I’m the founder of a consulting firm. Our team consists of psychologists and neuroscientists, and we’re developing automation tools.
What challenge were you trying to address with jut-so?
We needed help forming our brand and developing our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
jut-so developed a website that showcases our services to potential customers. Since we were a new company, we started by creating our brand. We had a workshop to figure out our brand identity and goals.
From there, jut-so prepared two sets of branding packages, and we picked one to move forward. They then handled everything from concept to design to the actual development of our website.

I’m the managing director at a dental clinic.
What challenge were you trying to address with jut-so?
Ours is a newly founded organization. We opened our first clinic just a couple of months ago, so we were looking to create a digital presence. We hired jut-so to build our website and create a marketing strategy.

After having an initial brainstorming session and agreeing on a strategy together, jut-so started building our WordPress website and creating our marketing strategy. They helped us find the right words and images to portray our general corporate identity.

Their project management is extremely good. We used Asana as a project management tool to develop our website. From the beginning, we’ve had a very clear view of every step of the project, and every step has been clearly defined and documented.

jut-so reacts quickly when needed. We’re also impressed with their ability to tailor one-stop solutions to our needs. It’s great to find everything we need in a single company because it makes the process faster and easier. jut-so developed our WordPress website and landing page in collaboration with an Estonian design company. jut-so received all the frontend elements for the website, but they were given the graphic design in PDF form for the landing page, so they had to code it themselves.

It was beneficial that they could work with a company outside of Germany. We could communicate via WhatsApp and other channels. We also liked having a single point of contact so communication was more streamlined.

The landing page project was unplanned, and I asked them to do it on short notice. They managed to implement the landing page in just two days. It was critical for us, and we weren’t their biggest client, but they accommodated us.

I have no criticisms. For our budget and needs, and given what jut-so did for us, the collaboration was great.

I don’t know whether or not it’s because they were referred to us, but the process was very easy in this case. Working on creative projects can be difficult because it’s more subjective. However, we were really happy with jut-so. I recommend maintaining a clear, centralized communication system.

I’m the marketing manager at Snafu Interaktive Netzwerke Limited, an interactive network platform.
What challenge were you trying to address with jut-so?
We had to go through a name change process due to a previous name's licensing issues. It had been one of our sub-brands for more than 25 years, but because the original company had to go back to the licensor, we had to change the company name.
We needed a complete relaunch of our brand and website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their team did corporate design development, logo design, web concept, and web design & development. This work included an illustration for the site, tone of voice, content editing, SEO, and API integrations. The site is on WordPress, but it has been tailored to our designs.
They continue to develop the site.
What is the team composition?
The two heads of the company were in close contact with our team. We worked directly with the designer, the corporate development person, and the content editor.
The web development team was there, but we had no direct contact as they were processing the designs.

How did jut-so perform from a project management standpoint?
Due to COVID-19, we never met in person – despite being in the same city. The whole process was through Zoom, phone calls, email, Jira, Asana, Google Docs, and Google Tables. It worked.
We had to work on a very tight schedule. In the middle of December, we have to give back the old company name. Three weeks before we originally planned to launch, we made a large change request where we decided all the content developed in-house by us was supposed to go through them for the final edit. This meant we had to change the launch date, and it was all handled professionally.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciated their creativity. The way the design team worked with us was quite far away from where we came from to where we are now.
I really enjoyed the way that it was jointly developed in discussions. I enjoyed that there was always fun during meetings. It was always enjoyable working with them. There’s a big strength in project management through their communication around project planning.
The results that came back from the web development team was very high standard.

I was talking to my boss earlier about this question. He had nothing to add. We’re really happy with our choice of them.

We needed to create a completely new website and modernize our branding and logo alongside it.

In our first meetings with jut-so, we communicated our goals for the website. We wanted the page to accurately display the size and reach of our organization, with professional and modern design components. The team captured photos of our traders to be featured on the site.
We also collaborated with the team around our branding initiative, and the direction we’d like to go in as far as advertising as we move forward.

We were in contact primarily with two people from the team, including a project manager and a specialist who worked on logo design, graphic design, text, and layouts.

The site will launch at the end of the month, so it’s difficult to provide quantitative measurements. Anecdotally, the impact on our company internally has been extremely positive.
It was a challenge to introduce the modernization of the logo, as some of our team were quite attached to the old branding. However, jut-so managed to deliver a final product that the entire company approves of. Our staff’s reaction to the new logo and approach has been more than we could’ve expected.
Overall, the quality of work jut-so delivered far exceeded the cost.
How did jut-so perform from a project management standpoint?
The team stuck to their deadlines, and if there was ever a delay, it was usually on our end. The entire project went very smoothly, and jut-so managed to avoid impacting our daily work-balance at all.
Our teams had a few meetings throughout the process, but most of our communication took place over email and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were extremely impressed by how willing jut-so was to listen to and accommodate us. At one point, they conducted an interview with us surveying our company, history, philosophy, and future. The team proved they wanted to engage with us and deliver the best possible product.

Entrepreneurship carries with it huge liabilities; question is what to do? Successful business building is my forte; in Europe, SE Asia, & Middle East. for this project I was the liaison and project manager.
For what projects/services did your company hire jut-so?
The owners of the project needed a team of experts from a broad range of experiences who they could trust to complete the task in hand, in budget and on time.
Research, project management, branding, digital and web development, Marketing communications planning, Social and lead generation; were needed, and Jut-so fitted the requirements perfectly.
What were your goals for this project?
An end to end planning process was needed, with an international, global understanding; English, French and Spanish were also required.
The project was split into three very distinctive phases, the research, the recommendations and then the implementation phase. Skills that not everyone has. The research in itself was complex and challenging as the team were asked to provide insight from Singapore, USA, UK, Middle East as well as Germany.
Once the research was gathered meeting and presenting the information and insight to the owners meant meetings in France. Flexibility and exceptional communications skills were needed to ensure good and continued success and completion of the project, which was that everything needed had to be in place prior to the start of the booking season.
