Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Unfortunately I can't share info about site's users, since they are one of the main outcome of the project. But I can tell that we were quite happy with implementation deadlines, designs and quality. Integration phase gave us a bit headache, but we managed to implement it.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
There was no dedicated project manager from their side, since product owner from our side was doing management as well. However lead developer overtook part of management role for development side. They were using Jira and scrum process with two weeks sprints.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I really liked how design phase was made, so we have resolved part of the issues upfront. Also their expertise in telecom area is very good.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They might improve their devops expertise, so it could help them to automate certain things and setup better CI/CD.
Though the company are unable to share any measurable data, they are satisfied with the performance of the Load.me team. The client was also happy with the designs and implemented their goals successfully. The company was most impressed with the team's subject matter expertise.
