We set out to build results-driven PPC campaigns with new landing pages and ads managed by KlientBoost. The product is a high ticket item and it required the understanding of our buying journey and the language that allowed for proper lead qualification. KlientBoost followed a consistent plan of experimentation to improve performance.

What was the team composition?

KlientBoost has an extensive team of experts that come and go during the project. But I had contact with primarily two people: the account manager, and the conversion rate optimization expert.

We managed to attain the goal of $1500 cost per opportunity and learnt a lot about the keywords and landing page improvements that resulted in less time spent by our salespeople on phone.

We reached out to KilentBoost in the summer of 2019 to help us revise our marketing strategy through Google AdWords. They have been extremely helpful in improving our ROI with Google Ads and also provide additional value in other areas such as suggesting new ways to get more leads through our website.

What were your goals for this project?

Our primary goal was to increase ROI with our Google Ads Campaigns. By decreasing the overall cost per new lead and increasing the volume of leads, this will have a lasting impact on the growth of the company and put us ahead of our competition.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

My team found KlientBoost through a Google Search in 2018, however we didn't initially work with them. After working with another vendor for approximately 3 months, we paused all campaigns because they weren't getting the results we were looking for.

Then, we reached out to KlientBoost again in 2019 and began working with them. Our Criteria for selecting a vendor was price, reviews and overall experience. There was a total of two-three companies considered and I was solely responsible for the decision process.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After we hired this company, we initially began with a series of calls to review our current Google Ads account. The very next thing they did was optimize what was currently there and devise a gameplan for moving forward. They did thorough research into our competitors and used that insight to revise our advertising strategies. Over the course of working together, we talked on the phone about once a month and continue to stay in touch via email.

What was the team composition?

We only worked with about 3 people from KlientBoost throughout the duration of working together. The team size from our viewpoint did not change.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work they have done continues to be very successful. We have seen a reduction of our cost per lead by at least 50% and it continues to decrease. Meanwhile, they have helped increase our lead volume by about 60% which is great. These results were immediately and much better then our previous AdWords advisors.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was great! The KlientBoost team continues to reach out and provide insight as to what is going on with our campaign frequently. They offer advise outside of the campaign often as well which is a great bonus to working together.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive part about this company is their experience and the results they bring. I was impressed that after working together, we immediately saw better results, rather than waiting several months to see them. I appreciate the hustle on their side to get improvements for their clients.

Are there any areas for improvement?

My only request for improvement would be to see more reports of our ad account. Frequently the team reaches out to tell and explain to me what they are doing to try to get better numbers, but I'd be looking for more data within the email reports.

We had one consultant appointed to us and that was more than enough, but I am sure that they can provide an entire team to meet any needs one might have, if need be.

Since we began working with Klientboost we saw a 53% increase in our ROI, which basically means we sold a lot more tickets with the same budget due to their optimizations of our campaigns and we ended up exceeding our goal of tickets sold.

We needed a high quality, dependable, vendor who could help us with our landing page strategy. We hired them for their deep expertise and capabilities not just with CRO, but also because of their ability to work within Unbounce.

What were your goals for this project?

To achieve a high quality while also maintaining quick turnaround and therefore speed to market.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We vetted them against 2 other competitors that we found using common online contractor search tools. Ultimately they won on affordability and quality.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They have (and continue) to help LegalShield develop UI/UX for landing pages within Unbounce. We maintain an ongoing contract with them to develop pages and bring their unique insights to the overall design and function of the landing pages. We've used them to develop and deploy in excess of 25 landing pages up to this time.

What was the team composition?

Klientboost uses a team of 2-3 people to help aid and support production. The team size does flex when needs spike and they are extremely responsive to our needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

CRO is an ongoing endeavor and we've seen much of the work with Klientboost turn into a positive ROI for the company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It's been seamless. They integrated into our company Slack and have become and extension of the team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability and willingness to adapt and learn with us. They are a valued partner and the entire team enjoys working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They are an excellent vendor, and they full-fill every request we given them in a timely and professional way. I have no complaints.

I am the Marketing Director of a smart-home tech company. We are located in Dallas, TX and have over 20 employees. I'm responsible for our SEM efforts, our strategic direction, and the company's brand.

We offer privacy-safe noise monitoring to various markets, but our primary focus is the short-term rental industry. Essentially, we've created a new category and are relatively niche. Awareness is something we struggled with and needed an expert to help build.

We had worked with other PPC and SEO agencies with minor successes. As we scaled, we knew we could increase our efficiency and reach. Klientboost was the answer.

What were your goals for this project?

We started with PPC at Klientboost. Our goal was to increase our number of leads as well as increase the conversion of leads to customers. With others entering the space, we chose to then bring Klientboost on for our SEO as well.

How did you select this vendor?

Our Head of Growth met the CEO of Klientboost at a conference and immediately passed their info my way. As our company grew, we reached out to Klientboost as soon as we saw an opportunity. After vetting other agencies, Klientboost was still the agency that aligned most with our brand, our goals, and was able to present a strategy most fitting.

Describe the project in detail.

We kicked things off with a couple of onboarding calls so they could learn more about our product, our challenges, and our vision. They worked on building out landing pages for CRO and then built out the ad creative. They also worked on various keyword and audience tests.

Each week, they provide us with performance updates, suggestions, and a call to walk through things. Their communication is some of the best. For SEO, they did a site audit and walked us through suggestions to improve our site design and use of keywords. They write monthly blog posts as well.

What was the team composition?

Our team is comprised of our product manager, a designer, and our SEO expert.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There's been a dramatic increase in our leads as well as our conversion rate. We have launched new creative faster than we ever have and have a team of experts, which for a small team, is vital.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team feels like an extension of ours. They are extremely responsive and informative. We're able to email them with any questions and get a response back within a couple of hours.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge of PPC and SEO as well as their willingness to learn about our company and industry. They continually throw ideas our way and we're able to do the same with them. They're all for collaboration and are always willing to educate us on the nuances of PPC and SEO. Plus, their results!

I had followed KlientBoost's content for a while and really appreciated their commitment to education and the no nonsense way in which they went about their work. I was excited to have someone to both work on our account management as well as someone who could help us build out landing pages and expand our testing program.

My team was very small which was the impetus for me to bring in an agency. I could not manage the day to day effectively with the ad spend we had. I also lacked a full time designer and had no developers at all. KlientBoost supplemented me and my team nicely with the way that they staff their projects.

We were able to succeed on every level we set out to. We improved our ROAS while also improving our lead flow and quality. we also expanded our testing program and moved into more channels that opened us up to new prospects.

KlientBoost was highly responsive and always thorough in their responses. I never had to worry about things getting done and I never had to ask twice. The two people assigned to our project worked in lockstep and I always felt supported.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their commitment to education as well as making the project successful was what I appreciated most. not only did they execute but they took the time to bring my team along with them which was invaluable.

Are there any areas for improvement?

When we were working with them we lacked the ability to expand into some channels that we wanted to with programmatic advertising and a more complete look end to end into our funnel.
