I’m the owner of a small recruiting business that specializes in matching our clients with construction, architecture, and engineering professionals.
What challenge were you trying to address with LinkingLogics.com?
We partnered with Ken (Founder & CEO, LinkingLogics.com) to integrate and customize their recruiting platform to serve our needs.
What was the scope of their involvement?
When we first purchased the platform, we needed the team to install features on the preexisting software that were relevant to our firm and what we were trying to accomplish. We had to make modifications to change how we collect data and organize candidates within the system. The team created additional lines of code in order to achieve that level of customization.
Now, LinkingLogics.com continues to support us whenever we need performance updates or encounter software upgrades.
What is the team composition?
Ken is our primary point of contact, but we also work with his team.
How did you come to work with LinkingLogics.com?
I first met Ken in 1999, and we developed a professional relationship. He and his team have backgrounds in recruiting, so we appreciated that they understand what their clients look for in a talent management platform.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve probably invested between $25,000-$50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We purchased the software in 2003 and continue to work with LinkingLogics.com today.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their software has given us the capability to work very swiftly. We’re able to query qualified candidates and obtain resumes at a pace we wouldn’t be able to reach if we were working manually or even on a different platform. The speed with which LinkingLogics.com’s database allows us to conduct our work increases the revenue our company is able to drive.
Also, the system tracks a great deal of data, which supplies our clients with a lot of added value.
How did LinkingLogics.com perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve performed exceptionally. The team constantly keeps in contact with us to communicate any changes to the system, and if we ever have an issue on our end, we know we can pick up the phone and they’ll answer immediately.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their system is the best I’ve ever seen. It’s practical, cost-effective, and captures all the information we need and none of what we don’t.
Their experience in the recruiting industry has allowed them to deliver a product at a higher standard than any other solution on the market. I wouldn’t use anything else.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, their team provides us with any training we might need. They’re always a phone call away and we’ve never been overcharged for anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Do your research on what other recruiting softwares have to offer, so you know that LinkingLogics.com provides the capabilities you can’t find elsewhere.

They helped us set up our database, and then they moved into support. We had a contact management software at the time that they rolled into their platform very easily. They did all the legwork, and we customized the program to suit our needs. Throughout the last fifteen years or so, they've been there for us whenever we need support.

We had one main point of contact, but other team members support us as well.
How did you come to work with LinkingLogics.com?
They were referred to us for their database expertise.
How much have you invested with them?
I'm not sure of our total cost, but I would estimate it was below $25,000 in all.

We started working together in 2003, and our collaboration is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The system comes with some reporting and metrics tools, but they customized different queries and other communication tools that let us calculate our success rates. We can see which positions are filled and how many candidates are in the system. Everything they've done helps us run numbers and set goals. Their solutions are very stable, and we've never had any downtime. If there is a glitch, they're available within a few hours.
How did LinkingLogics.com perform from a project management standpoint?
They always deliver on time and within our budgets, and their people are very strong. If we ever need something, they devise solutions, even if our needs fall outside the scope of our original contracts. Communication is on point by phone, email, or GoToMeeting. They're always very available.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their cost is well below any of their competitors, and the functionality is very easy to use. We get a lot for what we pay.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There are a lot of elements that their competitors have that they could offer, but they move mountains to get us everything we need. I've had such a good experience.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communicate your business model upfront. Once they have a firm understanding of your requirements, they will take care to make sure everything is very user-friendly.

I’m the CFO of an executive recruiting firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with LinkingLogics.com?
We hired LinkingLogics.com to train and support us on a third-party recruiting software solution.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We needed a system that keeps track of our clients—both employers and job-seekers—their information and our communication with them. LinkingLogics.com had developed a software tool that we licensed from them to do that.
Their team spent the first week implementing that system on our side. At first, we had a physical server in our office, but we later transitioned to a cloud-based system, which is what we use now. LinkingLogics.com then trained us on how to use the solution. We now have a monthly contract with them where they answer any questions we have, walk us through different software packages, and add features that we request.

LinkingLogics.com has been there for us throughout our collaboration. Whenever we’ve had specific projects—such as installing the software system or making major upgrades—it’s gone very smoothly.
For maintenance and support, they’re easy to get in touch with: whenever we send them an email, they’ll reply in half an hour or less. Even when we’ve had issues on the weekends, they’ve been available. We’ve never experienced any downtime with the software solution, and they’ve never left us hanging when we’ve had a problem.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their technical expertise, customer service, and ability to answer questions quickly stand out to me. We can always get a hold of someone who knows what they’re talking about and that can solve our problem.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t know enough about their industry to comment too much on that. However, from our perspective, I think LinkingLogics.com is doing a great job.
Any advice for potential customers?
We haven’t used a lot of different software providers. However, I would say that as long as you fully define everything you’re looking for upfront, LinkingLogics.com can deliver that project for you or advise you to try somewhere else. They’re very clear about what they can and can’t do.
