Express Newark Website
Express Newark (EN) is an arts incubator dedicated to a collaboration between community partners and Rutgers University-Newark in which community and university work together and communicate on equal footing in what has been called a "third space."
Level was asked to design and develop an appropriate platform that would invite further collaboration and participation with the Newark and university communities, and that could represent the organizations’ powerful mission.

Lily Auchincloss Foundation Branding & Website
Since 1997, the Lily Auchincloss Foundation has been providing grants to promote the quality of life in New York City by supporting organizations working in the arts, human services, and the environment.
The foundation approached Level to create a new brand that better reflected the history and culture of the organization. Our work included a new brand strategy, visual identity, website, and print collateral.

Minus Space Branding
Minus Space is a leading, internationally renowned commercial gallery in Brooklyn, New York that represents extraordinary works of abstract reductive art by established and respected artists. Minus Space approached Level Group to rebrand the gallery, including a new visual identity, stationery system, and environmental graphics aimed at elevating the brand.
The process of developing the Minus Space Logo became an exercise in reduction itself. By employing artistic processes, we created a simple but highly effective solution.
The result is an appropriate visual identity for the gallery that speaks to its target audience of art collectors, art buyers, and art advisors.

Brennan Real Estate Branding & Website
Brennan asked us to develop a new identity and visual messaging strategy to be used across media for their high-end real estate firm. With four areas of business (Brennan Marketing & Sales, Brennan Development, Brennan RISE, and Brennan Property Management), the identity needed to serve as a unifying image, yet allow for the creation of a coherent set of visual communications targeting their four very different audiences.

Allegiant is a commercial real estate investment management company and debt investor. They came to us with a blank slate. We were asked to develop the brand strategy and positioning, name, design and develop the brand identity and website, as well as all of their print collateral. Our approach to the project stemmed from discussions with company leadership who expressed the desire to instill within their clients the belief that the firm is always diligent, responsible and reliable — Allegiant.
Allegiant is a commercial real estate investment management company that originates, acquires and manages first mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, B-notes, preferred equity and CMBS securities.

Empire Dragons NYC Website
One of the 150 worldwide women's breast cancer survivors teams, the Empire Dragons is the first and only breast cancer survivor racing team located in New York City, comprised of members from throughout the tri-state. Through competitive dragon boat racing, they serve to promote not only a healthy lifestyle but also provide unique support for women surviving cancer.
Founded in 2009, Empire Dragons NYC is dedicated to empowering women to survive and thrive beyond cancer. In addition to promoting healthy and fulfilling life, they also work to improve the environment around them through green teams and community events.

C6 Real Estate is a commercial real estate owner/operator and investment manager. Their team has over 35 years of transaction history in excess of $2.5 billion, with specialized skill sets combining capital restructuring expertise with extensive operational experience. C6 first approached us to develop a new web presence, but our relationship quickly progressed to include a complete rebranding, including visual identity, website, stationery system, and assorted online and printed marketing materials.

Versant Brand Strategy, Visual Identity & Website
The Versant Group — a partnership between Anthony Tufariello, (formerly the Co-Chief Investment Officer of Commercial Real Estate Funds at Fortress Investment Group LLC), Ziel Feldman, (Chairman and Co-Founder, HFZ Capital) and Nir Meir, (Managing Principal, HFZ Capital), owns and manages custom platforms in order to capitalize on investment opportunities that service the entire capital structure. Level was asked to collaborate with Versant on brand strategy, naming, visual identity, website, messaging language, and other communications collateral.
After working closely with the partners throughout the process of naming and branding the group, we continue to work together on ongoing communications collateral, such as confidential presentation materials and pitch books.

Deutsche Bank Art in the Americas Catalog
Deutsche Bank possesses the largest corporate art collection in the world. Art work is not collected for investment purposes, but as part of their corporate beliefs. In addition to their goal of supporting young and emerging artists, Deutsche Bank believes that art must be accessible — for the public, and for their employees. They wrote, “art inspires people, opens up new perspectives, and thus enables them to embrace unusual and innovative solutions.”
Deutsche Bank commissioned Level Group to visually represent and articulate this philosophy — an integral concept of Deutsche Bank’s brand – a belief in their responsibility to be cultural contributors.
