I’m a sales coordinator at Derma Circles, a health and wellness clinic with doctors specialized in dermatology.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kimik.Media?

We’re a small clinic, and people weren’t aware of our services. We needed someone to create our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kimik.Media designed and developed our website and our creatives, including banners. In the beginning, we asked them to do some lead generation for us so that people would know about our services. They now maintain our social media pages as well.

What is the team composition?

We’re in contact with the owner. I’m not aware of how many are on the team.

How did you come to work with Kimik.Media?

I did an online search for digital marketing agencies and came across their ad.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent 7–8 lakh rupees (approximately $9,200–$10,500 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2018, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re satisfied with the services they provide. We get good, quality replies and suggestions from people now. We get more and more business because people now know about my work.

How did Kimik.Media perform from a project management standpoint?

We check Google Analytics whenever we have ads running.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I don’t have any issues with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve become so involved in our business that they’re filled with ideas and suggestions. It’s not always needed, though. Sometimes I have to stop them and tell them just to do what I’ve asked them to do.

If you’re a new business looking for an online presence, Kimik.Media can help you. If you’re looking for specific services without additional involvement, then it’s not for you.

I’m the marketing director of a fashion boutique in Delhi, India. We design the latest trends in women’s fashion. 

What challenge were you trying to address with Kimik.Media?

It’s very important to have a digital presence nowadays, especially for clothing brands. Most people find out about us through online reviews. Additionally, customers prefer browsing online rather than going to stores. 

I wanted to maintain active social media accounts, with all my latest designs. I also wanted to have increased engagement, and to build a website for the brand.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kimik.Media is handling all our social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook. They also created our website and provided SEO services. We target searches for “designer boutiques Delhi.”

They’ve worked with us to design all our creatives and helped us with influencer marketing. They helped us find some bloggers who could do marketing campaigns with us.

They’ve helped us establish our online presence in different ways, to reach more people that are interested in the services we provide.

What is the team composition?

Mikhil (CEO) is our main contact person. He met with me to discuss what I was looking for in terms of digital marketing. We planned everything together, and he has a team working under him. There are people from the creative team, graphic designers, project managers, social media team members, and so on.

How did you come to work with Kimik.Media?

I’d been looking for a digital marketing agency for two or three months, but I couldn’t find someone who could fulfill all my needs. Mikhil was recommended to me by a friend who’d worked with him previously.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Kimik.Media in April 2016, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

There were several things I liked about this company:

First, the quality of the creative content they provided for social media was excellent. Those designs were at the standard I was hoping for.

Second, if I have a meeting with them, they’ll understand every detail I give them. I’ve never found a loophole in the work.

Third, they never delay the work or push it off until the last minute.

People are interested in us, and we’re getting good business as a result of their work.

How did Kimik.Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They have good project management skills. We don’t use any specific management tools. I’m not that friendly with digital and online things, and that’s why I hired them. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re on time, and they bring new ideas every time we meet, to help my brand grow. They treat my brand as their own. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They have a small team, so there’s a limited number of brains that can be applied to a specific project. For example, if they’re making a design or a graphic, there’s one person who is working on that. If they had 3–4 people on the same job, the result could be better. Some things they made for me needed to be more creative.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients need to tell them their exact needs. There will be issues if they’re left to do the work by themselves.
