Rebrand of Wrekin Products
Wrekin Products is a leading supplier of specialist products for the civil engineering industry. In need of a full company rebrand and modernised identity, Wrekin approached us to transform their outdated branding to drive competitive differentiation.
We started by conducting interviews with key stakeholders and clients to gain an understanding of what they truly value about the business. Combined with further research into competitors and the wider market, this insight helped us to form our position, which was written into a company tagline, mission statement, vision statement, brand values and customer personas.
Our creative team then started to explore the colours, shapes and typefaces that would reinforce the company’s values and newly identified attributes of innovation, expertise, excellence and authenticity.
Expanding on this, our team designed a new logo suite comprising the company logo, range logos and the individual product logos for products sitting under each range. In addition 3D Castings logos were created for when the logo is forged into their metal products. Careful consideration was given to the relationship of these logos in order to form brand consistency.
Once completed the refreshed brand identity was rolled out across the company covering both digital and traditional channels, and written into a comprehensive set of brand guidelines to govern its use moving forwards.

Brand for The Chartered Insurance Institute
When launching their new events business, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) were in need of original branding to help users identify the offering.
Acting as a separate entity to the CII, the new brand would need to be identifiable but unique, all while operating as an effective promotional tool for the team when organising events.
Working closely with CII, our creative team started by identifying all new design elements that were needed, including brand name, style and supporting materials.
The brand name needed to be modern, recognisable and tied to the educational factors associated with the events themselves. Our creative team shortlisted a selection of ideas – eventually identifying ‘Versed Events’ as the new name.
Using the newly chosen name, the logo was designed. Vibrant purples and blues were introduced as part of a contemporary, yet professional, colour scheme. Paired with sleek typography and key visual elements, the brand visuals developed into a style that was recognisable, unique and identifiable as an events-led business.
Soon after, a host of touchpoint materials were designed, providing ‘Versed’ with brand guidelines, email signatures and other support materials that would help introduce a level of cohesion for years to come.
The aptly named Versed Events, has now been successfully launched, giving the events team a solid foundation from which to build their new business.
Their new ‘talk, listen, learn’ strapline, met with bold, bright and professional design elements instantly tell their story - proving the brand to be more than just a logo.

Rebranding Linnaeus Group
Linnaeus Group (part of MARS Petcare) is a partnership of over 140 highly-respected veterinary practices located across the UK. With a growing network of individual practices – all using their own brand identities – Linnaeus approached us in need of an updated brand package, including new visuals, language and guidelines.
We were tasked with updating their branding – adding credibility and cohesion across the group whilst allowing each individual practice to retain their own identity.
With Linnaeus focussed on acquiring new practices and referral centres – whilst also attracting top veterinary talent – it was key that their new branding positioned them as an industry leader.
Our team liaised with Linnaeus to pinpoint an identity that was bolder, brighter and increased the presence of the brand in its own right. By using less muted colours and introducing distinct design features, we offered Linnaeus an identity that would reinstate their prominence. From there, we would go on to develop a logo and language that would act as the visual pillar for the group of UK practices.
To ensure a consistent tone of voice, we created new messaging, finding a perfect mix between welcoming and professional. This new tone of voice would later be applied to all visual assets, including a new Boilerplate, brand messages and strapline. With creative design and language finalised, we were then ready to update the group’s brand guidelines – ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
Finally, by applying their new style to a range of internal assets, we were able to present Linnaeus with a portfolio of useful resources to be used by all practices.
A recognisable logo, updated visual language and aptly branded internal resources offer Linnaeus a connection between all 140 individual practices, with a clean set of brand guidelines directing any new clinics that join the ever-expanding Linnaeus group.

United Solutions
Traffic Group Signals are specialists in innovative traffic management solutions and technology. They approached us to help pull their sub-brands together under one parent brand, before developing a new website.
The key objective of the branding was to unite the sub-brands into one clear brand identity to simplify their offering and streamline the process for their customers.
Keeping the heritage of the sub-brands alive, we utilised the square device from the parent brand to mimic the traffic signals in the logo. We utilised a clean and clear design and a contemporary and lighter colour palette to help represent the precision and accuracy of their products and services.
Once the branding was finalised, we turned our attention to the website, researching the different user journeys and introducing different user pathways for each user type. In addition, an intuitive search function was implemented as an alternative route for users to quickly find and access information or technical documents.
The new branding and website accurately presents Traffic Group Signals as industry leaders and effortlessly brings together all the sub-brands under one platform with clear and consistent messaging.
Post-launch we support Traffic Group Signals with hosting, digital marketing, Social Media management and ongoing creative design.

