What was the scope of their involvement?
Their core deliverables and services have been landing page designs, digital advertising on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google, and reporting through technical integrations. After building our designs, KlientBoost managed our ad campaigns, and they worked directly within our systems to make sure everything connected technologically.
What is the team composition?
We have a dedicated account manager, who is our main point of contact and also manages the advertising campaigns. There are also two supporting resources who handle the design and technical integrations. I like that we don’t have one account manager for everything. Instead, we have specialists in charge of every separate aspect.
How did you come to work with KlientBoost?
I found KlientBoost in 2015 while at a different company that was looking for local marketing help. We didn’t move forward with KlientBoost at that time, but we later engaged them for several other projects. I return to KlientBoost because of how structured their approach is. They have a strategy that they keep iterating on. It’s understandable and transparent. Working with them has been very easy, and the results are always there.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $50,000–$75,000 with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement began in June 2017 and remains ongoing. The bulk of their initial design work and whatnot is complete, and we are now in management mode.
