While I worked with KlientBoost, I was working at a project management software company called Mavenlink. While there, I served as the Marketing Communications Coordinator and was in charger of our social media strategy.

We were looking for a new way to attract customers, and had tried some social media advertising without many results. We sought out KlientBoost because we wanted to work with experts in social media advertising.

Our goals were to attract qualified leads and add to our sales pipeline while learning more about social media marketing.

How did you select this vendor?

After researching potential vendors online, we met with three different companies. KlientBoost stood out as the best option because they were clearly passionate about social media marketing and had the expertise necessary to help us achieve our goals. In addition to myself, the main decision makers were the VP of Marketing and Director of Marketing Communications.

KlientBoost helped us amplify our preexisting content and attract new leads through creative lead generation techniques. They focused on A/B testing to help us optimize our campaigns. We started off with just Facebook marketing, then added LinkedIn. Although we provided the content, they designed and set up all the creative around ads and landing pages. I served as the point of contact on our end, and we met once a week to discuss strategy and results.

What was the team composition?

Throughout our relationship with KlientBoost, we worked with an ad manager that helped with strategy and implementation and a creative manager that put together the ads and landing pages.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We measured the success of the campaigns based on a cost-per-lead target that we determined based on our other marketing channels. Within a few weeks, they were able to beat the target, providing more leads at a lower cost than we had imagined.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our communication was mostly through email and Slack, and they were very receptive to feedback and quick to respond. The creative was always put together rather quickly, and they were always receptive to feedback from our creative team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Although I have not worked with other vendors, it was clear based on their work that the folks at KlientBoost were experts in their field. They taught us a lot about social media marketing, and we were very happy with the results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only thing that I think could have improved was the pace of onboarding and setting up initial campaigns, but we were definitely responsible for a lot of the minor issues that occurred.

My client had worked with other Paid Ad agencies in the past but was unable to achieve the goals they were looking for. At one point, they became so frustrated working with other agencies that they considered closing their eCommerce store and only focusing on Wholesale.

Shortly after I started working with this client, we established a new online marketing strategy that included KlientBoost to take over management of the client's paid ads. Since working with KlientBoost they have been able to identify who are primary online clients are and we are now on track to hit a 4 ROAS in the coming months.

I work directly with our KlientBoost account manager and provide updates to the client on a bi-weekly basis.

At first, there was an initial slow growth period during the accounts learning phase. Throughout the learning phase, the performance of the account increased. From the learning phase, KlientBoost was able to identify who is our target audience.

KlientBoost continued to improve on our target audience by updating the targeting in our ad accounts to focusing on demographics that provide a higher ROI. We are now on track to hit a 4 ROAS in a few months.

I had worked with KB in the past. They brought a professional and organized approach to our account and quickly delivered significant improvements to both our social and PPC programs. It was a no-brainer to engage them with my current employer when it became clear that our campaigns needed a refresh.

We met with the team via Zoom where we walked them through our pain points and set expectations with respect to what KB would be doing and when. The KB team outlined what our strategy should look like and got buy in from the team on our side. As a finance person I try to look at projects through a lens that I can understand. PPC programs and the language used around them don't naturally fall into this lens. In response, I made a number of requests for uniquely framed reporting requirements to help me monitor account health and progress. While other firms have struggled to develop these reports, KB was quickly able to create them - a welcome change.

Our day to day contact is a senior account manager (who is far more experienced/effective/professional than account managers that we've worked with in the past - both in and out of the PPC world). We also have access to an ecommerce Director and creative team.

It's still early days, but we are already seeing positive results ahead of the schedule that we set out during the initial meetings. We've seen improvements to ROAS for both PPC and social. We are very pleased with the results thus far.

We looked at several vendors, but ultimately chose Klientboost because they had worked with several other B2B SaaS companies we looked up to and also their team is amazing and a ton of fun to work with. They feel like an extension of Proof which is rare in a relationship like this.

We started off by identifying the goal and crafting the strategy for our content creation. Then Ben helped us make quite a few on-site SEO changes that we had overlooked in how we built and structured our site and blog.Then they started creating content for us and adding it to our blog.

