For what projects/services did your company hire Kopf Consulting Virtual Assistance?
They set up our OpenCart website and then migrated us to WordPress. They mostly managed our website.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We found them on UpWork. We liked their portfolio and the interview went well.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
They created our primary website, imported the products, and attached it to our PayPal account. They handles any issues we had. We were pay as you go so we were billed for the time worked through UpWork.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Just the owner and her designer so two people.

We were happy with the website and everything worked as required.

They emailed us to provide updates and were good at communicating.

We never had to ask what was happening - they kept in touch and let us know the progress. They also responded pretty quickly.
