Collaboration with Camp North End highlighting the opening of Leah and Louise and telling the story of amazing and inspirational chef, Greg Collier.

Queens Athletics : Belong
We’ve been fans of Queens Athletics for a while, so when they connected with us to create a piece on how they belong at the top, we couldn’t help but go all in. Rather than focus on the success they have achieved on the playing field, we leaned into the work that goes on behind-the-scenes. From weight rooms to the rugby field we couldn’t have asked for a better week of filming these talented student-athletes and can’t wait for this piece to be played before their big games.

Introducing the Duke's Mayo Bowl
We offered a bit of southern hospitlatty as welcomed the Dukes Mayo family to college football the best way we knew how... with a Tomato Sandwich with Duke's Mayo!

Brown Estates
In the fall of 2019, we packed our bags and headed to California for a shoot at the stunning Brown Estates. David, Deneen, and Coral, the amazing people behind the wine, showed that every bottle of wine has a story. Their story developed through nurturing their land, their people, and their product–and it shows within each bottle. You can enjoy their wine and this video on Delta Airlines.

Next Plate : A FOOD + ART SERIES
What happens when you combine innovative chefs and dynamic artists for an immersive culinary experience at one of Charlotte’s most vibrant settings?
That’s the question we were asked to capture over the past year as our friends at Camp North End hosted the incredible Next Plate dinner series. Moving in small dynamic teams we worked to film the beauty, joy and unexpected moments created when seemingly unlike chefs and artists collaborate to build an experience that transcends what diners could have envisioned.

