I’m the managing director at a private equity company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Lead Generators International?
We have a lot of brokers sending us deals and we're competing with a lot of different private equity companies so we wanted to build out a proprietary deal flow or pipeline. Lead Generators is helping us with this challenge.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Lead Generators asked us for metrics on the types of companies we were looking for. We provided them information on these companies’ location, size, revenue, and number of employees and they narrowed down the list. Further input from our side helped narrow it down further.
After that, we developed a script based on what they’ve seen in the past and what message we wanted to convey. The team basically started calling, emailing, setting up meetings with the owners of these companies, and describing to them the type of services we offer.
What is the team composition?
We worked with the two partners of Lead Generators. We also worked with two callers who were contracted for this project.
How did you come to work with Lead Generators International?
I googled Lead Generators and looked up their ratings, pricing, and timelines. Based on the testimonials of their customers, we decided to give them a shot.

What is the status of this engagement?
The partnership began in March 2021. It ended in July 2021 but we’re looking to pick up on their services again after Labor Day.

It was a great experience working with Lead Generators. They definitely delivered and secured us conversations with various companies.

It was great. There was always someone from the team who attended to our issues and responded to emails at any time. We always got ahold of them very quickly.

Lead Generators had a lot of experience doing these kinds of calls. They were able to adapt to and engage with the owners, adjusting their verbiage and getting them to meet with us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We could do some more tweaking on what types of companies were looking for. When we pick up again in September, I think we’ll spend more time doing that to actually narrow down the exact metrics, industry, and geography of the companies we’re looking for.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure that whatever list you’re curating is tight and specific. Once Lead Generators have that list, they’ll do a really good job of doing what they do.

We were a new company, and we were trying to reach out to our customer base, which included a lot of municipalities and utilities in Canada. I was the only person in the outside sales team, so we hired Lead Generators International® to generate leads in a short period of time.

We did a two-month campaign with Lead Generators International®. We gave them a script to use when talking to people over the phone. They focused on reaching out to the decision-makers in different departments, specifically the purchasing departments.
They would give us the information and we would focus on closing the sales. The team used MailChimp to send out letters and brochures.

The project was quick. We invested a couple of months and we got what we needed. If I had tried to do it on my own, it would’ve taken eight months to a year.

I’m the president and CEO of RegIQ Solutions LLC. We have an automated regulatory SaaS platform for medical device companies.
What challenge were you trying to address with Lead Generators International?
When I first talked to Tyler (President & Founder), the idea was that we wanted to generate some early leads that would potentially populate our first adopter program. These people would be first on the platform, and we would gain experience and some feedback from them.
I asked them to put together a lead generation campaign that would satisfy pulling in some of these folks, within the US particularly, so that we could start to generate that information flow.

Their communication was impeccable. I received daily communication from Tyler, and I would also get weekly statistics and synopses tabulated for me. I don’t think there’s anyone who has stronger attention to detail that Tyler and his team.

Their ability to get back to me within reasonable periods of time and address everything very quickly. They were very flexible in terms of delivery, and his team was responsive to him and him in turn to me. That was primarily the reason I worked with them for the third time.

No, nothing comes to mind.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Tyler is very personable, so I would recommend spending some time with him and getting to understand the nature of how his business operates, the team that he has built and how they worked together, and how that's going to translate to any potential projects.
He liked to be at the forefront, so because of that, you need to be able to accept a lot of data coming back your way from them because it's the data that drives the project and determines what changes or flexibility factors need to be introduced.

I'm the sales manager for Peerless Engineering, an industrial automation company that works with hydraulic, pneumatics, and vacuum equipment.

We had a German client that partnered with us to be one of their U.S. distributors, but it was for a new product that was quite different from our traditional products. As such, we needed a partner who could find new customers and generate leads outside of our normal client base.

We helped Lead Generators International® understand the product we were trying to sell, and then they began conducting market research to identify the ideal target market, even eliminating some options that we thought could be a possible match. We also worked together on how best to introduce the product to the target market.
After that, they started providing cold calling services. We gave them a list of different industries we thought would be a good fit for the product, and they provided a list of specific companies and organizations within those industries that we could approach. They did cold calling and letter follow ups, making appointments for us to go and meet with their leads.

They have an excellent account manager who took time to get to know the product in order to better engage with our potential clients. We’d never worked with a lead gen team before, so we were a bit skeptical about what they could accomplish. If they had a way to better quantify their work and show the value they offer, that could help people like me who weren’t sure about partnering with them.

I worked with Lead Generators International for two projects. One was to expand my company’s presence from the island we’re located on back to the nearest mainland part of Canada, and the other was to find potential new clients that needed assistance managing their worker’s compensation claims.

I’ve found that I’m generally good at keeping clients, but I’ve struggled with finding new ones. I engaged Lead Generators International because I wanted to implement a professional way of reaching out to potential leads. During both engagements with them, I relied on their team to generate new business.
I worked with one caller from Lead Generators International who represented our company and made all of the requisite phone calls. I’d receive daily updates on the leads that stemmed from those calls. The most prominent metric is that we were able to make more money in sales and profit than what we spent for Lead Generators International’s efforts. Further, I still work with many of those new clients regularly all these years later.
But maybe more important than that initial success is the clarified vision we were able to project to our clients. I had to answer so many questions at the beginning of the contract about parts of our service that we hadn’t critically analyzed. Lead Generators International helped us refine our mission statements and do a better job of how we talk about our services.
How did Lead Generators International perform from a project management standpoint?
I remember them being organized, professional, and open to feedback. For example, at the start, the caller was not asking the questions in a way that made sense. She didn’t present the services in a way that made it sound like she knew what she was talking about. I provided a little additional coaching and gave them more background information, and she adjusted her approach right away.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are results-driven and client-focused.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing that stands out as needing improvement. They were great, and I highly recommend them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Future clients should have a narrowed focus on the results they are trying to achieve. At the time of our engagement, we had 7–8 services, and we were challenged to focus on the primary outcome we wanted from their work. Otherwise, we’d be shooting fish in a barrel.

We hired Lead Generators International to take our existing product to a new market. Pyng Medical was a dominant supplier for the US military, but we wanted to expand into hospitals and the emergency medical services market. Lead Generators International needed to gauge the level of interest and ultimately provide sales prospects to Salesforce.

Lead Generators International worked with us to develop how their team would speak about our product in the target market. We provided them a contact list, which included doctors, nurses, paramedics, hospitals, and administrators. They began cold calling and reporting back regularly while updating our Salesforce CRM to indicate the results of their outreach.
Their team performed market research that entailed people completing a questionnaire. We received the transcripts of those. They also did lead generation services. We used an email push notification, and then they followed up with phone calls.
