The Client
Heineken is a world-famous and age-old Dutch beer brewer, present in more than 190 nations with a broad selection of beers and ciders. Everything they do is focused on achieving two distinct objectives: brewing the best beers in the world and building the best brands in the world. They’re committed to driving innovation, boosting sales, reducing expenses, and investing in their brand for the long term.
The Challenge
Have you ever gone to a great party or relaxed in the park with some friends in the company of some beer or wine? Then you’ve probably faced the issue of an empty fridge or cooler at some point. You can’t drive after drinking, it might be raining outside, you can’t leave the party unattended, or the grocery store is too far away. What to do now?
The Solution
Together with Heineken Malaysia, Lizard Global created Drinkies: a platform where you can order all sorts of beer, wine, liquor, and snacks. With just a couple of clicks on your device, your order is delivered to your doorstep and the party can continue. With a mobile bar, music, a bartender on location, and loyalty and reward integrations, the Drinkies app has it all.

Transvision/Nederlandse Spoorwegen | OV.Taxi
The Client
Transvision provides transportation solutions. One of their core services is to provide door-to-door transportation services that allow users to use Transvision for organizing and executing a trip that requires multiple means, such as taxi and public transport (bus/metro/taxi). With this core service, they specialize in helping the less-abled meet their mobility needs.
The Challenge
After the MaaS solution of VaxiTaxi, transporting people from their homes to COVID-19 vaccination centers and back, Transvision shifted its focus to a more general need: transport to and from train stations in The Netherlands. By taking over the existing solution of NS-Zonetaxi.
The Solution
The solution of OV.Taxi is a replacement solution for NS-Zonetaxi, transporting people from their doorstep to NS stations and back. People can easily and efficiently book their rides on the OV.taxi website, accessible on all devices.

Suspicious Antwerp
The Client
Suspicious Antwerp is an Antwerp-based lifestyle streetwear company that offers unisex clothes internationally via its own website. Philipe Libert and Frederik Janssens started the company in 2017 as part of a project during their studies at the University of Antwerp.
The Challenge
Suspicious Antwerp only used to have a webshop, but not a mobile app. E-commerce platforms that do not offer a mobile app might not provide the full experience to their customers. After all, the world is moving towards mobile, mobile apps are faster than web apps, and they offer greater functionality as they have access to system resources.
The Solution
The solution of Suspicious Antwerp consists of a mobile e-commerce application for iOS and Android. With this application, Suspicious Antwerp can place its full brand experience in the pockets of its customers.

The Better Sudoku
Currently, there are quite a few Sudoku applications on the market. However, most of those applications have old school designs and functions, limited amounts of puzzles, and the applications are not being updated with new content. The few good sudoku applications are packed with ads, which negatively impacts the gaming experience. In addition, there is no sudoku application on the market yet that allows users to scan a hardcopy sudoku puzzle and turn it into a digital version in your app.
Together with the clients of The Better Sudoku, we designed and developed a cutting-edge sudoku application, allowing users to solve puzzles without ads, purchase premium subscriptions to play medium and high difficulty levels and scan hard copy sudoku puzzles (e.g. from your newspaper) to play them on their mobile phone. The mobile app also includes comprehensive statistics of your puzzle progress over time.
Users can easily turn the sudoku game in your daily newspaper into a digital experience by scanning it with the in-app OCR scanner. Integrated technologies recognize the structure of the sudoku and turn it into a digital version. You can manually adjust mistakes that occurred during the copy process.

Skoon Cloud
At Skoon, they believe in the fact that renewable energy is the solution for reducing CO2 emissions in both maritime and land-based markets.
The solution
The Skoon Cloud is a cutting-edge piece of software, which forms an efficient solution for the automation of logistics, as well as real-time battery monitoring and data tracking. Together with Lizard Global, Skoon created an online user-friendly and secured desktop and mobile platform, in which all data can be processed, analyzed, and stored safely. The Skoon Cloud platform provides clean data visualisations and space for flawless communication between owners and users of energy storage. All to provide large-scale deployment of mobile and clean energy on demand.

