Our sales numbers have increased. We also see sales trends when advertising in different industries. For example, we targeted the lawn care industry in the summertime with a campaign, and we saw more sales for lawn care. We know the ads are working.

We appreciate their proactiveness as well as their excellent results.

Their internal organization is excellent; JumpFly has a team supervisor, but every member is accountable for their work. If someone is not in the office, they’ll communicate well internally to follow up on their projects. We have weekly meetings to chart progress and recaps to summarize agreed-upon actions in each meeting.

JumpFly also adapts their work style to ours. They listen carefully to our business needs, and they can be highly proactive and reactive when necessary. In addition to alerting us to potential pivots, their team can put together last-minute campaigns if needed

Their team has taken the time to fully understand our brands and give us more informed insights. Their director of social advertising took one of our cruises while visiting a client in New York; she then used her experience to understand our customers’ needs more fully and gave us feedback to tailor our ads and copy.

How did JumpFly perform from a project management standpoint?

Having such a great relationship with Michael, I was reluctant to work with someone else. Miranda has been nothing but spectacular since day one. Everything I’ve asked for they’ve done.

I’m given a weekly report detailing exact keywords and their clicks. Their team set up analytics on the site, along with specific meta tags that keeps me on top of everything that’s going on. Miranda answers the phone any time I call. I email with them almost daily. I can’t say how much I appreciate Miranda and Michael.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I own an online tie shop. We sell men’s neckties, bow ties, pocket squares, and cufflinks.

What challenge were you trying to address with JumpFly?

As the owner, I spent too much time day-to-day on advertisements, positioning, and marketing campaigns. I hired JumpFly to provide PPC and expected higher returns, increased efficiency, and refined targeted advertising.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They manage our advertising campaigns on multiple platforms including Facebook, Google, and Bing. JumpFly has implemented a request-based email marketing campaign and made several general recommendations for our website.

The team manages our Facebook account. They’ve guided content creation to achieve continuity between advertisements—such our Facebook page banner—and our landing pages. Recently, JumpFly integrated Squarespace account on our platforms.

What is the team composition?

We work with an account manager and the social media director.

How did you come to work with JumpFly?

We did a Google search and read several vendors’ online reviews. We then narrowed the field to about nine agencies—including JumpFly—and took advantage of their trial offerings. The team had strong communication skills, the best reviews, and most professional and experienced staff. JumpFly was also the most prompt and prepared during our search process.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $10,000–$15,000 per month over the last three months. However, we’ve pared down to get efficiencies in line as we scale and redo campaigns. Our 2019 spend will be higher.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2018 and the partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They identified our goals and executed the strategy to achieve those metrics. The email marketing campaign earned incredible returns. JumpFly has implemented and ended campaigns as they continue to refine our paid advertising strategy. We’ve had more success on the search engines than Facebook; results for the latter are no better than before. Although I can’t compare JumpFly’s performance to other vendors, we are pleased that Google and Bing are profitable for us.

How did JumpFly perform from a project management standpoint?

The team communicates their approach—resources required and time spent—clearly. Likewise, JumpFly’s executions are prompt and thorough. Initially, we interacted with the social media director to hand off the Facebook account. We then worked with the account manager on Google and Bing. Overall, we’ve divided our timely evenly between the two resources.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are excellent communicators. The team keeps us in the loop and is always available to address concerns. JumpFly’s accommodating and adaptable approach makes them feel like part of our team, if not close to friends. They answer our questions with insight and clarity.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We hoped JumpFly’s expertise would increase our return and efficiency on Facebook, but we didn’t experience any lift. However, Facebook has never been great for my business. They do a good job with that platform’s environment.

How did you select this vendor?

An online search produced a list of the top 20 ranked PPC companies in the world, with several from Europe, Russia, and China. However, I was thrilled to see that the top-ranking company was Chicago-based JumpFly. 

Describe the project in detail.

After finding them in my search, I contacted them for a general overview of their protocols and policies. Then, because of their proximity to Chicago, I flew to their office to personally visit with the president and his second-in-charge. I understand that most people do this over the phone, but I wanted to meet the team I would be doing business with. I was welcomed with open arms and treated extraordinarily well; I receive the same treatment years later. They developed a strategy for my firm within days and implemented it the same week. We have been very happy ever since.

An account manager and JumpFly’s president constantly monitor my account and eagerly welcome input and inquiries. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

JumpFly immediately accomplished our goals, doubling our gross income. Simply stated, we are now on page one for our area of practice yet I pay JumpFly much less than I did my previous PPC company, who overpromised, overcharged, and under-delivered. JumpFly is more affordable, more accessible, and, most importantly, more productive. 

How did the JumpFly perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication is impeccable. I always receive same-day responses from either the president or my account manager, and frequent assessments ensure the campaigns are performing at peak levels. 

What impresses you about the JumpFly?

Their fees are fixed and and completely transparent so I always know where my money is; I never have to worry about them bidding less to Google in order to boost their own profits like my last two vendors did. They are practical and efficient, and working with them has been refreshing. In my experience with various PPC companies over the better part of a decade, JumpFly is the best I have ever worked with.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. I cannot say enough about the results they have achieved for my firm. In fact, I have highly recommended them to a fellow business owner who is one of my oldest and closest friends.
