I wanted to make a simple portfolio website, so I gave them a few references, and I listed the pages that I wanted, including a blog, contact details, and my résumé. They also created a logo for my website and made a couple of suggestions to improve our project.

I found them via Instagram and decided to reach out to them. I looked at many companies, and some were too expensive, while some weren’t very promising. I chose them because they replied quickly, and their quote was reasonable. After that, I spoke directly with Mohsin and gave him my requirements; the site had to be appealing to visitors, and he assured me that they’d make a good website for me.

We worked from August–November 2021 — I told them that I needed a site before December 1st, and they delivered early.

I’ve shown the website in my professional and personal circles, and they've liked it. King’s Marketing was perfect in delivering what I wanted — I wasn’t expecting to get such a good website just for a portfolio. 

I was overall amazed by what they made, and I feel that I got my money’s worth — I have no regrets about working with them.

We usually used emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp. Additionally, they were always on schedule and professional, and I was impressed by how he communicated; if they set a meeting time, they'd call me on the minute.

King’s Marketing had the responsiveness I wanted. They babysat me and addressed my concerns — that's something unseen in India.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — they delivered beyond my expectations, and I have no words to describe how happy I was when I first opened the site.

I’m the founder of Golden Sea Foods, one of the largest suppliers of seafood in India.

They provided a complete business package, which included website development, content writing, and design services. They created business cards, letterheads, and a logo. For the website, they used technologies such as WordPress and CSS. They would soon begin working on our digital marketing, which would require them to manage all of our social media pages such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

As a result, we'd hire them again for our digital marketing efforts.

Our communication was fast and clear. They delivered more than what they promised, and they finished everything on time. Initially, we communicated via Zoom and Google Meet. After that, we switched to email and phone.

I’m the CEO of Arien Trends, a firm dedicated to e-commerce in India.

What challenge were you trying to address with King’s Marketing?

After successfully launching in India, we decided to launch our portal in the US and the UK to deliver our products. We were also getting products from China and shipping them to the US and UK, but we had some challenges with shipping and taxation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

King’s Marketing developed a WordPress website for us. They’ve also provided us with training, which was not included in their scope, and they’ve given me very good suggestions regarding dropshipping.

I’m very satisfied with the work that King’s Marketing has done for us. We’re doing our digital marketing with a local company right now, but we're thinking about moving that work over to King’s Marketing to bring more traffic to our website.

King’s Marketing delivers their work within the deadline. We’re doing the project management on our end, and we communicate over the phone and WhatsApp, but we don’t use any software.

DESIGN-X ENTERPRISE is a company in the renewable energy space. We provide rooftop solutions for solar panel installations which include aluminum rails, fasteners, and more.

My company needed web design services, so we hired King's Marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They designed my website from scratch. In the end, they created five pages in total. I provided some of the content on the platform, and they provided guidance on how things would look. They also made changes to the pages per our requests.

There was only one person who coordinated with me.

I got a reference for their company a long time ago. For the past two years, I kept my eye on King’s Marketing; I really liked their logos and designs. They not only had positive reviews, but they were also doing some extraordinary work for their clients. In the end, I thought they would be a great fit for us.

We spent 11,000 INR (approximately $140 USD). We availed of a basic plan from them.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project kicked off in February 2021 and ended in April 2021. I knew them for about a year to a year and a half, but we only started working together in the past two months.

They delivered according to my expectations, and they were very knowledgeable. They also cooperated very well, and they gave me various design options until I was satisfied. Furthermore, many clients told us that our website looked good. As a result, I referred King's Marketing to my other friends too.

They were very professional. I asked for my website to be launched on a specific date and they delivered a day before. We communicated by phone calls and through WhatsApp.

I’m the co-founder of Ginto Jewelry, a jewelry shop.

What challenge were you trying to address with King’s Marketing?

We wanted to start an online marketplace for gold and needed someone to build it for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

King’s Marketing designed and developed the website and the content for us using WordPress. There were challenges in deciding on the prices because the price of gold always fluctuates, but they’ve been very flexible with this. We’ve come to an agreement where our website will be changed on a daily basis.

They’re also responsible for our social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram, which will roll out in a month or so. They will most likely do PPC as well.

What is the team composition?

I work with two people, but I’m not aware of the size of the full team.

How did you come to work with King’s Marketing?

We spoke to a couple of people but decided to go with King’s Marketing. A friend had told us about them, and we liked what they were pitching us. Their pricing was very reasonable; I believe this is one of their first projects.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since December 2020. Everything is on hold right now given the challenging time we’re in, but we’ll be doing a lot more together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website is up and running but we haven’t started doing business on it yet. King’s Marketing built the site in 40–45 days, which was quick. In fact, we would have finished it in 20–25 days, but it was delayed by two weeks because I was very busy and didn’t have time to discuss things with them.

They were very good, and things progressed in the right direction. We had issues understanding my requirements and what they were offering me initially, but we moved in the right direction later on. I got what I needed.

How did King’s Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We didn’t use any specific project management tools, but they communicated clearly and were always on time. There was a communication gap for a week or so, but things fell into place and we understood each other. King’s Marketing made any change I requested. I never waited for them; they were always waiting for me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provided a lot of suggestions during the development process. Additionally, they’re punctual, always delivering what I ask for on time. It’s been a great experience working with them. They’re to the point and precise.

They could have more creativity in terms of content.

King’s Marketing does Google and Facebook Ads for us. They also create Facebook posts, banners for Instagram, and help us with LinkedIn as well. We don’t have time to do those things, so we’ve given those tasks to them.