Our collaboration with Skoon is a perfect example of a successful partnership between two parties who are passionate about technology and sustainable solutions. Lizard Global collaborated with Nationale Nederlanden to create a platform that allows consumers to seek a mortgage through a cutting-edge mobile app. Brickler has evolved into a cost-effective and digital solution for home seekers. With the app, Brickler is taking a first step towards reshaping the housing market, focusing on users who are buying a house for the first time.

Heineken | Star Bars
The Client
Heineken is a large and renowned Dutch brewery, always looking for new opportunities regarding technological advancements and innovation that can give their customer services a positive boost.
The Challenge
After developing the Drinkies application together with Heineken, the client wanted bars that use Heineken as a preferred supplier to be promoted more. By having a highlighted spot in the app, consumers are stimulated to go to these specific bars and drink Heineken’s products.
The Solution
Lizard Global added loyalty & rewards functionalities to the Drinkies application with the feature “Star Bars”, which refers to the bars where Heineken is the preferred supplier. This way, consumers are more likely to visit the listed bars.

Status K - The City
Together with Lion & Lion, Lizard Global created a platform driven by gamification that results in loyalty and rewards by earning Points & "Koins". Points are used for leaderboards and "koins" can be used to buy vouchers and products that were connected to Merchants for whom we built a redemption platform based on QR codes. The main target was to engage with the users via the platform, to ultimately push them towards the merchants at onsite locations or purchasing products/services online.
Status-K showcases the optimized impact of gamification and Loyalty & Rewards on user engagement with a ground-breaking mobile application in which users can compete for coins in various districts.

VaxiTaxi | Transvision
The Client
Covid-19 vaccines are rolling out and there's a light at the end of the tunnel after a global pandemic. Together with Transvision, we developed VaxiTaxi: a progressive web application for requesting rides to a vaccination appointment near you.
The Challenge
With the current COVID-19 vaccination program being rolled out in the Netherlands, people are being required to be present at their vaccination appointments on time. However, this can form a challenge for people who are unable to travel on their own, such as older populations, less-abled people, or those simply not in possession of a car. For these people, the team of Transvision wanted to create a mobility solution that allows users to easily book and prepay for a taxi to and from a vaccination location.
The Solution
Together with Lizard Global, Transvision created VaxiTaxi - a prepaid taxi booking site specifically meant to help those who need transportation to and from their vaccination location. With their vaccination appointment in hand, users can easily book a taxi to get to and from COVID-19 vaccination.

Retiink | Holding On To Hope
The Client
A severe Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) at the young age of 16 changed Nicole’s life forever. With only a 30% chance of survival, it was difficult to keep hoping for a positive future. Nicole managed to turn the severity of the situation into a passionate motivator to prove that she could overcome her injuries. She believes that healing from brain injury is about much more than anatomy and physiology, and her initiative of “Holding On To Hope” has been brought to life to assist others in reaching their highest potential.
The Challenge
People who suffer from brain damage have to deal with a number of challenges day in and day out. In order to maximise their functionality, it is crucial that they and the people around them are guided with the right tools and resources. Currently, there are several digital solutions that offer possibilities that contribute to the recovery of these people. These applications, however, do not offer the required ecosystem that supports the entire process from beginning to end in a guided way.
The Solution
Together with the passionate spirit of Nicole, Lizard Global created “Retiink”. The mobile application has been designed to support the rehabilitation process and effectively manage memory and organisational issues after a brain injury. GrowTribe Solutions conceptualized, designed and developed a web- and mobile platform that connects individual growth with general performance targets set by an organization. The solution consists of two modules: Growth Tracker and Performance Tracker. Both are integrated into one application to enable performance-based learning and growth.
The application provides a way for organizations to track the progress of individuals, teams, and organizational competency growth and performance.
The GrowTribe’s tracker application is available as a mobile application and web application. The web application is a role-based platform where objectives and KPIs can be set, assigned and tracked.

