We agreed on a publication plan, which was followed to the letter. We got help with writing and editing the content, advice during all the steps and next steps outlook.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I work directly with the owner, Ana Maria Gardiner. There was one other person involved, in charge of editing articles.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We got 8 articles featured so far, in line with the plan. Some were self produced, some were interviews or mentions, as agreed. We got leads via this project and we are sure that some other leads did eventually sign with us due to the perception created through the PR campaign.

Ana is a firm manager. They make sure to give and follow deadlines and are careful about nipping problems in the bud.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Ana is well connected and has a razor sharp understanding of what readers want to see (which we don't and we are glad we followed her advice).
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We'd love to see more content generated by the publishers about us, but we are realistic - this will be a task for next year, once some credibility has been established.

I have been working closely with the Managing Partner of the company, Ana, but as well with few other members of the team which appeared to be composed of people with impressive amount of experience and professionalism.

Over 1000 articles published in less than an year, and an ascendant trajectory that lead to almost doubling the number of articles and appearances in the media from one month to another. Such an increase in visibility correlated to almost tripling the number of new clients acquired for the company in only one year.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Real-time communication, immediate reactions, full time availability (day night, weekend), one of the best workflows we have ever had with a collaborator.