Video Production for Furniture Company
“The Littlefield Company was very communicative, easy to work with, and incredibly timely.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing manager at Woodbridge Furniture. We're a to-the-trade furniture wholesale manufacturer, which means that we sell furniture to interior designers, architecture firms, furniture stores, and other similar businesses. We also offer virtual consultations in our showroom, and we're part of the hospitality industry.
I’m in charge of all the media marketing, including videos, images, a newsletter, Pinterest images, and Facebook posts. We usually go to trade shows, but due to COVID-19, a lot of them have moved to a virtual space. We’re working on creating more content for all of our media marketing needs.
What challenge were you trying to address with The Littlefield Company?
We were attending a virtual hospitality trade show that required an introduction video about us. We wanted a very professional, clean, and updated video to represent Woodbridge Furniture. When the trade show attendees entered our virtual booth, that video was going to be the first thing they’ll see.
We didn't realize that we needed a video until later, so we had about three weeks to turn it around. We needed the video immediately for that event, but we also needed long-term video content for additional media production. We wanted to play the videos at our high-point furniture market, in our showroom, and in our social media channels.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The Littlefield Company helped us produce two videos for our marketing purposes. They typically do 1–2 days of filming, which includes short films for Instagram reels, professional photography sessions, and other services. However, we were on an incredibly short timeframe and needed a turnaround as quickly as possible.
We worked out a contract with them for half-day of filming, which included a customized video for the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) trade show, as well as a more general video for us to play at our high-point furniture market and social media channels.
We had two phone calls with The Littlefield Company to talk about the project and our needs. We also had FaceTime calls with them so they could see our showroom for better understanding.
Then, we had a half-day of filming. The Littlefield Company was in charge of all the filming within our furniture showroom. We also did two voiceover takes. One was aimed at the hospitality industry and the CMAA trade show attendees, and the other one was more general. After filming, they were in contact with us for multiple revisions about how we wanted the coloring, the sound and music, and other aspects of the video.
In the end, we received two separate customized videos, each in various resolutions so they could be easily played as YouTube videos, Instagram reels, television spots, and other formats.
We’ve continued a relationship with them, and we hope to work with them to produce more videos and images for our marketing content.
What is the team composition?
Jake (Sales & Growth) was the first person I got in touch with. When we started the creative process, we worked with Miller (COO) and another person. They were in charge of all the filming. We worked with Miller the most, as he was the one that went through the brainstorming process. He helped us understand how the filming would be shot, what would they be focusing on, and what we would do in the timeframe.
We also worked with Jessica (Director of Client Relations & Community Engagement). She did all the follow up with us to make sure everything went smoothly and we were happy with the final product. She ended up sending us all the files. She has worked with us to continue our relationship and see if there are other projects that we can work on together in the future.
How did you come to work with The Littlefield Company?
I did a search online and sent to my bosses multiple videographers within an hour and a half radius. One of them had heard of The Littlefield Company and their work. We really enjoyed their work on other videos, so we reached out to them and let them know that we had an incredibly tight timeline. The fact that the products that they provided were of high quality and that they could create a video on such short notice was why we ultimately decided to choose them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent approximately $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We got in touch with The Littlefield Company at the beginning of February 2021, and the project was finished by the end of the same month. We’ve continued to brainstorm ideas for future projects. We’ve kept an ongoing relationship with them to leave the door open for our future needs.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We were incredibly satisfied with the quality of The Littlefield Company’s work. We felt that it was an incredibly professional video compared to some of the other trade show videos that we saw.
The video was also very beneficial to us. In the 10 days that our booth lasted, we had a very high number of views. The video was three minutes long. We were very happy to know that people stayed to watch the whole video because they tend to lost interest in 60 seconds. Ultimately, we had more sales — we were very pleased with The Littlefield Company's work.
How did The Littlefield Company perform from a project management standpoint?
The Littlefield Company was very communicative, easy to work with, and incredibly timely. First, we got in touch with Jake to pitch the project. Then, they let the creative team take over. When the creative process was done, they put us in charge with Jessica for the follow up. Each of those people was copied in our emails, so they all worked together and knew exactly what was going on at all times — it was really easy to move from one person to another in every stage of the project. We communicated via email, FaceTime or Zoom video conferences, and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The Littlefield Company listened to our vision for what we wanted to achieve. They understood where we were coming from, and they were able to elevate it from a marketing standpoint. Their creative team was top notch — they were phenomenal.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing The Littlefield Company could improve on — it was a very enjoyable experience for us. The execution and the follow up were great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure that you have a clear vision of what you want and communicate it clearly. Then, make sure you’re on top of the follow ups and that you’re working with The Littlefield Company through each revision and draft to make the most quality content possible. I also recommend listening to their suggestions.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Cloverhound is a software and services company specializing in solving complex technical challenges with custom solutions. As the Director of Sales, I oversee our sales prospecting, pipeline, and customer experience all to drive successful customer engagements to meet corporate revenue goals.
For what projects/services did your company hire The Littlefield Company?
We reached out to The Littlefield Company with a couple core asks. First, help us tell our brand story and convey the personality of Cloverhound. Second, help us cascade that message across specific product-specific videos that communicate what our solution does and sparks buying interest.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goals for this project were to receive high-quality videos that tell an effective story and drive someone to action. Also, our goals included completing the projects in a tight timeframe for use in some key ad spots during a December event.
How did you select The Littlefield Company?
We saw their portfolio of work and were immediately drawn in. In addition to the work, they were attentive and easy to work with during the initial planning and conversations which made the decision an easy one to make.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
We reached out and invited The Littlefield Company into our office for introductions and to see if it was a good fit. We aligned well and it was clear that they understood our values, vision, and personality as a company.
From there we mapped out a course of action to get our brand videos made in a timeline that let us meet the event deadlines. Shooting took place and the team was prompt in their work. The editing and review process was easy as feedback was accepted well and turn around times were very quick.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
Typically the feedback process involved the sharing of video links where the content could be viewed and edited with bookmarks in the video timeline. This made feedback very easy.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our ad spots played for tens of thousands of IT professionals. We've had an uptick in business and brand awareness across several partners and prospects.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between our teams was extremely effective! Most of our team had never been on video before and the process and workflow made sure everyone as comfortable and understood their role during filming.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The Littlefield Company has an impressive eye for story telling. They came up with creative ways to show or convey a point, and the finished product was second to none.
Are there any areas for improvement?
For any new client who has never had a professional, high-quality film crew on-site before it can be a bit overwhelming. While the experience was great, I think if theres anything additional that the team could do to communicate the vision, expectations, etc ahead of time during a pre-shoot sync up, that would be helpful at eliminating shooting day stress and fear of the unknown.
The Littlefield Company produced two high-quality and engaging videos. The client noticed a rise in their sales after the trade show exhibition. The team was highly communicative and timely. They had the ability to listen to the client’s vision, and they created highly valuable marketing content.
