Limango Poland is an online shopping platform that consists of a shopping club (only for registered users) and an Outlet. We have been present on the Polish market since 2011.
We offer clothes, shoes, accessories (also for children), furnishing articles, and many other products – including both well-known as well as niche brands. All these products can be bought up to 80% off.
I work as a Brand Communication Specialist at limango – I’m responsible for the company’s social media profiles and influencer marketing.
I also take part in the creation of communication strategies as well as in content marketing and employer branding activities.
For what projects/services did your company hire KODA Bots?
We hired KODA Bots to create a chatbot that would automate communication with our clients.
What were your goals for this project?
Our main goal was to save time. That’s how we came up with the idea to automate communication with our clients on social media.
We receive many questions on our fan page every day – especially during our top marketing campaigns. The chatbot answers frequently asked questions impressively fast, which significantly improves our daily workflow.
How did you select this vendor?
We liked their past projects and use cases. They had offered great value and proposed the best ideas to help us since the very first contact with us.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
First of all, together with limango’s Customer Service Department, we created a list of FAQs that clients ask on our fan page and divided them into several groups:
- questions related to the rules of the shopping club
- product orders
- complaints
- returns.
Then, we created a special section to display our current Outlet offer.
On the one hand, users can easily go to categories they’re interested in, e.g. women’s shoes, men’s shirts, children’s jackets. On the other hand, clients can use a virtual shopping assistant in the case of the most popular product categories, like children’s shoes.
Based on chosen product filters (a type of shoe, gender, price), users receive product suggestions directly in Messenger. It’s a very convenient solution for our clients, so they frequently use it.
We continue to develop our chatbot with the help of KODA Bots – we’re working on the FAQ section, we’re trying to expand our base of users who subscribe to push notifications about our top campaigns, and we’re figuring out new ways to inform clients about the best sales in limango.

The chatbot quickly solves many issues – users usually receive answers without customer assistants having to engage in the conversation. In many cases, the chatbot is the first touchpoint where customers engage with our brand.
Besides this, thanks to an efficient automated communication system, we’re able to constantly add improvements to make the entire process go even smoother.

What were your goals for this project?
As part of our system designed for automating communication, the chatbot’s goal was to improve customer service and quickly respond to the questions asked by our passengers. Besides this, we also wanted to create a special section for Unity Line’s Agents – travel agencies located in different areas of Poland that would sell tickets for our ferry cruises. KODA Bots delivered a solution that perfectly combines these two features.

We were looking for a vendor on the market. I came across the KODA Bots blog and I liked what I read there. I contacted the company and invited them to discuss potential cooperation. KODA Bots convinced me with their professional approach. Because of that, our cooperation still continues.

Based on the materials they’ve gathered, KODA Bots created a fully functional chatbot. As part of our automated communication system, it sends personalized messages to users interested in our travel offer. The Unity Line chatbot can answer frequently asked questions at any time of day. Based on the needs of users, it also quickly directs them to specific sections from our website, including the price list, travel schedule, cruise offers, and so on.
KODA Bots also designed the Agent section, which is a pushletter for Unity Line’s business partners from all over Poland. After verifying a travel agent with two simple questions, he automatically joins a special group of people who regularly receive notifications on their tasks. This type of communication is much easier and quicker than sending letters or even emails.

Since the moment we started our cooperation, we’ve stayed in touch with the customer service team.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
As a result of our collaboration, we have a fully functioning and useful product, which is very intuitive and easy to use. Our clients are satisfied with the chatbot. They feel safer when they can see specific stages of the cruise on their screen. What’s more, Unity Line’s business partners feel better when they get information on time. Everything they need to know about the cruises they can sell is always by hand. It’s a win-win situation, to be honest.

Together with teams from our client and KODA Bots, we started by defining the key chatbot functionalities.
We wanted to automate responses and also enable users to log into the client panel via Messenger. KODA Bots came up with a solution where clients can download invoices, verify their payment balance, or register a new device for Internet access.
We also wanted users to be able to check their Internet signal strength through the chatbot. That’s why our client's database, KODA Bots’ platform, and Messenger were connected.
Besides this, we also cooperated with our client’s Customer Service department to select frequently asked questions and prepare answers to them. Thanks to the system integrations and a comprehensive database of FAQs, clients can now find a lot of information in one place.

The chatbot helps clients choose Internet services, checks the availability of these services at given locations, informs users about different promotions, and enables them to quickly report problems with their Internet connection. It also allows them to log into the client panel through Messenger to check their account balance or download the recent invoice files.
The chatbot has a comprehensive database of 100 questions related to various subjects, like Customer Service opening hours, payments, the availability of given Internet services, contracts and their assignments, technician visits, routers, additional services, and so on.
The chatbot also enables users to sign up for notifications on discounts, contests, and technical-related issues. It also has a moderator module that contacts a consultant whenever clients want to ask about more details.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We could always contact KODA Bots’ employees, who were responsible for the chatbot’s deployment. They provided help not only in technical aspects but also gave us practical explanations and advice. The whole design process was organized into specific stages, so there were no problems with verifying the progress of work.

What were your goals for this project?

KODA Bots created a system that enables users to book their dream holiday and us to automate communication between the bot and our website. KODA Bots started by consulting all our customer service departments – from sales and product specialists to the complaints department.
Thanks to the knowledge of our experts, we could create a sales flow and a section of questions and answers. We also defined the personality of our virtual assistant. After in-house tests, we optimized the conversation flow. In the meantime, we also worked on expanding our vacation offer with new country destinations.

We wanted to save time. During the winter season, the ski resort receives a huge number of private messages. The solution to this growing problem was a chatbot. KODA Bots designed and deployed the chatbot. We started by compiling a list of FAQs, which would help us find answers to questions often asked by users. Thanks to this, we had a practically ready database. We also wanted to create an “extra” feature. We came up with the idea of subscribing to weather forecasts. We made this come true by integrating our chatbot with the weather station, which is located on the Czech side. We received a fully functioning tool that was ready to work the moment it was turned on. We knew it was a perfect solution just after the first week of using the chatbot. KODA Bots created a tool that is functional and intuitive to use. Right at the start, users could receive all the necessary information, including real-time weather, snow reports, the number of available lifts and slopes, and so on. Everything worked just the way it should!

The KODA Bots team works fast. Not only did it monitor the chatbot’s performance but it also made improvements and changes whenever they were promptly required.

I value KODA Bots’ approach to work. It wasn’t like we told them about our project and they just implemented it. They really improved some of our ideas and changed our way of looking at several communication issues. And this, in turn, gave us comfort because we could motivate each other to work.

Chatbots are living organisms. We had to make some improvements already during the first winter season. After the final evaluation, we introduced further changes to prepare the chatbot for the next year of hard work.