A trusted approach
Clearwater International approached us to refresh their brand identity to better reflect their values and to redesign and rebuild their multi-lingual website to better serve their international market.
The key to Clearwater’s brand identity was striking a balance between the personable nature of the business and the professionalism needed to instil confidence in clients.
Conducting multiple photo and video shoots across various locations, we were able to capture the people behind the business. Leading with imagery of warm and approachable individuals helps to convey the approachable nature of the business, while balancing this with a professional branding style resulted in a unique identity that projects both approachability and professional commitment.
Carrying this personality onto the website, the site features location-specific videos and bespoke photography throughout. Careful consideration was given to the user experience, with thorough research carried out into the analytics data and existing user journey.
With content regularly updated across the website, a key aspect of the new site was an intuitive way to handle the multiple translations required. In consultation with Clearwater, we crafted a customised backend system that auto-translates key sections and information, while allowing for manual translations in other areas.
With the ability to group and tag content across the site, content only needs to be input once, but can be pulled across to multiple areas on the front end of the site.
As the website contains a huge amount of data, performance optimisation was critical to ensure fast loading times. By performance profiling and the utilisation of a Content Delivery Network we ensure that the website performs consistently at key edge locations around the world.

Website & Branding for Traffic Signal Company
“They’ve become trusted partners.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing manager for Traffic Groups Signals. We manufacture portable and temporary traffic signal products. Our products are used whenever there is road construction.
What challenge were you trying to address with Jask Creative?
When we first started working with Jask Creative, we had just joined forces with two other companies in our industry. One was founded in the 1930s and the other was founded in the 1990s, and they both had their original branding.
We needed to bring all of these organizations together under one banner, so we engaged Jask Creative to develop our brand journey.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They created a new visual identity and rolled it out across our products, technology brands, and assets. Although we had a logo, they made some tweaks to make sure it was consistent with the rest of our visuals. Finally, they created a comprehensive set of guidelines that included typefaces, layouts, and product branding assets.
Then they redesigned our website and used WordPress to develop it. Since the site launched, they’ve managed SEO, PPC, and our social media.
What is the team composition?
My primary contact is James (Senior Account Manager) but we’ve worked with their digital, branding, and social media teams.
How did you come to work with Jask Creative?
Jask Creative developed a website for one of the companies in our group. So when we started looking for a branding agency, they were one of the vendors we put into tender. They came back with the most comprehensive proposal for the website. They clearly researched the company and demonstrated that they understood our market. Following that process, we’ve continued to work with them across various channels.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about £23,000 (approximately $32,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in July 2019 and launched the website in July 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Over the last year, we’ve attracted about 500 new followers and we’ve run a number of successful campaigns as well. Our social media engagement has improved, which has built awareness for our master brand.
Now we earn about 7,000 impressions per post, while our display advertising earns about 17,000 impressions. We’re all quite pleased with the results, particularly since we haven’t invested that much into digital marketing.
How did Jask Creative perform from a project management standpoint?
We were able to closely follow their work. Through Smartsheets, which they used to manage the project. They also provide reports on our marketing efforts through Google Analytics.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re an extension of our marketing team. They’ve been honest from the beginning of the partnership. They don’t just agree with what I say; they provide new, creative ideas and challenge me. They’ve become trusted partners.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could share more of their thought process behind creative concepts.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Go in with an open mind and learn about what they can do for your business. They have a wide range of capabilities that might be out of scope for your existing project, but can be really valuable. Try to get to know everyone on the team.

Video & Digital Brochure Production for Insurance Body
"They're just so nice as people and seem very down to earth so every interaction is lovely."
the reviewer
the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
The Chartered Insurance Institute is a professional body and membership organisation for insurance and financial planning professionals. I work in the membership team promoting digital content and member initiatives to drive engagement.
For what projects/services did your company hire Jask Creative?
We introduced a new digital mentoring platform in 2019 and wanted a video and digital brochure to better promote the initiative.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to see an increase in traffic to our website and to drive registrations on Connect. Mentoring is something our members typically don't have access to or it's not offered by their employer, so we felt a mentoring platform that helps our members connect and share knowledge was a great idea. It was also about encouraging our members to seek connections and grow a valuable network.
How did you select Jask Creative?
Jask did a fantastic job redesigning some of our other membership material. They breathed life into our brand and kept it fairly simple, but modern and eye-catching. For this reason, they were an obvious, confident choice.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
I created a very rough storyboard for the video using pen and paper(!) along with all of the copy, for both the video and the brochure. Jask got to work right away and they regularly got in touch if they had questions. I always felt like I was kept in the loop and that I was very much in the driving seat, even though they were doing all the hard work.
They did their best to capture my vision and ensured I was happy throughout the process, giving me options to choose from when they had a few different ideas. I was at times indecisive about a few things, but they were always very supportive and gave great advice.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
After each iteration, I was sent drafts to review. I would then send them my feedback. There were multiple rounds of amends and in the end we delivered a video which everyone loved.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within 3 months after re-launching the campaign using the video and brochure, there was a 50% increase in users of Connect and we received great feedback and interest from members.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The team is super friendly and easy to communicate with. I had a video call with them for the kickoff meeting and everything from there was straightforward. I had every confidence in them. I was kept informed about when I could expect to see new iterations throughout the process and Jask stuck to the timeline.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They're just so nice as people and seem very down to earth so every interaction is lovely. That's coupled with a very strong work ethic and you can tell they love what they do. They bring passion to projects and use their expertise to advise you if you're unsure of anything.

