Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We’ve lowered our average CPA from $75 to $25, and some of our campaigns perform under $10. Our campaigns have all been well received, and we’re excited to see how the next month goes with all of the changes we’re making.
Additionally, KlientBoost has done an excellent job of targeting our core audience without overselling our products. Because we market our food items to people who have diabetes, we’re very concerned with the language of our ads. KlientBoost has been able to reach folks that will benefit from our products in a professional and engaging manner.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We communicate primarily through email, web meetings, and phone calls, and the team from KlientBoost is super responsive. We use a shared Google Sheet to track metrics and have bi-monthly meetings to discuss key goals and measurables. KlientBoost does a wonderful job of recapping our progress during these meetings.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Many companies claim to be excellent in their field, but KlientBoost actually produces results. They're also a great culture fit, and we love working with their team. As we’ve gotten more comfortable with them, we’ve started to trust their understanding of our brand. We now let them proceed with ads and landing pages without us checking on each iteration.
Are there any areas for improvement?
As with any company, there is always room for improvement. One thing I would suggest is that they should provide email marketing services because we had to bring in another group for that. Still, if KlientBoost prefers to remain specialized in digital media and CRO, I commend them for staying focused.
Additionally, we love data, so we would like to go a little deeper into our metrics. We use different tracking tools on our Shopify site, and we’d love to have a partner that looks more into those metrics to identify areas for opportunity.
Lastly, we’ve recently added several tools and integrations for our pages that are both separate from and related to KlientBoost's work. It would be helpful if they worked on developing strategies to help us get the most out of those tools since they augment our ads and landing pages.
As someone who previously ran an ad agency, I would advise KlientBoost to expand from their specialty only if it makes them a better partner. These suggestions are just thoughts to consider. Overall, we’re very pleased with KlientBoost and the work that they’ve done!
