I'm the CEO of Yindii, a sustainable food delivery app in Thailand

For what projects/services did your company hire JSN, and what were your goals?

We've had serious issues with our mobile app and needed a total revamp (UI, UX, new features etc.)

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

JSN came recommended by our CTO who already collaborated with them in his former company and was very happy with their work. We collaborated with JSN for more than 6 months and we've had a very positive experience.

They worked on lot of different topics

• New UX and UI
• improvement of front and backend

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked on demand and had up to 4 people (UX designer, 2 senior dev, 1 front) to do the major redesign and implement it. Sergei especially has done an excellent job for us, fixed some tough issues, we were extremely pleased to have him part of our team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had a huge revamp of the app so the results were significant in terms of time spent in the app and overall happiness from our customers perspective.

Very organized and effective. Every morning and night, each team member is sending a recap of the tasks to do or done. Every week, we have a clockify recap for each members to know exactly what the team is working on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were extremely professional and could adapt the size of their team on demand. This is very important for a startup like ours.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While the quality of the work was excellent, we had sometime language issues with some of their team members. That's also why we insisted on working with Sergei as his English is great. We were please to hear that they are now offering English classes to their staff for free, congrats!

I'm the founder and CEO of Draint. We continue to build a platform for artists and collectors to buy and sell paintings. Artists use Draint as a Saas product, to show up online, to update their profile, and to sell their work. Collectors visit to explore artists, their paintings. They buy and re-sell paintings on Draint.

JSN is with us from the beginning to build a technical solution to all of our product development roadmap.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We believe in strong partnerships, a long-lasting work relationship, and an in-depth understanding of the product and how to evolve over time. JSN is the right product development agency for us to take Draint all the way.

JSN develops all technical functionalities in-house. For more than 2 years we setup a development roadmap, prioritize next steps and execute development, testing and deploying to constantly improve our product.

Over the course of action, we have worked with more than 10 employees provided by JSN. This includes full-stack developers, project managers, quality managers, and the principles as well.

We grow at 250%+ yearly based on all our relevant KPIs. This is possible since we constantly improve our product since we have started from scratch.

Draint and JSN have established their own workflow. We communicate and keep us informed on a daily basis. JSN always is willing to listen to and improve internal reporting and communication.

The team of JSN is highly skilled and willing to find solutions to all tasks. The team is listening and translating tasks in a very professional manner. All technical outcomes are reliable and measurable

We build along the way and improve whenever we see room for improvement.

Sqale provides an online web-app which operates an alternative economic. I am the co-founder.

For what projects/services did your company hire JSN, and what were your goals?

We wanted a bespoke web app, secure and scalable to 1-10 million users. We hired an external UI designer initially, and the implementation, front and back ends, were constructed by JSNinjas. The software has to be fast enough to compete with FB, Twitter, etc, and scalable.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We've had three attempts at a build with different coding outfits, and this third actually works. I had seen high quality of code from chief coder, and trusted his architecture for this third build

They delivered within budget, project management superb, and they worked out all of the background coding architecture decisions. We did not have a CTO, so this was essential. The web-app needs to be secure, fast enough to compete with FB, and scale.

I worked primarily with protect manager, who liaised with one or two coders.

We have a working app. No pickup yet, but it is a brilliant beta version.

We used Slack and Trello, and I could keep track of coding commits on Bitbucket.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to catch errors in the design, conditions, so that what was coded was systemically sounds. This is incredibly valuable, since we had tried with other teams who simply followed instructions without considering systemically. My project was their project, and they really cared for its success. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are superb.

I'm founder and CEO of a SaaS company. We will disrupt the way of working on construction sites. No more paper plans but digital plans and tickets for everything to install. Everyone see the actual status of a project.

JSN support our development team with frontend and backend development knowhow so we can build up fast new features.

We build up a very complex product, a lot of different modules have to work together. But in only 3 month the MVP was ready for Rollout.

We had a project where we wished to test concepts, do some de-risking of the technical elements and produce a POC to guide strategy

How did you select JSN and what were the deciding factors?

We engaged with a few remote vendors. We were looking for JS expertise, a good working relationship and cost effective dev.

We had a broad spec to de-risk. We met several times to discuss the work. Our focus was on JS web-apps.

We have a team of three assigned. A project manager, an account manager and a dedicated dev.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are still working building out from the success of the POC. It has traction, so we are now adding in the back-end support for a launch this year. Our burn rate is low, so progress matches this restriction.

We work on Slack mainly, passing tasks, doing testing, reporting changes. Their work is always prompt.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very good team fit.

Given our requirements and burn rate, no.
