We help you meet your goals. As a Product Manager overseeing 1 of 2 core platforms for Relias, I manage a variety of product lines and a platform serving thousands of Relias customers every year.
For what projects/services did your company hire Lift Agency?
Lift has been the primary design team supporting the Relias Live Platform for over 4 years. All features have been designed by Lift who provides designs for new features as well as ongoing support for platform updates.
Lift has been instrumental in the growth of the Relias Live Platform from a small start-up to a rapidly expanding company.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal has always been to develop a user-friendly platform with a clean, easy to understand UI. We have taken content that has traditionally been delivered in a written format and moved it into a highly engaging, interactive online formal. The impact is that we are able to deliver content at scale with high engagement.
How did you select Lift Agency?
Lift was originally chosen by Mike Mutka, (current CPO) in 2016, Lift continues to be a partner because of their skills, quick response to feedback, iterative processes, and keen eye for what creates a good user experience.
That is even more true today as we have grown together over the last 4 years. Lift has always aligned with the spirit of innovation at Relias and continues to take on more projects based on excellent feedback.

Current projects include the Relias Learner Native App, Relias Live Learner Native App, and many Desktop features for the Relias Live Platform for Learner, Instructor, and other roles.
What was the team composition?
Our primary contact is Jean Massad and the lead designer is Hoang. They have consistently been my main point of contact over the years.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
All projects have been well received and continue to be used. We have grown from a startup platform with just a few customers to a platform with over $30M ARR and thousands of customers per year. The feedback on Lift's design is always great and the customer growth supports this even more.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very, we have a weekly design meeting, work collaboratively in Invision, and use email for design requests. Jean does a great job of setting reasonable timelines for initial designs to manage expectations and is very responsive to all communications.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Lift has an incredibly fast turn around for projects and 90% of the time, their first design suggestion is what we end up using. We make changes as needed but Lift is great at presenting innovative solutions that align with other progressive features in the market. Lift design is fresh and clean which drives great user feedback.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We work in different timezone so on occasion, meeting times don't align but it's been super rare. Jean is incredibly responsive and has worked all hours of the night to reach product goals.

We hired LIFT Agency for the product design of our software.
How did you select this vendor?
We knew that they were the design team behind multiple successful healthcare & pharma digital products. They work for industry leaders such as Relias, Clinical Ink and Straightaway. We simply wanted to work with the best.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Our project had two broad objectives, one to deliver an adherence platform as a foundation for analytics and the second to deliver a patient engagement solution for patient outreach and self service. We collaborated with LIFT from the ideation phase onwards to clearly explain our business model, our client mix and new market opportunities.
LIFT and our product team then entered an iterative phase of exchanging prototypes and ideas before we finalized the designs for the analytics and patient UX/UI. When the sponsors were satisfied with the results, we approved the designs for implementation.Â
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We've worked with the founder and a senior designer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Apart from outstanding interfaces, the team at LIFT Agency pointed out significant gaps in our processes that we were able to improve upon. As a result, our key metrics showed incremental improvement since launch.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
10/10. They have their processes well established, which makes the workflow very effective. We knew what they were working on at all times as they gave us access to design files where we could see progress in real-time and leave our comments. Their communication is outstanding, and so is their organization.
They prepared a Masterfile with all the info needed - from weekly plans and links to designs to meeting notes and much more, allowing us to get all the information we needed without bothering the project manager or having to comb through long email chains looking for relevant information.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They delivered high-quality and thoughtful work and their designs were outstanding. Beyond the aesthetic, usability and scalability, their designs consider marketing business principles. The project manager was always willing to go the extra mile and clarify questions and concerns in a meeting if needed.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We've worked with other UI/UX agencies before, and we must say that LIFT Agency is on top of their game. We are very happy with the work, and we are already talking with them about the next project - a redesign of our website.

We were looking for a very well experienced webflow agency. We wanted a professional partner that is extremely good in working out details.

After giving a brief on what we wanted Lift provided a figma design where we worked out the design details. Those were then translated to webflow and implemented in the live page. Lift was always forthcoming and experienced to give feedback on what might work or what could be a better solution.

In total there were three persons working on our project: the CEO, the project leader and expert, and a designer.

The outcome is our new outstanding website. This makes a very good impression for our clients and helps us a lot to gain new leads as well as represent our company for our employees.

We created concepts internally and discussed details with regards to flow, structure, content and architecture of information together, after which we proceeded to mock the pages up. After a few rounds of iteration, the team got the gist of the brand and really came up to speed with the page designs.

We partnered with LIFT to design a new SaaS product that we could implement with our clients. The end goal was to provide a seamless way to gauge employee satisfaction and review insight into how an organization could improve things. We started out with a simple idea and LIFT helped out in defining priorities and designing a solution that not only looked amazing but clearly satisfied the needs of both employees and companies. We are in the process of rolling this out across our client base.

We considered several design agencies and decided to go with LIFT becuase of their deep SaaS expertise and startup mindset. We felt that they were the scrappy partner we needed to turn our ideas into a well defined reality.

The team helped us breainstorm and decide which parts of our concept were valuable and which were considered too much effort for a first version. With that definition they designed the userflows that we deemed necessary for the first build of the product while collecting feedback not only from our direct stakeholders but also potential users, both employees and companies.
From there they rolled up their sleeves and created several of the screens along with prototypes to showcase the product and deliver a design that is ready for production.

We worked with a Design Lead, Product Manager and a UX Designer.

We were impressed with their speed and ability to work with little direction. We are in the process of setting the software live but we have only received good feedback on all the user testing we have done.

Since the client was not heavily technical, we needed a UI that was very simple to use, to provide visibility across various product lines.

The project involved:
- An analysis of sensor data for 5 different locations.
- Visualization of the analysed information and design of the UI.
We were able to do the analytics and then handed over the work to Lift for the design. They essentially:
- Defined the correct visualizations for the purpose.
- Designed a UI around the visualizations for maximum effectiveness.
What was the team composition?
We worked directly with their design lead (Jean) who handled everything on Lift's end.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are aware, from our interaction with the end client, that they regularly use the dashboard for their internal purposes and are even considering adding new dashboards for other teams.

I would generally receive updates midweek and have time to provide feedback in advance of our calls. Once the design aspects were largely mapped out, we had weekly calls to discuss additional site capabilities and sales tools. Design of these items followed a similar weekly schedule.
