I worked with Toni Aplaya and John Wilson @ Konnektors. They were very customer-friendly and flexible to work with. They worked really hard to set appointments and even harder when the customer didn't show up to reschedule them. They worked tirelessly until the customer agreed to a meeting.
For what projects/services did your company hire Konnektors?
For appointment setting. Since we didn't have inhouse talent to make the necessary calls, we relied on Konnektors to help with appointment setting.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Konnektors provide a PM and a sales person to manage our project. We received weekly KPIs and an updated google sheet to track things. We worked with them to provide the call script, they then followed the script and provided input to refine the script. Helped a lot.

After the kick-off, they provided the data that is needed to make the digital/social media marketing campaign. They tracked the responses and followed them thru' to the appointment setting. In some cases they also nurtured the prospect to agree to a meeting.

We agreed that they will set 12 appointments for a set price. They provided the initial commitment and now we have extended the contract and the relationship for another set of 12 appointments.s

Workflow was very smooth. Provided weekly status report, updated google sheet to track, kept in touch with us often.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Very driven and customer-friendly. Easy to work with them. Very friendly folks in the company.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not much I can think of. Maybe the appointments could be validated a bit more.

to increase brand and website exposure, to gain 20 new clients

we looked closely at 3 vendors. konnektors was clearly the best value for our money. they were the only company willing to make phone calls with a dedicated rep and set appointments. very helpful

we defined the specific industries and market we wanted to focus on, along with titles of appropriate contacts within an organization. we created both email and phone scripts, questions that would facilitate the process when speaking with a client, etc. so along with an email campaign, the phone campaign being more effective in gaining appointments, and the results came through
What was the team composition?
there was a lead/supervisor and a dedicated caller, which assisted in keeping the communication flow efficient and effective.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
we reached alot of clients, scheduled calls with approximately 25 clients, several are still considering proposals, etc. in addition, the majority of their work transpired through the pandemic when most clients were working from home and difficult to reach. this created significant challenges to the effectiveness of the campaign, otherwise, im confident we would have yielded a greater result.

very easy communication flow. Sarah was always positive, eager to accept my consultation on changes. in addition, they provide a weekly dashboard of all the activity rolled up to view and analyze.

They provide a valuable service in a very competitive market. They provide more resources than just sitting behind technology; their personal outreach made the difference
Are there any areas for improvement?
many phone appointments were not as prepared to receive my call as i would have liked. that was a learning and something i would want to find out a way to improve on the next round

eBooth offers a mobile platform for event professionals and event enterprises to add branding and engagement features to their next event. Konnektor allowed for us to do a significant test run of the process The process included multiple rounds of call and automated responses between Knonnektor and SharpSpring CRM

The process involved an initial call from a konnektor derived list. The result of the calls were flagged and rated responses where digitally transmitted to Shaprspring Sharpspring then sent out follow up emails based upon the scoring . The tracked opens then generated a list back to Konnektor This repeated for 3 rounds which included invites and encouragement to the end prospect for attending the weekly presentation

Konnektor had a dedicated caller and a dedicated liaison to ebooth Shaprspring had a dedicated manager the presentation group had two members

The process was a operational success.

We had no issues with working with Konnektor and mid process changes ( reacting to the process results ) were handled by Konnektor with out issue or complaint
