I am the senior marketing associate at my company. We are an HRMS provider with Global presence catering to enterprises for their entire employee lifecycle needs.
For what projects/services did your company hire Konnect Me Animation, and what were your goals?
We wanted the product to be finished within the deadline whilst maintaining the quality of the product video. The vendor was able to deliver the same with great support throughout
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We had always worked with the vendor from the very beginning. However, given the importance of the project, we wanted to do a pilot test amongst a few more vendors wherein their output was the best.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We created 8 product videos which had animations and on-screen texts to make it seem like a seamless flow of information. For us, quality was important which was maintained throughout.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
I worked with the project manager directly and the animators. The feedback was at par with continued support throughout the project.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We still are awaiting the outcome which eventually has a critical standpoint to the company. Hoping for positive output.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The coordination was done via the project manager while keeping in loop the animators as well so that any input can be taken care of without any delay. The tools used were professional with daily meetings to understand the progress of the project and keep realistic deadlines accordingly.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their willingness to go an extra mile! Given the complexity of the project, the sheer input and support they provided were amazing!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Given the lack of clarity of our product, there were some reworks which could've been avoided in the first place.
Though there are no measurable outcomes yet, Konnect Me Animation delivered eight product videos in total. The team was well-organized and kept everything on time. They also held weekly meetings to keep the deadlines realistic and update the client about progress.
