Konstruct was engaged to take on all digital marketing needs for our mutual client. We began with a focus on re-evaluating the current website to migrate it from the previous host before diving into a re-platforming and redesign. Since then we continue to work on the updates to the website and explore PPC opportunities for the client and their product lines.

The client has seen monumental success in their SEO rankings from previous maintenance and hosting partner. We continue to build monthly traffic numbers and achieve set out goals for web performance.

We needed help restructuring all of our digital paid ads accounts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Konstruct Digital has helped us restructure and optimize our accounts on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. We initially met with Konstruct Digital and laid out a blueprint of what we wanted to accomplish. Konstruct Digital then created a road map to guide our project.

Konstruct Digital has optimized our accounts for PPC campaigns and will help us monitor our campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

Our main point of contact is Konstruct Digital’s senior digital strategist, who has acted as an account manager. She guides our quarterly meetings and digital strategy. She’s also our liaison with the rest of Konstruct Digital’s team and connects us with the appropriate specialist we need.

We had an interview process, and Konstruct Digital audited our different accounts and presented high-level recommendations based on the audit’s results.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Konstruct Digital has just completed our accounts’ optimization, and we’re pleased with how the layout looks. Konstruct Digital is easy to work with, and we’ll wait for the campaigns’ results since we don’t have quantitative data yet. 

How did Konstruct Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Konstruct Digital’s project management skills are excellent. We have weekly updates, and when Konstruct Digital needs something from us, they let us know right away. Konstruct Digital is communicative through Zoom and email, and we use Google Drive to share documents.

I’m most impressed by Konstruct Digital’s transparency and expertise.

I can’t think of anything for Konstruct Digital to improve — we haven’t had a negative experience.

I really recommend working with Konstruct Digital because they’re good at explaining technical aspects in an easy way. I don’t have a PPC background, and Konstruct Digital has walked me through the project’s process.

Konstruct Digital helps us with SEO services, which include keyword research, backlinking, and blog development — they send weekly activity lists to help us enhance the performance of the website we’re working on. We started the process by filling out a questionnaire about the brand’s history, team, mission, and vision. Consequently, we had an onboarding call to review that questionnaire so they could understand the brand.

Since we started working with Konstruct Digital, we’ve increased our organic traffic and revenue. Overall, we’re happy with their work so far.

How did Konstruct Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

One of the things I like the most about them is their account management; Tryphena is very organized and keeps me updated with every week’s priorities and the project’s status. Regarding communication, we use email, phone calls, Slack, and Zoom meetings, depending on the importance of the situation. In terms of project management tools, we use Notion.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their organization is their most important attribute.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve how they review KPIs with us. We have monthly KPI dashboards and quarterly reviews, and we’d kike more frequent revisions rather than just receiving reports.

I recommend people working with them; Konstruct Digital’s team knows what they’re doing, and I trust them. Moreover, provide constant feedback and get involved in the process activities collaboratively.

I’m the CMO of a home care service business that provides help to the elderly.

We needed someone to run our Google and Bing paid ad campaigns, as well as provide SEO on those same platforms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

One example of their work is the project we’re running to expand into a new city. Konstruct did all the research for our keywords and ads and also provided customizations to our website’s architecture. The web changes allow us to drive traffic independently from different cities.

On a day-to-day basis, they’re improving our Google and Bing ads and our SERP rankings. They also create content and localization services on our website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Out of all the vendors we use, Konstruct is the most organized. Everything is provided in Google Docs, and they send a weekly email that lists the three main tasks that they’re working on, as well as three things that they’ve completed. In this way, the email is like a roadmap.

Every quarter, they perform a business review and put together a slide deck for our staff, comparing our metrics year over year. To date, we’ve seen a 30% increase in organic traffic, a 183% increase in non-branded clicks, and a 67% increase in impressions. Regarding paid ads, our cost per conversion has decreased by 42%, our conversion rates are up by 153%, and our raw conversions are up 200%. The leads we’re receiving are higher quality as well.

