I am an owner of Daria Massage & Wellness LLC, which is located in NYC.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kseniia Design Studio?

Kseniia Design Studio was hired to create a custom website and branding from scratch for me and my company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've been burnt by hack designers before, and when I found Kseniia, I was impressed by her skills and professionalism. She's responsive, patient, thorough, and a very easy to collaborate with.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a series of discovery meetings to discuss my goal, Kseniia worked on couple of designs, which she presented later and explained each of them. I then picked one that caught my eye, and Kseniia started working on the website. It took her less than a month to complete everything, and I was blown by the end product. The website turned out to be simple, aesthetically pleasing, and user friendly. And those were the main points that I was looking for.

I worked directly with Kseniia, the founder of Kseniia Design Studio.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website generated clients within 2 days after it was launched. Each client that booked my services, was blown by the simplicity of the entire process. I am very thankful because the results were much more than I expected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very easy to work with Kseniia. She was able to explain complicated terms in simple words, was very responsive, and organized. She answered all of my questions and gave many suggestions when it came to branding.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the knowledge that Kseniia exhibited. She went extra mile on every aspect - from design, last minute changes to helping me understand the analytics after the launch. I sincerely enjoyed working with Kseniia and highly recommend her!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am very satisfied with the process and the end product, and I do not have any suggestions.
