I'm a Director of Service Operations for a facilities services company. We provide fire and property protection services to building owners and managers to ensure their buildings, and the people who live and work in them, are safe. Our highly-trained personnel use advanced technology to inspect more than one million devices every year – all while guaranteeing superior service and results.

The Lember Team has developed a perfect ERP according to our requirements. It has helped us to modify and optimize our eternal management and internal reporting simpler. Now our staff spends less time to plan, organize, and report their tasks. Before, we had been using a standard ERP taken from the Internet using the basic version of it. Our management team decided to move forward with the internal management system, so we chose to build our custom ERP that will help to optimize and automatize our work. Implementation of the new system allowed us to reach our goals quickly!

What were your goals for this project?

The goal of the project was to create an ERP that will optimize the work of our middle and lower-level managers. Our company has several departments in my company, and now these departments can easily share their tasks. The corporate management team spends less time monitoring/checking work efficiency, reports, etc.

We have surfed the Internet and found the website of Lember. We liked their portfolio and decided to have a video meeting with them. Guys provided me with all the detailed information we wanted to know and provided us with several options of solutions for our project.

First of all, we shared all our requirements with Lember and put the deadline for them as we had an exact date when we had to start using ERP in our company. Lember team began work with specifications and then proceeded with dividing the project into milestones. We decided to avoid MVP and asked them to develop the product from scratch till the end. They started the work from wireframes creation, and then we proceeded with the design stage. Then markup developer and backend developer worked simultaneously to minimize the time and to complete the project faster as we asked them. Once all the features were implemented, and it seemed the work was done, they started testing the ERP with their QA engineers, and after that, we got a perfect result. Now they support our ERP, and we plan to collaborate with Lember in the future because these guys are professionals.

We worked with a project manager, a designer, a frontend developer, 2 backend developers, a QA engineer.

I was happy to work with Lember as they always provided me with the best solution for any tasks I asked them, and I was always provided with regular updates from their side. I can surely say that Lember provides TOP quality work!

Lember team has improved an existing ERP system for our internal usage for our back office and sales team and for sales managers to have a personalized control and increase the volume of sales.

The goal of the project was to organize our management team with the help of a custom CRM&ERP system developed especially for our company, and to organize our sales managers team to increase the volume of sales to make investments into the international business development.

Lember team prepared the detailed analysis and specification for our requirements. They divided our project into milestones and we decided to develop MVP as for the first deliverable.

They developed a user-friendly design and a custom backend solution including all the features we wanted to implement into MVP first of all. Then we moved to the next phase and implemented next features needed for our project. Our CRM was tested by their engineers and developers, and by our team.

Now Lember provides us with support and we discuss new ideas which can be implemented into the CRM to achieve our new business goal, as we are growing company.

They achieved 100% of the website goal and our team is totally satisfied with the work they did for us. The live website looks brilliant. We archived the result better than expected.

The timeline was about 3-4 weeks. We used UpWork chat and WhatsApps to stay in touch. They also added me to the Trello board where I could see the flow of tasks and their completeness. We work by Agile methodology.

This company provides a solution but only the code services. I am impressed with their open ideas and willingness to minimize the project cost and timeline.

I do not have any adjustments to add. I wish these guys to grow and bring their business to the next level step-by-step. And I am sure they will achieve it.
