selected about five providers, all of whom we met in person. After this selection process, we ultimately felt like Logikom was the best choice.

We started working with them around October 2017, and they still update our system on a yearly basis.

Through referrals from well-known people, I came to Logikom. I received excellent advice, absolutely remarkable, they answered each and every one of my questions clearly; They guided me through the process of getting the system up and running. The price was reasonable but the attention stood out from the rest of the companies that I contacted for the same service.

Electronic invoicing system (which is mandatory for certain companies in our country) We invoice with Logikom software, we obtain reports for tax settlement. Since it is a small company that sells services, we do not use other benefits.

The first contact was with Mario Carrizo, who impeccably advised me on the software and the procedure to implement it. Afterwards, the technical consultations on operation were channeled by telephone with the technical team. We want to emphasize that they always treated us with kindness. They give us clear and precise explanations that allow us to resolve the given situations at all times. We are really very satisfied with the service.

Without hesitation! We would be happy to share Logikom news. They have worked impeccably with us, giving us the best service, advice and technical support; highlighting the good treatment, cordial and always providing a solution.
