I have been working closely with Kokoen since I became part of the company. They are my first point of contact when it comes to the further development of our website. Together we have done technological optimizations and already designed numerous other websites / landing pages, which have helped us generate some valuable leads.

I have several contacts with Kokoen. My first contact is the managing director when it comes to new projects. I am also regularly in contact with a project manager and a developer to discuss the technological intricacies and implementations.

With the help of Kokoen, we have increased our traffic as well as our visibility on the web and have been able to record some valuable conversions, some of which are now our regular customers.

Kokoen works very reliably and is always available for me, no matter what questions or concerns I have. We communicate via email or phone and I get a monthly report on our visibility.

When we discover a bug, it is usually quickly corrected. They show me proposed solutions and make their recommendation.

More than 400 employees work in the entire group of companies on the development, manufacture and sale of CEE plugs and sockets, socket combinations, industrial connectors, charging infrastructure for electro mobility, power distributors and transformer stations.

We wanted to develop a mobile App for the employees of our customers to support them to register the power consumption and generate reports for their company.

We searched online for app developers in our region. We interview and selected the one with the best time proposal.

We had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. We provided their team with requirements, user stories, wire frames and designs. Within two weeks, they delivered the first round of the app. They incorporated our feedback and delivered the revised version. We were able to test and improve the app with new requirements later.

A project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact throughout the project. Additionally, we interact with two lead front -and back end developers.

Our website was created over 15 years ago and had become outdated. We didn't have in-house developers, so we hired this company to design and develop a Wordpress site for us and connected it with our translation backend portal. This is actually a steady cooperation.

We have got a professional easy to manage and up to date site. Before my team never worked with WordPress, but now w know how to update the content ourselves.

On the beginning the hardest thing was to connect the new WordPress site with our backend portal. But then they fixed it in a great way.

Their flexibility and ability to deliver an excellent product with minimal supervision are impressive.