WAPA/Proteus Risk Solutions is a maritime insurance broker, currently insuring more than 100 off-shore vessels against risks of war, theft, and damages caused by ice or other external factors. The web platform provides users with real-time tracking technologies, proactively tracking vessels, voyages, and HRA’s (High Risk Areas), in order to estimate the exposure to theft or damages.
Challenge
Lizard Global provides the client with real-time tracking technologies by means of an AIS (Automatic Identification System). The AIS tracks the vessel through satellites and provides information through an API. This information consists of a unique identity (IMO) number of the vessel, together with the position, course, and speed of that vessel.
Solution
On the WAPA/Proteus desktop platform, users can login to see the status of their vessel’s current location, velocity, and direction, which consist of three colours: green (clear of any risks and recently tracked), orange (possibility to enter an HRA within 24 hours), and red (currently inside an HRA, or not being tracked for more than 24 hours). Users of the platform can manage and edit their policies, fleet, risk zones, map and list view, vessels, daily digest, and voyages within the War Additional Premium Application interface.

The Venture Café Rotterdam Foundation is a part of the Global Venture Café Foundation. The organization was founded in 2010, in the Boston Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) and is an independent non-profit organization. Venture Café Rotterdam is the first European expansion. Other several Venture Cafés are located in Boston, St. Louis, Miami, and Winston-Salem. In 2018, the movement will expand to Philadelphia (USA), Warsaw (Poland) and Tokyo (Japan), and with more exciting locations in the pipeline.
Together with Venture Café, Lizard Global developed a web application through which companies can place vacancies for free, which can be found by talents looking for a job. The mobile and desktop application allow employers to efficiently upload job offers and lets job seekers search and select jobs that fit their desired description.

Elite is a media agency delivering content through efficient workstations. Via an online training environment, users learn from their idols through masterclasses, adopting their way of life and thinking.
Challenges
Establishing an interactive and community-driven environment in which users actively participate with courses, and learn from each other. Users can choose from who they want to learn: they thus learn according to their interests.

Through rapid prototyping, we made a clickable demo that incorporated the core ideas of EliteXMentors as a product. More masterclasses can be added frequently in an efficient manner. The client
Stefan and Carmen of Connected Global noticed an unsolved issue regarding the exchange of business cards. The global COVID-19 pandemic cancelled most in-person network events all over the world, which caused the exchange of business cards to come to a halt. Luckily, the innovative two-headed team of Connected Global quickly identified the problem and came up with an inspiring solution: digital business cards.
The challenge
When doing business, exchanging contact information is one of the most critical steps in the networking process. However, printed business cards are becoming outdated. It's easy to lose them, and piling them up on your desk doesn't help with following up on leads and business opportunities. Besides that, cancelled networking events have caused the exchange of physical business cards to almost completely die out. Up until now, there has been no solution on the market that offers a digital version of your business card, including the functionality to customize and share your design with the world.
The solution
Together with Stefan and Carmen of Globiz, Lizard Global created a mobile application that allows users to create their own virtual business cards and share them via a personal QR code or link. Challenge
Through two products, Skill Tracker and Service Tracker, students are encouraged to individually track ATL skill development and record service learning plans, activities, reflection and experience. Teachers can easily track student progress, students take ownership of their ATL kill development.
Solution
The IB’s Diploma Programme (DP) requires schools to properly record, evidence and report the skills that students are honing. Students should service learning with the development of learner profile attributes and approaches to learning skills (ATLs): there should be one coherent platform to realise this.

Description
Van Eijck is an international car rescue company, specialized in car and truck transport and storage, assistance and replacement transport. During the summer months, Van Eijck provides consumer service by offering replacement transports when travellers are stranded during the trip to their summer holiday location.
Challenges
Van Eijck has experienced many low-quality development companies that tried to digitize their complex processes and infrastructure. Van Eijck reached out to Delta-N to another Dutch IT-company, to digitise its processes, gaining more efficiency and legal coverage according to the Dutch insurance system.

Lizard Global developed the VRS (Vehicle Recovery System) app, which helps emergency centers to efficiently shoot new tasks to internal and external employees. This app is for internal use - and is used to gather data from the motorist on location, which the office staff can use to follow up on each incident

A successfully completed MVP was delivered to client which lets the user capture photos, filter based on custom filters and create their own food diaries. These stories can be shared among their group of friends within the application.

Golden Hearing is an application that has the goal to track and record specific emotional responses to music based on biometric data. This will result in new insights into how people react to music.

