We perform local anaesthesia using standard sets of syringes, carpules or The WAND apparatus.
The WAND is a computer-controlled device that delivers painlessly, by the drop method, local anaesthetic agent, without syringes, carpules, unnecessary stress and pain of the patient.
In justified cases, in patients with anxiety, low pain threshold and dentophobia (dental fear), local anaesthesia may be supported by sedative drugs administered orally before the procedure and/or analgesics, administered intravenously or intramuscularly before and during the procedure so that the patient does not feel pain.

Der WAND ist ein computergesteuertes Gerät, das schmerzfrei nach der Drop-Methode ein Lokalanästhetikum ohne Spritzen, Karpulen, unnötigen Stress und Schmerzen des Patienten abgibt.

Legionella outbreak

It was confirmed in June 2005 that a scrubbing facility at the Borregaard factory in Sarpsborg, Norway was very likely the source of the Legionella outbreak which affected the Sarpsborg area in May, unfortunately claiming the lives of 10 people and leaving over 40 people ill.
Orkla will include a brief statement in its 2005 Annual Report about the incident and the measures which have been taken to ensure that similar problems cannot arise in other facilities. We want to use this memo partly to inform people about the health risks which may be involved when Legionella bacteria are present in factories and other premises, as well as to chart the location of facilities which may be a source of aerosols contaminated with Legionella bacteria.
Please make sure that this memo is sent as soon as possible to the managers of the production units within the factory you are responsible for, making sure that forms are completed and returned by 9 December 2005 at the latest (see address below).

Jak zostało oficjalnie potwierdzone w czerwcu 2005 roku, najprawdopodobniej źródłem epidemii zakażenia bakterią Legionella w rejonie Sarpsborg, do której doszło w maju, był obiekt czyszczący w fabryce Borregaard w norweskim mieście Sarpsborg. Zmarło wówczas 10 osób, a ponad 40 poważnie zachorowało.
Orkla w swym Rocznym Raporcie z 2005 roku zamieści krótkie stanowisko o tym wydarzeniu i o środkach zapobiegawczych, które mają sprawić, by nie doszło w przyszłości do podobnej tragedii w innym miejscu. Chcemy w tej notatce poinformować o zagrożeniu zdrowia wiążącym się z obecnością bakterii szczepu Legionella w fabrykach czy innych budynkach, a także wskazać lokalizację obiektów, które mogą być źródłem aerozoli skażonych tymi bakteriami.

I am the European manager for sales and marketing for Intersurgical, a medical devices supplier.
