«Zavod Bulbash» Llc. is one of the leading producers of alcoholic beverages in the Belarus. Under the brand Bulbash® we produce high-quality vodka, liqueurs and balsam according to traditional Belarusian recipes.

For what projects/services did your company hire JCS Digital Agency?

Our company needed to promote our products and projects in social networks (Instagram, Facebook).

What were your goals for this project?

The main marketing goals were:

  1. max. media outreach (from 100,000 total views for the whole advertising period - 7 month);
  2. max. audience involvement (based on the number of actions, the overall rate of engagement per post);
  3. he visit depth (from 50%).

How did you select this vendor?

We didn't make a tender because we successfully worked with the vendor in 2017 exclusively.

Key deciding factors were:

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

Video descriptions:

  1. The Weaving. A young doctor from Lida teaches people how to weave on 19 century loom.
  2. The Lubcha castle. The video about the first successful attempt to revive the castle using only main character’s own means in Belarus.
  3. The art of straw decor. The story about 2 sisters from Molodechno who carry on the tradition of making a straw decor.
  4. Kamyanitsa. The film about the most famous Belarusian folk festival.
  5. The Christmas story. The history of Christmas dishes in Belarus.

The process:

At first, we made a brief and met the vendor to discuss the project. Than we created a timeline and action plan, approved the script and the story board for each video. After all preparations, we started producing videos. When the results were approved, the vendor uploaded the product on our profiles in Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. Also, the vendor set up the targeting.

The vendor managed the production and postproduction stages.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was successful. We've got:

  • 280,000 Facebook views;
  • over 2000 likes;
  • over 200 reposts;
  • several publications in marketing media.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was effective. At the process, we had a good and fast feedback from the vendor. Deadlines was never broken by the agency. Any problem was solved effectively, without budget increase.

I am a brand marketing Manager at Texas chicken representative office in Belarus. Our company is one of the leaders in the fastfood restaurant segment in Belarus and has about 150 employees and 4 restaurants in Minsk.

Previously Texas Chicken’s SMM was under the responsibility of a single person. Visuals were either adapted from American materials or somehow created by this person. There were no unique concept for working with social medias, that’s why Texas Chicken’s media pages were kind of amateur.

After the start of brand promotion in Belarus it was obvious that our social media networks need refreshment and relaunch. The JCS’s objectives were the following:

  • competitors’ analysis
  • unique SMM concept creation (useful for our TA content, unified style and visuals)
  • making Texas Chicken’s social media pages №1 platform for our guests to find information about our products and updates
  • getting feedback from our customers and communicating regarding things that matter them

What were your goals for this project?

  1. To increase revenue by increasing amount of sales.
  2. To compete with such powerful brands as KFC, Burger King or McDonalds for customers.
  3. To promote Texas Chicken brand in Belarus.
  4. To use social networks as an information platform for out customers.

How did you select this vendor?

We’ve announced tender among agencies, the bullet points for us were brand concept’s creativity and team’s skills in qualitative content production. JCS Digital has won as they were the best in both aspects.

During the beginning we were working with the advertising agency as well as JCS Digital agency (we were working together). We defined the global purpose of our ad campaigns and defined Texas Chicken's unique characteristics in comparison with our competitors.

As our main characteristic we defined American brand which provide you more (more and bigger chicken portions, juicy taste, unique spices). We were promoting our prices as well as our image via different marketing instruments. Everything connected with SMM was done effectively and on time.

JCS Digital create a new social media strategy for us, create a completely unique visual identity and content for our communities in Instagram and Facebook. They always recommend some improvements for us and translate the feedback from our customers.

It’s difficult to assess results in numbers. In general, the number of subscribers and impressions have increased. At the moment social media platforms in the only channel we use for our brand promotion on the internet and we can achieve our goals with this team

We are totally satisfied with JCS Digital Agency's work. For 1,5 years of working together, they have only improved their work and brought stable results. They are very proactive and often suggest new implementations and new working instruments which make it even more pleasant working with them.

Creating our social networks. Build a clear and understandable message brand through social networks. Reporting all our brand messages to the audience by means of images and various mechanics of interaction.

The team works daily with the audience, with the presence of comments. Keeps track of statistics and offers monthly various ideas. Each month, the agency team prepares a content plan for the new month, where copyright and visuals are written. One of the key tasks is to conduct photo shoots in our style, for a better visual effect of our publications and yes, they also do it.

We have received and receive an increase in the audience in our social networks. We see a lot of approving comments to publications, where they praise our visual content. The audience's involvement is kept at a constant and fairly high level.

The work was quite constructive, but sometimes there were delays in terms of performance, but not critical.