While looking for the right developer for the project we reviewed about 5 different proposals from different developers in Malaysia for the project. Lizard Global had the most compelling proposal and experience in the field.

The Better Sudoku app has been developed and is now available for use in the App Store and Play Store. Currently, we are waiting for user feedback before going into Phase 2 of the project to improve the app and add new features.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Initially, the app was supposed to launch in December 2021 but due to complications in the development and issues with the App and Play stores, it looked like we would miss our December deadline. However, the team managed to pull the resources together to get the launch out in December rather than waiting until January. We really appreciated the efforts that they put in getting the work done on time.
How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?
They managed the project well in terms of providing an overview of where we were in the development process at all times.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Having worked with other developers in the past, when they gave us the first app to test, we were expecting a lot of errors. However, we were pleasantly surprised that this was not the case. Their ability to look into the details of a project and ensure the quality of work is what I find most impressive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
While the project went well, it wasn't without the usual hiccups of a development project of this scale. One area of improvement would be in the precision of the scoping of the project to ensure the project remains within budget. There were some features that we had to cut out of the original scope due to budgeting constraints.

The WAPA platform is almost ready. It is already being used internally but the fleet owner environment remains to be finalised and the whole application security tested (pentest). It is anticipated that this can be rolled out in the course of February 2022.

The risk of vessels proceeding into risk zones without detection/notification to insurers has virtually been eliminated in full. Once the fleet owner environment has been implemented, clients can request quotes for voyages, input the relevant data of the voyage concerned directly in the platform and consult an overview of all voyages into risk areas performed by the vessels of their fleet as well as the corresponding premiums.

What did you find most impressive about them?
Excellent cooperation, professional advice and proper suggestions to deal with issues along the way during the development which resulted in achieving the tool we wished to develop.

We have gone through the whole process of developing the new platform from scratch in a joint effort by Lizard and Proteus/Vanbreda. We thereby basically accomplished all we wanted to achieve. Having said this, there will no doubt be certain aspects which will require amendment or refinement during the future use of the platform, in particular when linked to our other internal applications.

Very well. UI/UX designers Eric and Gwenn were the main architect and facilitators of the remote workshop, supported by Terence. Workshop preparations were excellent and we were well informed on the objectives of each workshop, as well as how all of it ties together to formulate a prototype as part of the Phase 1 deliverables.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The facilitation and tools used for the remote workshops were excellent. Jordan team members were highly skeptical about the effectiveness of having remote workshops but were pleasantly surprised by the process and the productive outcome of each workshop. They were focused on high engagement. The way the workshop was structured has been highly effective, in terms of duration, expected deliverables, etc.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lizard Global, and what were your goals?
I realized that current order management systems are not offering an optimal user experience and are difficult to customize. Users of order management systems usually require the software to be quite adapted to their business processes.
Above that, these same users need a platform that offers more than just static data. Together with Lizard Global, (previously Lizard Apps) we aimed to create a highly customizable and user-friendly order management system.

Together with the team of Lizard Apps, we started working on an order management software. A custom software solution that provides resellers, providers and consumers order management in an accurate, honest and efficient way.
Lizard Apps provided UI/UX research and design as well as custom software development. They implemented customizable parameters for flexibility, real-time data insights for all users, and simplified business processes.

The team consisted of Kaz, who fulfilled the role of project owner, Eric, who provided the designs and Daniel, who took care of the technical software development. Daniel even recently flew to Rotterdam, all the way from the Lizard Global office in Kuala Lumpur, to have a closer look at our call centers in order to find out how we can use software to improve our customer services. It was great for Daniel to have met the end-users of the project.

After the BETA launch, together with Lizard Global we prioritized the feedback of the first users and were able to adjust the most important issues users experienced.
Issues like, going back quickly to the main menu after a job of candidate search. More clear notifications for users at the dashboard which speedup the overall experience.
Next to that Lizard Global coded coded our admin panel, thanks to this functionality we were able to customize our commercial business offers.
Lizard also coded a Content Management System on our site which enables us to put content faster, by our selves on our website.
Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business.
Thanks to the learnings out of the software development process till the BETA launch and how constructive they dealt with the feedback, we were able to improve the expectation management. Also the functionality need interview processes in the development cycles were better. This resulted in the fact that we developed faster while the delivered software functionality quality remained at the expected high level within the foreseen time schedules and budgets.

