There was hardly any dip in traffic through this transition, and we already see a positive trajectory in organic traffic. Everything is going very well, and they've filled a lot of the gaps in visibility that the brand had previously.
How did LASANAN perform from a project management standpoint?
They keep us informed, up-to-date, and copied on appropriate emails, and all their deliverables come in on time. Other than email, we also communicate through phone and text.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They're experts in their field. When things go outside of our normal service offerings, engaging with them is extremely comfortable. They think about all the ecosystems at play, as well as all the manipulating factors and forces that are out of our control. I trust their services, and I never have to question what they deliver. The quality of their work is always appropriate, and we always receive what we need.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing comes to mind for improvements. They're great connectors, and they know a lot of small agencies. They never oversell their abilities, and they recommend other vendors to help keep projects on track.

The earlier you engage them, and the more you can tell them about your business, the better. Share your insights and documentation, which will give them a more strategic vision. They are masters of the digital marketing world, and they work best with a high level of transparency.