We work directly with Ben in a Slack channel. I'm not sure who all writes content on their team, but frankly I don't care or even want to know. I just want to work with Ben and let him manage the entire project end to end and that's what I have.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We're still early on, but in the first 15 days of actual work going live, we've already seen our organic traffic increase by 12% and according to Ahrefs, our "Traffic Value" has increased 32%. Not a bad start!

It's very effective. They are great to work with and on the ball.

KlientBoost was able to quickly learn our subscription-model business and shift our advertising strategy to target audiences most likely to convert on our product. Previous campaigns we had run were bringing in the wrong audience looking for our competitor's products or commercial fragrance solutions, but KlientBoost was able to finely tune our keywords and implement negatives to eliminate any inefficient spending.

I liked the way our account manager really dug in and learned our business model and then was able to suggest new ideas and strategies that would support it

We had a very positive experience with KlientBoost, I can't think of anything I would have changed at this point.

I am the Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Wilson Electronics. I manage lead acquisition, paid, organic, the tech stack, and content strategy.

We hired KlientBoost to manage our Paid Search, Display, and Paid Video campaigns. They also manage multi-variate testing on our landing pages in order to increase conversion rate.

Our primary goals were to increase aquisition and reduce the cost of this aquisition of new b2b marketing qualified leads.

How did you select this vendor?

We had a robust search process comparing a multitude of competitors. We then narrowed this down to three and used referrals and case studies to pick the agency.

Once we selected KlientBoost we had a series of onboarding calls so their team would understand our unique B2B needs. They also did a full analysis of our current strategies and participated in hand-off calls with our current agency. By the time our contract started they had built landing pages, and had their entire strategy built on xcel so they could hit the ground running on day 1.

What was the team composition?

We have an account manager, who is also the PPC specialist, they also have a designer for our account and a technical integration manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within our first month, we are already seeing a decrease in our CPA and an increase in our leads overall. This is all with the same if not better quality. I am more than pleased, and they have strategies in place to see even more improvement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They have dashboards and weekly check-ins. They are focused on our KPI's and have met or exceeded each of them. We even had a situation where our ads were all erroneously disqualified due to a javascript from HubSpot on our website. They were able to leverage their relationship with Google to find out the exact problem (Identified HubSpot as the Culprit) and after reaching out to HubSpot we had everything back up and approved within the day.

We hired KlientBoost to help manage our PPC and lead generation efforts as most of our marketing team was focused on other projects, including content creation, website development, etc. We needed help due to time constraints.

The goals were to increase leads to our hosting platform while also trying to take a data-driven approach to decrease our CPA by optimizing as we went.

How did you select this vendor?

There were a lot of different marketing agencies we could have gone with, but I had followed KlientBoost's online marketing blog for years and really liked the content they produced. They were the first ones to come to mind when we decided to hire someone.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After we selected KlientBoost we had a couple of calls to dive into what our goals and objectives were. They then dove right in creating new Google Ad, Bing, and Facebook campaigns. Another advantage we had was that they knew people at Google and Bing that let us test new beta features before they were even available to the public.

They also helped created landing pages using Unbounce. Their design team is awesome. We would do weekly calls at first and after we were happy moved to bi-weekly calls. They also provided in-depth quarterly reviews to ensure we were meeting objectives and to strategize what our next moves should be.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned one person that was in charge of our marketing efforts which was nice. There wasn't any time wasted bouncing around between different people. We also had access to their design team if we needed new ads or landing pages created.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When we first hired KlientBoost, we had just a basic shell of ad campaigns. After a couple of months, they had built out dozens of campaigns for us that were continually being optimized. This included Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Facebook. KlientBoost was able to 5x our leads while also dropping our CPA. They also were a huge help in testing new ad networks and figuring out which ones just weren't right for our audience. This allowed us to focus on the ones that were bringing in the most leads at the lowest CPA.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was great! Their team is very quick to respond. I never went a couple of hours without hearing from them. They are always available for a call if needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

As we got really busy, we ended up doing fewer calls. Theur in-depth quarterly PDF reviews they do are extremely helpful. This really helps keep you on track to know what you should focus on next.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There was one time when we were switched to a new account manager and this perhaps slowed us down a little bit as we were already in a good rhythm with the first one.
