Healthcare platform - Telemedicine (NDA)
Neurology clinics network (NDA, US-based) - we designed and developed a web application for remote communication experience between doctor and patient.
The project consists of three different interfaces (user-panel, CRM, admin panel) based on AWS.
Users can chat with the doctor and submit answers to the complex questionnaires (video and text answers) and the doctor can create a treatment plan for the patient based on questionnaire results.
The patient can order needed supplements using his card or insurance.
We delivered separate user panels for different diseases (Migraine, Epilepsy, TBI) and plan to scale the project.

Embryonics
Embryonics app is optimizing the field of IVF with machine learning algorithms and AI software solutions. Embryonics team came to us with low-fidelity wireframes and requested development. During the discovery stage, both sides agreed that UX should be reworked because the 1st version of the wireframes was created without considering any user experience patterns and with a bunch of logical holes. We created a smooth and understandable UX. Functional UI. Compiled clickable prototype which passed 2 iterations of user testing with Embryologists from the USA and Europe. Then we turned the design into a fully working HIPAA Compliant web application with our professional full-stack developer's team. This work has taken 6 months of focused work of the Project Manager, Business analysts, 2 designers, and a team of 3 developers. We've built from scratch Web app interface for working with and grading embryos that are retrieved during the IVF procedure. Technology stack: React.js, Node.js, Next.js, Server-Side Rendering, Redux-saga, Redux, Flow, Koa.js, MongoDB, Express.js, AWS, AWS Amplify.

Data Visualisation Platform (NDA)
We worked for more than 3000 hours and created dashboard builder designs for the product.
We created an interface for operating with multiple data layers and interpolating the data to find the Data-Driven solutions.
We also developed a React.js component library and framework to be used for the In-house development team.

SignifAI
SignifAI — SaaS company from California. SignifAI provides machine intelligence that helps site reliability engineer teams get to answers by finding correlations in real-time among volumes of events and metrics monitoring data. We implemented all the designs to frontend code and helped to connect that code to the Python backend. We spent more than 2 years(2500+ hours) on this app development, which included visual diagrams builder and more than 500 mockups. We were working on the app from the first drafts till the startup was acquired by "New Relic" company. Technology stack: React.js, Redux, Redux-Thunk, Scss, Firebase, Node.js, Python.

Fast.io -> VividEngine
A platform that includes everything you need to host, deploy, scale, and publish static content on the web from the creators of Mediafire. SSL and CDN are included for free.
The client met us after the previous development team disappeared and was looking for a strong and reliable dev team that will be able to maintain and scale the current codebase.
Our team created a new product part for custom static content views - it includes the site builder and the site view part.
We also maintain and implement new functionality to the current codebase - we reimagined Sign up flow and onboarding flow.

Frontend Implementation for Insurance Software Company
"No matter how complicated our requests are, they still manage to implement everything to a very high standard."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
My organization operates in insurance software services, and I’m its founder and CEO.
What challenge were you trying to address with Lanp?
We engaged Lanp to build a new prototype for our merchant platform — we wanted to work with them so that we could get a very high-quality frontend solution using React.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Lanp has been basically helping us facilitate this project in a very high-quality process, that we couldn’t have done otherwise in this time frame. Initially, the main thing we had to do was build the front-end of our merchant app, so they’re implementing the UI, its dashboard, as well as the claim flows so that merchants can submit insurance claims for loss and damage in transit.
They basically went from nothing to a fully-fledged high-fidelity app with user management claims, vision capability, and a myriad of different features such as site management, UI components, and onboarding flows in just under two months.
In addition to that, we designed the app ourselves, and gave them the high fidelity frames using Figma. We’ve been adding more to the wireframes that were produced, and they’ve been able to keep the picture-perfect layout and update changes that are needed. From an API perspective, the backend that we provide in the documentation is not industry-standard — it’s very ad-hoc because we’ve been racing to market the product, but they’ve been very good at compensating with our low-quality documentation.
Apart from React, we also requested that they use Redux for site management on the frontend, and Storyboard, which is a UI/UX component framework that allows us to see each component by itself.
What is the team composition?
We work with two people from Lanp. one is Alex (Founder & CTO), who managed the project from the frontend side and designed the structure. The other is Vlad (Frontend Lead) who basically works closely with Alex to implement the tasks.
How did you come to work with Lanp?
My hiring team hired them, which ultimately came down to their high-quality language skills. I’ve worked with a lot of third parties for contract work on the frontend, but Lanp’s communication skills were perfect — I could tell they understand what I mean when I explain something, and they didn’t just say yes because they could. That was the point where I knew that we wanted to go with them. Additionally, the standard of their work is very high, historically speaking.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested somewhere between $25,000–$50,000 AUD (approximately $18,400–$36,900 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together at the beginning of April 2021, and our partnership is still ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’re very easy to work with and they keep their workforce consistently organized. No matter how complicated our requests are, they still manage to implement everything to a very high standard. Without Lanp, we wouldn’t be able to move as quickly as we’ve been able to now.
We’re able to move very quickly to the market with a very high-quality product that we’ll keep using to scale and grow — we won’t really have to change any of the structures they created because it’s just been incredible
How did Lanp perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Slack, Zoom, and occasionally Google Meet to communicate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I would say it’s their openness to put in the extra work when it’s needed. Alex and Vlad went out of their way to work over the weekend when they knew they had a demo coming up — they gave up their weekends because they actually care about what they’re working on.
Are there any areas they could improve?
To be honest, not really. They’ve been doing a really good job and I can’t find any fault with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would say to stop looking and hire them, because you won’t regret it. To get the most out of the engagement, you should also listen to them since they have a really good experience — more than likely, they’ll be able to add a lot of value besides doing what you tell them. Mind you, we listen to them and they’ve done a really good job of helping us build an amazing product.

