We started off with one consulting meeting and another kick-off meeting. During this time, KilenBoost asked us a lot of relevant industry questions, business operating questions and took the time to understand the full scope of your goals.

They took complete control of our account and cleaned up all the unnecessary expenditure and keywords that did not benefit the business. They put together a great online strategy, backed by a powerful landing page with a clear call to action that have been generating great leads.

Typically we go through our account manager but the company owner is always there as an additional means of contact and always takes our call or calls us back if missed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are ranking 1 on majority of our campaigns and implement strategies on a bi-weekly basis to make newer practices just as successful as the current ones. We have an increased amount of site traffic and quality leads.

The workflow has been great. Both lines of communication is relatively open and we do weekly conference calls to monitor performance and pane for the next round of strategies.

Sometimes when they experience a busy week, sometimes they could reschedule earlier in the week as opposed to an hour or two before a conference. Other than that, its never been an issue for us but I can see that being an issue for other companies.

Their Account Representatives and Executives are extremely knowledgable, but not egotistical. They're open to differing opinions and ideas but are still able to provide analytical data or informative articles to help the team understand their recommendations where necessary.

KlientBoost always makes themselves available when needed. They answer emails at all times of the day.

However, the highest level Account Representative may be spread a little thin. And, it's important to maintain consistent communication to ensure your accounts are consistently being monitored and optimized as needed.

Found KlientBoost as a certified partner on the Unbounce platform. We needed help and they were highly rated. We interviewed 2-3 finalists from this list and selected them based on their approach, results, and service orientation.

We worked with KlientBoost on landing page design, creation, and optimization. They were so good that we then gave them our entire paid search budget to manage and optimize for leads and conversions. They have incredible expertise on both Google AdWords and Bing, as well as Facebook.

They saved us $$ immediately, and importantly, drove qualified visits and leads that led to customer conversions. They helped us problem-solve when we were temporarily off AdWords while our mental healthcare facility was verified. That was a critical time for the company, which has no recurring customers. Each month we need to fill up to 10 slots for a 4-week residential treatment program. Could not do it without KlientBoost!

Outcomes - saved us $$ immediately by optimizing our paid search accounts. Saved us $$ and increased our reach by adding in Bing (don't ignore this!!!).

Drove highly qualified leads that converted into customers. Sometimes this was quick - a few weeks - other times leads converted to customers over months or even over a year. Did this on cost/lead and CPA that was much better than we had before.

I managed them directly as CMO and had regularly-scheduled meetings - at least 1x week where we reviewed results and agreed on strategies and tactics for the upcoming week. We used Google tools a lot, and had our weekly meeting on GoToMeeting. KlientBoost was always very accessible.

They work with us as individuals. We are not just another account. When things go sideways, they're brainstorming and problem-solving. They helped us through a critical time when we were paused on Google AdWords as we were getting verified.

We supplemented with more expansive Bing and also some display network and paid social activity. They are always looking to bring new ideas to help improve the performance. They are flexible when we needed to be on budget. And they're awesome to work with!

No, all good. I think it's the classic balance of outsourcing some activity and work vs. keeping it in-house. For this company, performance marketing and paid search was so strategic it was a no-brainer for me to go with subject matter experts.

I had previously done some content writing for them and knew of several of their clients who had successful outcomes using their services (from various case studies, etc). I also knew about their unique focus on design and CRO tactics, in addition to their PPC talent.

Knowing that the firm prioritizes continuing education and learning, I knew they would implement the most current strategies in today's digital market.

The project focused on running FB ads for two main campaigns with two goals - one to increase subscribership through a lead magnet, the other to increase registrations for my webinar (a retargeting campaign). Each campaign had its own landing page and spoke to two different phases of the funnel.

It was crucial to have the right messaging, audience targeting, and landing page design all working in conjunction with one another to ultimately increase conversions.

The team consisted of two main points of contact - an account manager who worked on the PPC campaigns and a designer who designed my landing pages.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was able to obtain enough subscribers through the first goal to create a lookalike audience and retarget that audience with the second campaign goal of filling my webinar. The webinar registration goal was a bit lower into the funnel and required a bit more budget than I had at the time.

The workflow was efficient. We had weekly calls with the account manager, who was able to relay any additional info to my designated designer. Having the two work so closely together made it convenient to update any changes to the campaigns.

The most impressive thing about working with the team at KlientBoost was the consistent communication. I had a weekly phone call with my point of contact, who was managing my campaigns directly. I also was able to quickly relay my design requests to our designated CRO designer.

They managed and maintained every aspect of the ad delivery from ad campaigns, keywords, exclusions, strategy, audience targeting / retargeting etc. They provided full ads management and support.

Our team had 2 contacts. Kim Fitkin & Ally McDeavitt. Both were incredibly knowledgable, professional and punctual in all aspects. All which I hold to the utmost importance. We held a weekly call which was extremely beneficial to our young team as well as multiple email updates a week. Even if you were not in the ads manager, you knew exactly what was going on and being accomplished.

Klientboost literally created the entire foundation for our google ads campaigns. Without their expertise, we would not be where we are today with the structure and efficiency within the platform.

As I mentioned above, we held a weekly review call to discuss past performance and future outlook/goals and campaigns. Even if you were not active within the interface you knew exactly what was going on and why. Extremely effective and efficiently operated.

I first met the Founder of KlientBoost a number of years ago. I knew his company was getting great results for their clients, so I decided to give them a try. I was blown away when visiting their office to see how well organized their operation was.

Describe the project in detail.

We were spending about 5k/month between facebook and google. We weren't happy with our results. We found out that the company we were contracting was going about it all wrong. We couldn't even produce the data that KlientBoost needed to tell them fully how our previous campaigns were going.

KlientBoost set up a game plan for us to better collect data, optimize our landing pages and better target our keywords.

What was the team composition?

We had a project manager and a landing page designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen a tremendous spike in our conversions. For us, that means leads and it had a lot to do with how KlientBoost setup micro commits on the landing pages. We were better able to see what our high performing keywords were and could adjust the dials accordingly!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Once we had our old contractor out of the picture, the process went really smooth. We interfaced primarily with the project manager for status updates.

While I am not comfortable disclosing individual metrics, I can share that I have been seriously impressed by the work and the thoughtfulness that has gone into our campaign. The strong communication and consistent results are proof positive that our relationship is a success.

Communication, scheduling, and expectation management were all controlled well; a positive experience all around. It is difficult to find vendors who treat you like a person instead of an account, but I feel KB does this well.

The Founder's depth of knowledge spills over into his team. They have the depth of experience from running major campaigns that few others can boast. Even so, they're committed to continuous improvement and constant optimization.

I met Johnathan (the founder) at the gym and he told me what he does. I researched around to see what other companies did this in the area. The deciding factors that led me to select this vendor was the creativity, clarity of what they would do, and knowledge they displayed.

The first thing we did was outline the goals that I had for my business. After they helped me map out a plan, they just executed it. They set everything up and made it super easy to get done.

They work very fast and with a lot of attention to detail. They built out a landing page...set up PPC ads...designed and implemented Facebook ads....set it up for the leads to get delivered to a spread sheet.

There were a few people that I interacted with. I can't remember their exact roles but they were really responsive and excellent.

I had a lot of leads come through. So many that we actually had to pause the campaign so my team could keep up. It was awesome and it really changed my business. We went from 3 sales a month to around 10, not to mention the effects long term of those leads in our system.

I really felt like they went above and beyond. I also felt like they delivered on their claims. Many of the employees are friends and workout at the gym. They are so nice! I am also just astounded at the speed that they work.
