After we met with the shortlisted candidates, we discussed with them our selection and together made the selection of the final candidate.

While JobTiger has many different services, which are all good, I have primarily used it for overall consultancy on HR/Recruitment matters, in depth market analytics, and of course - talent acquisition.

JobTiger is the first recruitment agency on the Bulgarian market and provides 360 HR/Recruitment services so it's definitely one of the places one should consider going to when working in Bulgaria.

Always outstanding, quick and helpful. If the matter was regarding a consultancy, it was quick and based on real facts, which led to right decisions being taken. If it was about a talent acquisition need, these resources were appearing according to the market standards and at the respective quality.

Privilege to be working with these people, so I can only highlight their professionalism and readiness to help.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
There are very many things impressive about JT, but I find the most helpful of all to be their CEO's in-depth understanding of the market, his ability to quickly analyse and find out what's true, and act on facts. I love their ability to adapt and flexibly adjust to what the market needs constantly. Of course, without losing their common sense on the historical relationships between events, is really mind-blowing and most humbling.

In a market like ours today, whatever recommendations someone makes, should be considered with a question mark of their overall relativity to the most near future. Therefore, I'd just say they should just keep being flexible as to whatever comes along their journey.
