I work with iWebServices through Teamwork developing WordPress websites. I generally send them a scope of work in which they promptly review and respond with any questions.

A cost and timeline is developed and approved before project inception. iWebServices has always reviewed each project in detail and never misses the deadline.

I generally work with the CEO and Chief Consultant. He has been amazing to work with.

I have worked with iWebServices on a number of projects as stated earlier. While I cannot provide data metrics, I can confidently say that iWebServices has had a positive effect on my clients. I can say this because my clients have been extremely satisfied with the websites we've created for them and when it is time for a redesign, they always come back to us.

All of the communication I have done with iWebServices has been via Teamwork. iWebServices responds quickly and even responds during off-hours based on our timezone differences. This is one of the main reasons I have continued to work with iWebServices.

In a word communication. iWebServices continually sends updates throughout the project lifecycle. If we are falling behind on responses to questions, they continually follow-up. They are also very helpful with explaining technical tasks so our client can easily understand.

I'm the president and co-founder of a B2B job search management platform. Counselors use our platform to help individuals find employment. Our software is used by nine state contracts in the US and has been used in Canada.

We work directly with the founder of iWebServices who then assigns a variety of talent based on our sprint.

We've been able to build a very robust and complicated web application that has helped to retain customers and grow new clients. New feature requests come directly from our customers and iWebServices is able to rapidly accommodate our requests.

Our project management interaction has fluctuated over the years based on our needs and today we have weekly update calls.

We are very happy that iWebServices is able to provide niche talent rapidly based on our changing feature requirements.

Whenever an "issue" arises, we are able to have open communication to rectify it. Thankfully, nothing significant has come up in our tenure that would warrant a need for improvement.

I am the Creative Evolution Officer of a business services company based in Melbourne Australia and we provide streamlined services to companies that require solution-based results. Our team sells anything from real estate, maintenance and app development.

We had a developer that went rogue and left us with a half-built app and messed up code. We hired iWeb Services to get us out of trouble and to create our client's app from scratch with a tight deadline and make the whole process look seamless.

I required the app to output results on extremely complicated formulas for people to value diamonds. Make it operate seamlessly from the front end was extremely important due to the complexity of the formulas.

They were recommended to me by a friend. I interviewed them 3 times amongst others that I found on google and they gave me a high level of confidence that they understood the urgency of my situation and the scope of the works.

We gave WebI Services a bunch of jpeg images and they wireframed it quickly. We required additional wireframing to simplify the UX and basically let them get to work. They kept us in the loop frequently and managed our project through their project management system so I could always check-in. We would have some lengthy conversations about the formula but that was to be expected because it was hectic. We're talking at least 300 complex formulas. Then they delivered beautifully.

What was the team composition?

I was assigned a project manager with 5 resources working on Apple, Android, Windows and Web. I only spoke with the project manager and at times I was directly communicating with the developer via the project manager was translating tech language into basics.

The app was adopted by pawnbrokers quickly and used as a tool for buying diamonds. The app worked fast and seamlessly, it did exactly what my client required it to do.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was frequent but not unnecessary. Mainly for clarification and when they potentially saw issues they wanted to straighten up.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their speed and execution were incredible. I couldn't actually believe they pulled it off. They understood the scope of works and got straight into it. I didn't want to interrupt them because they were just making it happen.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can't say too much here. The team was impressive. At times during the process, I got frustrated but that was due to us getting to understand each other and I was under pressure. Looking back, it worked out amazingly! I can't thank them enough.
