I’m a professional freelance graphic designer based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada who's been in the game for over ten years. I started my career at Nova Scotia Community college, where I received a diploma in Graphic Design. I'm also a co-founder of Halifax VegFest, an annual plant-based food & culture festival in Halifax. I specialize in logos, branding, typography, and print material, and believe it’s more effective to build a modern & unique brand that will stand the test of time than follow trends.

Ads and Illustration • Schoolhouse Brewery
Schoolhouse Brewery is no stranger to green initiatives. In fact, they've built their business right from the start to be eco-friendly. With Earth Week fast approaching, they were looking for a visual way to communicate the many ways they reduce their ecological footprint so they can be more kind to the earth while still producing some of the best craft brews around.
Our solution was to build some custom illustrations and infographics that were easily shared on social media. They highlighted everything from their solar water heating system to their practice of diverting spent grains to help local farmers and keep waste out of landfills. Did I mention how good their beer is?

Dartmouth Sport & Spine is a clinic in Nova Scotia providing treatment for injuries and ailments in order to maximize recovery and improve performance. Specializing in chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, and rehab, we built their brand to be in line with their modern, professional approach.

Granite Suspension. Mountain Bike suspension servicing by someone who actually cares about suspension. It’s a small but dedicated company. So, how do we get the word out?
Strategy
Let’s hit em with a strong, bold identity to match the personality of its founder, Andrew Martin. He’s passionate about bikes and loves to fix things. It was a natural progression for him to get into working on bikes, especially pesky suspension which can be very intimidating to most riders but can be done well with the right tools and replacement parts.
Outcome
The new brand hit the local scene with a splash and has been making waves ever since. Business is booming, and we’ve been getting great feedback from the incredible community around Nova Scotia and beyond.