How did Konstruct Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything is managed inside Google Docs. Like I mentioned earlier, they provide weekly roadmaps and always give me the opportunity to add my two cents. The whole system is very simple.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always here for me. I’ve hired a few different agencies like this, and Konstruct is much more organized than our previous vendors were. Additionally, a lot of the other vendors had automated processes they would put us through, and that didn’t feel personal. Konstruct’s personal touch stands out to us.

Honestly, I’ve been very happy. I can’t speak of anything here.

One of Konstruct Digital’s most successful projects for my clients has been the one they’ve done for a debt removal company. They’ve managed to double their website traffic in the last year.

Konstruct Digital has met my expectations in this regard by being on target for deadlines and budgets. Whatever they’ve quoted, they’ve delivered. Additionally, they’re great communicators who always deliver quality work. I get a monthly report from them that seems to be generated on the Google Cloud Console. We typically communicate via email.

Konstruct Digital’s project management has been great. They’ve met the timeline they gave us, and their project manager always kept us appraised of the status of the project. They send timely emails, too. We also use online meetings via Zoom to communicate.

We had one point of contact, Kimberly Findlay, who is extremely talented at what she does. She is always very prepared and extremely responsive. She is always patient and understanding to our business challenges.

Our digital marketing goals have surpassed our goals. The increase in organic traffic, and our google rankings are impressive.

I found Konstruct Digital to be very reliable, patient, and dependable. They worked to our deadlines and kept us up to date as often as needed. Usually through email, but Kimberly was always willing to jump on a zoom or phone call to walk through any questions we had.

We are in the midst of creating a new process where SEO writers can meet regularly with our SME's to develop a stronger understanding of our brand and tone.

We hired Konstruct to reduce our Google ad spend. For context, we previously worked with two teams for this project, and they both claimed to be experts in ad management and SEO — both of them were disastrous.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Konstruct digs deep into what we need. They then tell us how they’re going to handle the project, communicating back and forth with us. The team also has systems in place for us to effectively review any of their proposed changes. From there, we meet with them to discuss the implementation of their plans.

We work with a Tryphena (Digital Marketing Strategist & Manager), and we talk with Matt (Managing Partner) on occasion when it comes to strategies. Our team also deals with their PPC team. Another person works on our social media efforts. In total, we interface with 3–4 people, and everything funnels through Tryphena.

We found Konstruct via a Google search. At that time, we were switching away from our previous IT service company, which happened to speak about Konstruct. That pushed us to have a conversation with their team. The start of the process was excellent; it was different from our previous two ad managers. As a result, we decided to go on with the engagement.

To measure success, we review Konstruct’s work on a monthly basis. We look at traffic, sales, and ad spend. Overall, our ad spend is down while the traffic and sales are up. The reduced ad spend more than offsets the cost we pay to Konstruct. 

How did Konstruct Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

To manage the project, Konstruct submits reports about the previous month every second or third day of the current month. We then schedule a meeting with them a week later to go over their reports and talk about the changes and trends they see. Their team also provides reports with plenty of data — more data than Google Analytics. The team also makes sense of everything for us. Moreover, the project manager is terrific. I can’t say enough good things about them. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Konstruct’s systematic approach to getting results is impressive. However, for me, it’s all about people — Tryphena is a good person who does good work. Overall, their system is great and their people know their job.

No, there aren’t any.

Respond to Konstruct’s queries. If you respond quickly to their requests, they’ll quickly implement things. The team also looks for approval for everything, so there are no surprises with them. If you’re on the ball and respond to their plan, the whole process will be quicker.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our monthly website traffic has increased and our goal completions are up over 50% YoY. We also are performing at the top of our peer group for SEO results on the list of key word groups that we have deemed most critical for our prospect base during search.

We talk weekly with Konstruct and work on always keeping the ball moving forward. Our company is small and folks wear many hats, so driving progress is always a challenge.

Constraints tend to be on our side as Konstruct is not able to create content since the SMEs are within our company. If there was a way for us to get the content to them more effectively it would accelerate our development processes.