How did you select this vendor?
We had an experience with other coders, but at a point we realized that it did not match enough with our ambition. After sum up our minimum viable needs, in order to enter the market with our idea. We checked our networks, in combination with desk and phone research we came to a list with 15 possible strategic programming partners. One of them was Lizard Apps, in those days. We made a shortlist with three possible coding companies and we were moving towards one of them.
As Lizard Global was proactive towards us in combination with the fact that we had direct contact with the CEO’s made us think ... .these are pretty short lines, we had a good feeling with the team and they reacted as one of the most detailed towards our requirements. Also because they were willing to give us guarantees about what would be delivered in the time and money we had for the process, we decide to go for this company in Rotterdam.
Because of a former code traject and our business vision we were able to describe why we wanted certain features. In the Netherlands we have a saying “de koe in de kont kijken”. If we apply this, we lost to much time in the beginning of the project, because we already knew what and why we needed, what the solution needed in order to satisfy the users and solve the short term matchmakers problem. Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
A few weeks ago we launched and tested our platform with 150 users. The reactions were astonishing, in a co thinking way we only could have dreamed of. It confirmed, validated our business hypothesis, the need for our solution. Thanks to the “straight forward in depth ” feedback we were able to slightly pivot and mostly persevere our strategy and seduce the need launching partners. We became also aware of the “spoiled” level of users on other platform. Not particular on other classical vacancy platform, but more on other social media platforms e.g. At one side the comparison makes us very happy on the other side it gave us an insight on how high the features expectations of our users are. So speed and quality is required more than we expected before to be honest.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Projectmanagement was OK, they are also working on inprovement, that is also why we still cooperate. I am sure that we (dev and customer) will inprove this in the coming years with new diatributed orgtech (web3) such as blockchain. Transprancy in the value project chain is key, blockchain wil reduce the admin friction of most projects significanr, mark this words/ feel free The human connection is great. The professional input is very much appreciated. Major decisions can be made very fast Since we decided to see our Lizard team by ourselves and visited Liard in Kuala Lumpur, we even get into a more productive flow together ,We communicate via WhatsApp, a project platform, bi weekly sprint reports, skype and every possible (digital) way which is needed, Lizard Global is a very young, relatively experienced, flexible team, with eye for details.

Most impressive about Lizard Global is how their team spirit come to live every single day. Like unlocQed is build for, they hire with an open global mind. The diversity within the teams makes us happy and we think that a few of coding companies we met in the past 5 years, could learn a lot of this global mindset. For Lizard it is not important were their professional come from, but were they congruently go to building upon their individual track record.

Planning and feature expectation management can be improved. This is off course a mutual responsibility. Our initiative to visit and human relation building via Kuala Lumpur made our communication more smooth and the speed up the production of the aimed problem solving features. If you ask us , would you recommend Lizard , we would say : YES Especially because when we really needed them, they were there for unlocQed and proved to be flexible, constructive building minds.

Dapper Rhinos is a growth hacking agency. We help companies grow utilizing online marketing channels and growth hacking methodologies. I’m the founder of the company and amongst other things, I initiated and oversee the collaboration with Lizard Global.
Next to helping other companies grow, we spend time exploring new business models ourselves too. Whenever we identify a viable business model we use our growth hacking skills to grow the business model.
One of these projects is SnapJobs, SnapJobs is a recruitment platform for low threshold, unskilled labor. Lizard Global is helping us develop the mobile- and web application for SnapJobs.
What challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?
There are a lot of recruitment apps. We realized very early we needed a disruptive solution to stand out and give this concept the chance it deserves.
Lizard understood this from the start of our collaboration and really partnered up in identifying a disruptive and distinctive solution for the job market.
Next to that our challenge was to find a partner that works as agile as we do ourselves.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Lizard got involved with a full app development team: a product owner, designer, tester, and developer.
As noted earlier though, Lizard also got involved in strategy. Lizard helps us identify the proposition and overall business model where we can stand out and leverage.
What is the team composition?
Product owner: Kaz, Designer: Eric/YoYo, Tester: A/B & test-group and Development: Nourhakim.
How did you come to work with the vendor?
I did a lot of research into potential parties to work together with. For this, I talked to a bunch of other business owners that had worked with Lizard. All were very content about their collaboration with Lizard. Also, I researched the work (applications) that different vendors made, Lizard in my opinion stood out.

