For what projects/services did your company hire Kotwel?
Our company was looking for a long-term partner to help us with some time-consuming and repetitive tasks so that we can focus more on our core values. We did some research and Kotwel came up as a potential fit for this partnership opportunity.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We considered multiple companies offering the same service, comparing the price and communication style. After giving them a test assignment, we chose Kotwel because the quality met our expectations.

I worked with a project manager and a team leader. Their team for our project has around 30 annotators. We provide the guidelines and they execute on our web-based tool.

Our main point of contact is a project manager and a team leader. There is a team of 30 annotators handling the image annotation tasks.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Having them handle our image annotation tasks has saved us human resources, management fees, so much time and efforts. We're now able to focus on our technical services to our clients.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have a Skype meeting every two week to monitor the progress. If there is any update and adjustment in the guidelines, I will email them and they are usually quick to response and inform the annotators.

They were quick in responding and always willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best quality in time.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The cost is a bit higher than other suppliers but the quality is well worth the price.

We hired Kotwel for audio transcription project. We use this service to feed our voice recognition machine models.

We found them through a Google search and shortlisted them with another company. After their pitch, we chose them because of their speed, accuracy and enthusiasm.

They completed the audio transcription for Vietnamese language. They followed our guidelines by working on our tools and perfectly delivered the work we needed.