Web Dev & Digital Strategy for Homeless Charity
"Their commitment to quality but also their enthusiasm for the project was impressive."
the reviewer
the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
The company - the Good Shepherd - is a charity which supports the homeless and vulnerable from the city of Wolverhampton. This involves providing a daily food service to those who require it, and then engaging with service users to help them with other issues in their lives, including trying to find accommodation, improving mental health and looking at potential training and employment opportunities. I work on a freelance basis for the Good Shepherd helping to provide content for the channels which Jask have helped to create and shape. But these words can also be taken from Tom Hayden, Head of Operations at the charity.
For what projects/services did your company hire Jask Creative?
As a charity, our main focus is fundraising to ensure we can continue to support the homeless and vulnerable from across Wolverhampton. To do that we need to maintain our profile particularly digitally and across social media. Our infrastructure wasn't up to date in terms of our website and media strategy and, thanks to a link via photographers who had worked with us before, we were able to link up with Jask Creative, who were able to provide some crucial help and pro bono support.
What were your goals for this project?
The goals were to increase our profile across the city to encourage more fundraising, and to become more professional in terms of our digital offering. Essentially, to tell our story more widely and more efficiently in a measured way.
How did you select this vendor?
We spoke to Jask thanks to connections already made with two of their employees, who had carried out photography work for us in the past. They were very complimentary about not only the quality and professionalism of Jask, but also their community ethos and how keen they would be to help an organisation such as ours.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Jask developed a new website for the charity to modernise our digital offering. They also offered advice and helped shape our communications strategy, as well as providing a social media plan and pushing out posts.
What was the team composition?
We work with maybe a handful of different Jask employees, depending on the area of interest, such as social media, web design and development, or content ideas.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Our profile has increases since embarking on this project with Jask, thanks largely to an increase in visitors to our website, increase in social media interactions, and generally a more streamlined outlook to our content and communications.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project management was always carried out very efficiently, and was well-managed in regards to which members of the team we were liaising with. We always received a prompt response to any queries and all deadlines were met to ensure our website was up and running for the key date of the charity moving to a new premises.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their commitment to quality but also their enthusiasm for the project was impressive. It always felt like it was 'more than just a job' and their interest in the Good Shepherd has extended well beyond the tasks they have carried out. Staff have volunteered at the charity and are in regular contact with other ideas and opportunities which go well above the initial starting point of the project.
Are there any areas for improvement?
From our point of view, no! Jask have delivered above our expectations throughout the project and we are fortunate to continue to enjoy an excellent working relationship.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Senior Marketing Manager
For what projects/services did your company hire Jask Creative?
To produce a series of short and sharp videos showcasing clients that we had supported through the pandemic with funding. The key was to make them easy to produce and promote and minimise the workload on the parties concerned - us and the client!
What were your goals for this project?
The videos needed to tell a story that was engaging and authentic - the voice and personality of the client needed to shine and also they should be useable by the client - not all about BFS. We could then promote the 3 videos across our channels and host on our website as part of our case studies section.
How did you select Jask Creative?
Based on knowledge that they had added video production to their suite of skills and we wanted to try iyt out!
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
We handed our brief plus the client and relationship manager names and contact details to Jask and they simply did the rest. That was the purpose - we didn't have the resource to do all the heavy lifting. We then just approved and fed back on each stage until completion so really smooth.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
Really smooth - we could see what they were doing as they ccd us in on all relationship manager and client e-mails - we didn't need to intervene so it must have been good.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The videos went down brilliantly both with our sales teams who shared them with Introducers and prospects and externally and featured in a range of marketing campaigns that helped us boost our business levels through the pandemic.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