What is the status of this engagement?
We launched a closed beta version of the web- and mobile application. We’re continually improving the product and working towards going live on app stores.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have a working product! Closed beta still, but we’re very content with the product that stands right now.
How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?
Kaz did an amazing job in chopping up all the work into manageable sprints of two weeks. Most deadlines were, as a result, met in time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
At Lizard, you won’t just find a bunch of executors. Lizard thinks along with you strategically like a co-founder of the concept would do: on a very strategic level.
To add on that, I have to mention their exceptional execution. Lizard brings over 10 years of app development skills to the table which means they’ve encountered many of the challenges you’ll encounter before.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes, I feel like they might try to take on a little too much work in sprints. However, so far they have managed most of the time to do the work they planned to do.
All in all, I very much recommend Lizard as a partner for your project. Lizard is as experienced as it gets in this field and delivers a great product. Working with them will feel like you gained a partner with a common goal: making your project succeed.

(The Globiz mobile application allows users to design, customize and share their
own digital business card with the world, and securely collect and store the business
cards of others, all within one single application.)
What challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?
We’ve noticed an unsolved issue regarding the exchange of physical business cards.
The global COVID-19 pandemic canceled out real life network events all over the world, which caused the exchange of business cards to come to a halt. Besides that, physical business cards are likely to get lost or get scattered around after a while.
These issues are easily solved with a switch to digital business cards in one single application.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We came up with the idea of Globiz digital business cards and asked Lizard Global
for help in the conceptualization and development of a mobile application. Lizard
Global provided the following services in our partnership:
- Technical Business Research
- UI/UX Design
- Custom Software Development
- Digital Marketing Strategy
What is the team composition?
We started our partnership with Lizard Global by an introductory meeting with
Terence (Sales). We then got in touch with Simonas, the Product Owner of the
Globiz Project.
Together with him, we discussed the possibilities and precise functionalities of the Globiz app. After that, YoYo helped us with the UI/UX design, and the development team picked up the technical part of the application. Markus and Lotte (Marketing) helped us with commercial aspects of Globiz and our partnership in general.
How did you come to work with the vendor?
We heard about Lizard Global’s experience with app development and got in touch
with Terence, and had our first meeting back in September 2020. We flew over from
Saba to Kuala Lumpur for lunch and to discuss our ideas.
After that, we started off the project with Product Owner Simonas and the rest of the team involved in the process.
How much have you invested with them?
We have been keeping in touch with Lizard Global via WhatsApp and frequent
meetings over video calls. Luckily, we were able to pick up and continue our journey
towards the creation of our app, even in times of a global pandemic, thanks to these
frequent digital meetings with the PO.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’re planning to go live in February/March, and we’re in the process of creating an
additional website for Globiz, next to the application.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have frequent calls with the team to stay updated about the agile sprints for a
continuous flow of transparency, which we really appreciate. The commercial team
is creating a business case for our project, as well as an interview for the blog page.
How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?
Communication and transparency are key in our partnership. By keeping in touch
often we can continuously add value to the project. Our digital consultancy sessions support this streamlining and feeling of transparency.
Lizard Global doesn’t just develop apps, but they go through the entire development process together to make sure we’re on the same page at all times.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were impressed by the introduction to new technologies and guidance along the process towards a digital transformation of our business. Questions are always
welcome, and Lizard Global is always ready to answer them and share their
knowledge to provide clarity and transparency in the process of app development.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Everything went smoothly, especially in times of Covid-19 most of the times per
video-call. The application became bigger than initially suggested, which is not a
bad thing and is according to the agile ways of working.
It’s good to take this into consideration in an early stage. We are really happy with the result.
Lizard Global has worked hard to meet the app's launch date, pushing through development complications to deliver on time. They provide consistent overviews of the project's status and take note of the project's finer details. Better precision during scoping would've made for a flawless engagement.