I am the founder and CEO of The Showcase Tour. We host live music events where bands, musicians, and artists perform for our audience and a panel of judges. We offer prizes for acts that perform well, including a $50,000 grand finale prize.
For what projects/services did your company hire Lanp?
We hired Lanp to provide end-to-end development of our website.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to have a website with a sharp and fresh new design that is easy to navigate. Specifically, we wanted a platform that would allow users to find upcoming showcases in their area and register to perform at one of our events.
How did you select this vendor?
We found Lanp on Upwork. We connected via video chat, and I chose them because I was impressed with their professionalism.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Lanp developed the front- and backend of the website. Their team built many key features, including a search tool that allows users to find events near them. They also implemented a registration system and set up the site to be viewed in different languages according to browser settings and location. They’ve also made some design touch-ups and UX enhancements.
What was the team composition?
My point of contact was Alexey (CTO, Lanp), who did a fantastic job of keeping me updated during the project.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Artist registration, which is the core of our business, increased by 300% with the launch of our new website. Before working with Lanp, it took us months to fully book a showcase, and now we’ve found ourselves setting early cut-offs for certain events due to the overwhelming demand. It’s clear that users are responding to the simplified registration process and beautiful look of our new site. We’ve seen an increase in revenue as well, due to growth in customer engagement.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project management was amazing. Alexey provided daily updates and made sure every deadline was met. Even when he was traveling, his team was working, and I was kept in the loop. They used Asana to show me which developers were working on each task.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their professionalism remained constant from start to finish. From the first phone call to product launch, I found the team to be reliable and prepared to meet my needs. I remember a time when I was stressed and needed a task done, and it was 3:00 AM in their time zone, they were perfectly amiable and willing to help. It’s not always easy to find top-notch resources on freelancer sites, and I feel blessed to have found such a hardworking group of people.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Everyone can always improve, but I can’t think of anything specific that Lanp should change. They were less costly and much more effective than other developers I know, and I would feel very confident referring them.

Please describe your company and your position there.
We are a startup tech company in the eCommerce warehousing space, providing a solution that allows eCommerce sellers of any size to simplify the process of inventory and logistics management.
For what projects/services did your company hire Lanp?
We required a professional design company that could help us produce a modern SaaS web application, we had strict requirements for clean, modern SaaS styling.
How did you select this vendor?
We hired Lanp through Upwork, we initially interviewed with Nik. After going through their previous projects we could tell Lanp was the clear winner in terms of quality and design, which left us with no choice but to work with them.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
When we hired Lanp we had nothing more than a vision in our mind, we had no designs on paper. We simply showed them our idea, along with the biggest competitor in our niche. This cannot have been easy for them, they had no experience in our market space, however, their team got to work researching the space and came back with a solution.
From their first version, we could already tell they were on the right track, we continued to work through the project creating each and every element. In terms of steps taken, it was made simple, we started with research, moving to an initial design, once we confirmed the design we provided documents explaining each and every requirement and Lanp got to work.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked mostly with Artem for project management, and Renata for the design creation.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Right now we are still very much in a startup development stage. At this moment in time we are implementing the designs that Lanp created into our React frontend.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had no issues with the workflow, initially, we had one call a week to track progress, but after a few weeks we communicated mostly via Slack as we found no need to have a call, Lanp were on the right track and we trusted them to complete the work, which they did.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Lanp has the ability to not only produce a world-class UI, but also great customer support. they are always online to answer any questions or concerns.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No, the project was completed to spec.
