BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Sales and Marketing Manager at MELICIA. MELICIA was founded in 2018, a holding company operating food and non-food products, devoted to the manufacturing, export, retail, and market expansion in insecticides, air fresheners, detergents, car care products to chocolate, biscuit sandwiches, cookies, etc. MELICIA has expanded its business and grown into an international supplier/distributor in Lebanon, the Middle East, Gulf, and Africa.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Leoceros, and what were your goals?

We have a car care range and we need to highlight how to use the products, so we hired LEOCEROS to produce a video showing how we use it and the before and After effect

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for video production companies and after reviewing many proposals, we chose LEOCEROS because of their affordable prices and personable team.

We introduced the products for them and explained what we need specifically. They then asked for a zoom meeting to present their storyboard and agreed on it to schedule a shooting day. In the end, they produce a very good video for KROSTI.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

They are a small young team, so at first, we agreed with Anthony and then Kaysar and Patrick proposed the storyboard, after that, Patrick came and video graphed the advertisement. After each milestone, we would give them our feedback, and they'd edited at the moment. their work is fast and professional.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We showed the video at the AUTOMECHANIKA Dubai exhibition and all the people there loved it. ALso, it got many views on our social media platforms.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The video editor was great in communication. He edit every single detail we told him about and he did great in updating us with every edition.

We are impressed with their dedication, flexibility, and commitment.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

honestly, nothing in mind to mention. everything was great.
