TURM is a company dedicated to consulting strategic and administrative processes for high-ranking clients. As general coordinator, I am in charge of managing, evaluating and developing processes, tools and documents that facilitate the preparation of deliverables, reports and the execution of team tasks.
For what projects/services did your company hire Konfront Technologies, and what were your goals?
We turned to Konfront to develop an internal customer-facing information management platform to show progress, recommendations and important notes. Our main objectives were to build a tool that would allow us to document, assign and manage the pending tasks of each team member as well as to host valuable information for the client and the team.
How did you select Konfront Technologies and what were the deciding factors?
We were recommended to work with Konfront as some of the team knew about their previous work. 4 vendor options were evaluated and we decided to stay with Konfront as they offered us innovative, current and efficient solutions in terms of implementation. What defined the choice were delivery times.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Principalmente 3 personas, Alberto, Santiago y una persona más que ha cambiado en dos ocaciones. Alberto lleva a cabo toda la comunicación y la gestión entre ambos equipos. Santiago fue la persona de "sistemas" y temas de desarrollo que nos ha guiado en todo el proceso y sabemos que la tercera persona que se involucro apoyaba el tema del desarrollo pero no tuve mucho contacto con el mismo.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have not accounted for the increase in efficiency in the team's work, but we are sure that the flow of information and communication has improved. We still do not share the platform with clients at the direction of the company management.

Communication was very practical since everything was done through whatsapp and calls by zoom, always with a good disposition and quick response.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The delivery times are very good. They are a very proactive team and they always ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
So far all the necessary adjustments have been made, so there has not been anything that needs to be improved, the only thing that we consider can improve is the offer of web design services to make the platform more aesthetic.

We initially needed a partner to build our e-commerce platform.

Konfront Technologies developed our e-commerce website. About a month ago, we decided to update the platform. Now, their team’s working on it. Their work involves both design and development.
What is the team composition?
I directly work with three people.
How did you come to work with Konfront Technologies?
The general manager of our organization decided to work with them. I wasn’t involved in the selection process. Since our first collaboration, they’ve been our partner in all of our technology-related projects.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in March 2020, and it’s a continuous collaboration.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Although we haven’t launched the site yet, the results indicate a better platform so far. The website looks great and meets our expectations. However, we haven’t been able to see how it translates into sales.
How did Konfront Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
The project took longer than expected, which was one of the few negative aspects of the engagement that we weren’t completely happy about.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Everything was fine. There wasn’t anything extremely positive or negative.

When I first saw the website, I wasn’t happy with the results. However, when I talked to them about it, they immediately responded and made all of the necessary adjustments. Konfront Technologies could more carefully gather the needs of the client and have more active communication.

We hired Konfront for a website development project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We have a website that allows our clients to make credit requests via the site so we wanted to offer them the possibility to calculate their credit specifics on a simulator on the website, including the amount of their credit, payments, and finally to send all of this information directly to our platform.
What is the team composition?
I worked directly with the project leader and I know he was working closely with two people.
How did you come to work with Konfront Technologies?
They were referred to us, so we contacted them and liked their proposal. We were looking for a company that had the technical skills so the platform worked effectively and they seemed like a good fit.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them about a year ago, and it took about 4 months to finish the project, although they continue providing support for maintenance and updates.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their work was excellent. It was a complex project, as we work with a system that is connected to the general system of the insurance company so we had to work jointly with Konfront and the system’s managers and Konfront’s services were outstanding if we ever had a setback it was because of the system never from Konfront’s side.

Everything was great, they delivered everything in a timely manner.

Their efficiency and great communication.
