Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and managing director of a recruiting and personnel consulting company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Liedtke & Kern GmbH?
We’ve relied on them since the inception of our company. They established our website and continue to provide updates.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The Liedtke team developed our WordPress site for us. They handled everything including but not limited to domain hosting, copywriting, and graphic design. They’re teaching us how to publish job postings so that we can update the site on our own. They’ve also created several other sites for us over the years.
In addition to web development, they’ve managed our social media profiles. They’re helping us advertise through various channels by targeting the right audiences and shaping our content.

We’ve worked with around two people.

Their managing director is a personal acquaintance of mine.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent somewhere between $10,000–$25,000. We engage them on a project-by-project basis, so the billing is on a circumstantial basis.

Our ongoing partnership began in February 2012.

The length of our partnership is a testament to their quality; we would have changed providers by now if we hadn't been happy with their work. We’ve arrived at a consistent workflow and development method that works for both of us. We receive positive feedback on all of their web solutions.

They’re very prompt in their delivery. Last week, we decided to enhance our portfolio, which is a different site. They’ve managed to turn it around very quickly.

No. I’m happy with them.

Be open-minded. Sometimes they come up with solutions different from what you’d envisioned, but they’re always good.
