• Work with business analysts to design complex business flows like Mortgage for external client (iOS, Android and Web) and internal client (backoffice, risk)

First the team have done a lot of interviews even before the dev team would have written the first line of code. Then they began to implement the design but also continually getting feedback from surveys and interviews regarding the features.

Simple and improved UX/UI was the main focus of our business model and the test phase is going really well and design is appreciated by the community.

We really liked the streamlined workflows and improved business metrics that they have come up with. Communications was top notch with 2 days per week of catching up to what they developed and to give the research otucomes.

Their focus of Improved User Engagement and improved User Satisfaction was a big plus. They actually focused more on brand perception.

Our web-based video editing solution was not easy-to-use and to understand for our users. We hired Ixperi to help us reduce the cognitive overload on the interface, identify UX opportunities, design new feature wanted by our users and create the brand new version of the product that needed to fit to our ne business goals.

We did a few interviews either internally or externally. Ixperi was providing the best expertise and talent to fit our needs.

After a presentation of the current product and the new vision. A first discovery phase was led by Ixperi and some of our internal resources in order to identify UX issues and opportunities. This phase included user interviews, design reviews, and UX audit of the current product.

Then, a step of prioritization was done in order to define what topic to address first in the MVP and which one will be addressed later. Then, the phase of design began in order for the product team to start providing specs and designs to the dev team. Now, the dev started and we're closed to start the Beta phase with some testers.

The quality of the outputs and insights from the discovery phase was excellent. Then, the quality of the design and the specs were also great.

Also, all along the project Ixperi experience and level of quality were a real asset. Their ability to communicate with different people across the company and especially with developers was a significant advantage in order for us to create emulation around the product we were building. Also their capacity to adapt, identify the right methodology or else to be leaders and problem solvers were definitely helping us to build the best product we could

The workflow and the way of working were really easy to manage and put in place. Their mindset and methodology fitted the way we were working so everything was very smooth and natural. It was like we were working together for a while.

What is most impressive about Ixperi is there ability to provide new methodology, new tools, or new ideas at any step of the process. Their knowledge and skills enable them to adapt and identify a suitable UX strategy to build the right product.

We're really happy with the deliverables from their team. The UX/UI serves as the foundation for the platform we're now working to develop in house. We've tested it with several potential customers, and the feedback has been very good. Their work also perfectly reflects the vision we had at the start, helping us create a user-friendly and easy-to-navigate employee benefits platform.

The communication with the project manager was efficient, as they regularly updated us on the progress of the project. Our communication was mostly through email, and Slack, with occasional in-person meetings and phone calls. We were impressed with the timely delivery of the project and the project manager's proactivity in notifying us of any potential delays.

I was extremely impressed by their exceptional UI/UX skills, as they demonstrated expertise in all aspects, from conducting comprehensive research to executing designs flawlessly. Additionally, they displayed patience and a willingness to guide us through their process, enabling us to learn and understand the intricacies of their approach.

We were happy with the result of the project, Crave Bespoke Nutrition app was selected in 2022 as one of the most promising apps on the Appstore and we received additional support from appstore

They were on time, communicated great with the product manager, commercial team and we were happy with the timeline and the deliverables.

They were thorough in their research, their UX/UI skills were really impressive and they delivered everything on time and with zero friction between team members.

Everything was good on their end, I wish they had insisted more on a freemium subscription model, as now I realized we were too focused on having a paid subscription only strategy . They told us we should have it, but didn't push the idea enough.
