We generated over 50 confirmed bookings for a nation-wide moving company.
The client offers moving services across the United States. As they were growing and moving into new markets, they needed help building awareness of their brand within the moving industry and obtaining more bookings in key markets. They are a startup so we needed to develop a moving company marketing strategy in order for them to see the ROI for their efforts.
We devised a plan to get this moving company lead generation, brand affinity, and qualified bookings. To do this we employed both organic and paid digital marketing efforts to help achieve the client’s goals. What started as 0 followers on all of their social accounts grew to 3,217 in 5 months. SaaS B2B Strategy for Community Engagement App
About: The client developed a unique software platform to help large B2C enterprises involve employees and customers in serving their community, empowering them to share inspiring stories and showcase volunteering efforts to initiate brand advocacy.
What they were seeking: They were looking for a team with strong expertise in executing ad campaigns and generating enterprise leads on LinkedIn. The end goal was to generate brand awareness and schedule demos with target executives and optimize for a low CPL per qualified demo sign-up.
What we did: We consulted on, executed and monitored ad campaigns to generate qualified enterprise leads. Identified 2 creative concepts, setup campaigns, ad groupings, and tracking. We designed ads based on creative concepts and set the messaging and tone of voice. We created lead generation forms to capture contact information for demo call.

Increasing Voter Turnout for 2020 Election
The Ad Council, known for its PSAs and willingness to tackle social issues to drive change, sought to increase voter turnout for the 2020 presidential election. They wanted to target underrepresented communities, eligible voters who were not registered, and those who did not vote in the previous election.
Llama Lead Gen was tasked with developing a robust social media engagement strategy on Reddit. Using the platform’s beta ad products, we were able to keep costs low while still obtaining high CTR. To date, the campaign has exceeded expectations. To date, the campaign has generated $3.68M in spend, 497.7M impressions, 148.7M users reached, and 732.4K sessions to the website.

The workflow between the Ad Council and Llama Lead Gen teams is seamless. We regularly communicate through e-mail and Slack; it’s not unusual for the communication between teams to occur multiple times a day. We also have weekly status check-ins and reporting overviews to discuss the latest updates and progress on the campaigns that they oversee.

I’m most impressed by how proactive the Llama Lead Gen team is with managing our campaigns. I run marketing for a fraud solutions company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Llama Lead Gen?
Llama Lead Gen helps us market ourselves to generate money so that we can help more banks and lenders with fraud. We want to bring our solution to more banks and lenders in order to create awareness of the various solutions that are available to them to combat fraud.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I reached out to help us with sponsored LinkedIn posts. We were hosting a webinar and wanted to generate more attendance via paid social ads. I connected with Adam (Founder & CEO) and he walked me through all the steps to get that campaign up and running. By the time that one was going, we had a white paper ready for a second one. He helped with everything from setting up an initial campaign to running competing ads and testing and learning from that.
He also assisted with creative content that would be presented in the ad. Working on the copywriting of the ad, he helped with wording so it would generate the most clicks. He helped me understand the analytics of the campaign in a very nuts and bolts way.
Currently, he’s in the middle of a digital audit of the digital marketing capabilities of our competitors. The plan is to take a look at what they’re doing, and figure out how to launch a paid Google Ad campaign to address that. We’ve also been talking about email marketing campaigns too.

I’m the director of media at a non-profit organization that's dedicated to using advertising to change behaviors on key topics. I'm involved in both social and emerging platforms.
What challenge were you trying to address with Llama Lead Gen?
We buy or place media on Reddit in order to get our creatives in front of audiences. We were looking for help running our budget for Reddit. We wanted someone with an understanding of the platform who could work alongside us and create plans that drive engagement and lower cost.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Llama Lead Gen is working with us to build media plans. They are liaising between the teams that build the campaigns and translating their objectives into that media plan. They are also addressing questions coming from Reddit, providing wrap up reports, and providing feedback to the team based on what they suggest.
We would do a sit down with the campaign team and understand what assets they have to run their objectives, their call to action, their target, and Llama Lead Gen will put together a media plan. We will then review their output, give feedback and suggestions, and then confirm with the media team that we work with.

Adam was very flexible. He uses certain communication tools that were not the best process for our relationship, but he easily pivoted to the process that we have internally. He moves at a good pace and is able to keep up with how quickly we need things implemented. At the pace that we’re going, things could have been smoother if we slowed down a bit.
With the amount of work that we had to do in a small amount of time, we’re very pleased with how quickly he was able to understand our organization in order to navigate between project management for our teams and with our Reddit partners. A lot of our communication was done through Slack or emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their pace of being able to start a project was impressive. They were able to jump in and reach out to our team and get the information they needed in order to get things moving quickly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think they could work on their accuracy. There are things that need to be double-checked so we don’t run into things that would affect the project drastically. Overall, nothing happened that was detrimental to our business or launching on time.

Make sure you’re up to speed with him because he was able to implement a bit quickly and making sure that what is communicated is understood; provide regular updates every week to have that constant verbal communication.

They created a holistic digital marketing strategy based on my goals and researched 5 of our competitors which was extremely helpful to understand what successes they had digitally and what their footprint was.
We had several discovery calls and they built all of my paid ads and organic social marketing campaigns from scratch. They also set up my CRM (HubSpot) and chatbots on my website. They managed the campaigns for several months while providing continued optimizations and areas for improvement.
What was the team composition?
Mostly worked with Adam. Also worked with Beliz, Natalia, Joe, and Amar. Adam is very involved in the process which is great from a project management perspective.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We saw an increase in qualified leads each month (+12%) which was a great additional source of lead flow for my business.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Adam was highly communicative and thorough in his work with me. We used shared google drives for transparency and project management tools like Trello for organization.

I’m the founder of Providertech. We’re a healthcare technology company that provides communication solutions for healthcare service providers and payers. In a way, it’s like healthcare marketing.
What challenge were you trying to address with Llama Lead Gen?
As a B2B business, we were working in Google Ads and found that the leads were not qualified for us. We needed to find larger providers that could host our platform. Thus, we looked to Adam (Founder) to get us into LinkedIn lead generation.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We wanted to leverage the LinkedIn platform to remove smaller companies and target the companies that we wanted to serve as potential buyers for our product. Llama Lead Gen helped us get in front of these people. They worked with LinkedIn ads and built the service from the ground up. This included the development of ad copy, visuals, filters, and targeting.

We were working with 3-4 people, including Adam. He had people working on the backend and graphic designers for the imagery.

I think we could’ve worked with better expectations according to our cost level. We could’ve set more expectations up front about how this could be different with a larger budget.

Communication between parties is key. That’s very constructive and helpful.
