The results from our partnership with K2 have been very good — our sales have increased, and our ad spending has decreased over time. Whenever we release new products, they sell quickly because of K2’s quick ad turnaround. K2 has helped my business a lot. I’ve been so impressed with the results that I’ve recommended K2 to my external partners.
How did K2 perform from a project management standpoint?
I’m not sure if K2 uses any project management tools. Typically, we communicate through Viber, text messages, or phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m very impressed with the results I’m getting from K2’s work. About 4% of my sales revenue goes into advertising, and it used to be about 15%.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think K2 should encourage customers to visit them in person.

Having previous experience with this company in Google Ads analysis and audit, the choise on executing this project has come to K2 without any hesitation.

First, we identified weak spots in our google tag manager and defined new marketing channels we needed to connect for receiving correct data in both Google Analytics and admin panels of affiliate networks. Secondly, they found a solution by looking into code of website how we can catch correctly conversion value and other important ecommerce parameters for precise import/export of these numbers to other platofrms and social media tools (like Facebook, Pinterest etc)

We worked with Yuriy as a representative of K2, he had full power to control this project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After setting up connection between Google Tag manager and other platforms - our tracking numbers increased from 0 to 100% coverage. It helped us to set up new marketing channels and start earning up to 100 000 - 300 000 SEK per month.

The flow and interaction between our company and K2 was very easy and good.

If I understood the question correctly, it is necessary to describe what was set up for me. This is difficult because I only monitored and considered whether this cooperation was profitable. I can only say that the most effective was the advertising called dynamic remarketing on Facebook

I'm not sure I understand the question correctly. I did not receive resources from suppliers, I spent my money.

I’m the founder and CMO of a family company that produces sauces and drinks. We sell our products from our e-commerce platform.
What challenge were you trying to address with K2 - advertising of online stores?
We were looking to grow online by targeting Instagram and Facebook and get more traffic to our site.
What was the scope of their involvement?
K2 - advertising of online stores did social media marketing for us. We did analytics research with our customers before starting the collaboration with K2, and we also gave them photo and video content to jumpstart the project.
What is the team composition?
We’re working with three people from K2’s side, including Gulzar (CEO), who controls all the processes, an account manager, and a digital marketing specialist.
How did you come to work with K2 - advertising of online stores?
We were active in the same entrepreneur company as K2, and I knew their CEO from before. We had in-depth interviews with other marketing agencies. I gave them my project because I heard positive feedback from other companies, including a meat products manufacturer in our market.

We worked together from March 2021–January 2022. We had to put the partnership on hold due to the Russian Invasion.

I had a good connection with the project manager, and the digital marketing specialist made very careful use of our advertising budget — they used our money very efficiently.
The communication was compact, clear, responsive, and useful. In terms of tools, we used Facebook Messenger.

They were professionals that cared about the results of our company. Throughout our partnership, they looked out not just for getting their money but also for our revenue — they made efficient use of our money to get more sales.
