Good360 US
ITG Commerce created the Magento 1 site for Good360 in 2013 and has been supporting it ever since. In 2020 with end of life for Magento 1, it was time to migrate to Magento 2, and to keep up with the latest technologies, G360 decided to do this with Magento’s brand new PWA Studio frontend.
The project started with an on site discovery at the Good360 HQ in Alexandria, Virginia, where we decided on technologies and planned out the timeline. Good360 became an early adopter of PWA Studio with Magento 2 Commerce, heavily using B2B features. Since he nonprofit business model is somewhat different from standard E-Commerce, we had to do quite some custom development as well.
The site is fully integrated with Netsuite, uses Guidestar and NCES through their API to validate nonprofits and Cybersource as a payment provider.
The result of the project is a state of the art B2B E-Commerce site using the latest technologies from the hosting on AWS, through the backend on the latest Magento 2 Commerce version, to the frontend built as a progressive web application (PWA).

Bauhaus Hungary
Bauhaus is the leading European retail chain offering products for home improvement, gardening, and DIY workshops. The name contains the German words bauen (to build) and Haus (house) and the franchise has over 250 locations throughout Europe.
Bauhaus Hungary had been on Magento 1 since 2015. ITG Commerce had been supporting and extending the site since then. For the Magento 2 implementation, we used all the knowledge collected throughout the support years to optimize the Magento flows for Magento and move out what didn’t belong to other systems.
Having 5 years of experience with the Magento 1 version, the goal for Magento 2 was to leverage as much as we can from Magento 2 Commerce out of box features and use as few 3rd party extensions and focus on long-term maintainability. We worked closely with the client to bring flows closer to the Magento logic and move features that are not tied strongly to a shopping cart to dedicated systems.
Our team implemented a standalone logistics software and mobile app for the warehouses, which directly communicates with Magento.
We implemented and customized Unirgy’s uMarketplace Suite for vendor dropshipping and the pick-up-from-store service of Bauhaus, which allows customers to order and pick products directly from individual stores. A major part of the project was the integration to their custom ERP system, Pimcore, Logistics, Marketing, and Accounting systems via enterprise-level connectors.

ModLi
ModLi is a modest fashion retailer and marketplace operating in multiple countries with hundreds of vendors and over 50k products. ModLi had been running on Magento 1 for 5 years when they came to ITG Commerce looking to improve low mobile conversion rates, CMS management, and site performance.
ModLi was looking for a flexible partner to complete the challenging project of creating a new webshop based on Magento’s PWA Studio. Being aware PWA Studio was still a work in progress we had to pioneer the effort in many ways.
The goal was to create a new, modern website, leveraging the latest technologies, providing a smooth user experience.
At the time we started the project, Magento’s PWA Studio was in an early stage of development so we had to take innovative steps to fill the gaps and find the best route to achieve the goals. On the way, we regularly consulted and shared our experiences with Magento’s PWA development team.
ModLi has a highly complicated product structure, with multi-color bundles created from multiple simple and configurable items, which makes indexing and admin updates complex and performance heavy operation. We developed our own performance package for PWA Studio leveraging ElasticSearch both for boosting indexing and GraphQl performance.
It was a crucial SEO challenge to provide indexable HTML content for search bots. In phase 1, we decided to use a third-party pre-rendering solution to generate HTML content for search bots.
The GTM implementation required firing several actions at various events of the single page application, such as user events, cart events, page view events and checkout – We developed a custom React component to handle GTM.
ModLi was one of the first implementations of multi-language and multi currency on top of PWA Studio – available in 100 countries and 9 different languages and currencies.

Emarsys Magento Extension
Emarsys has an internal Magento team, but needed a partner with deeper experience in both Magento 1 and Magento 2 to develop and support extensions and help their internal team with advice.
ITG Commerce developed both Magento 1 & 2 extensions for Emarsys. We continuously add new features and support the extensions for Emarsys and their clients. It is also ITG’s responsibility to keep the Magento 2 extension compatible with the latest Magento version. This extension is used by 1000s of Emarsys customers.
Our collaboration is phenomenal, we use Slack for quick communication and have occasional short meetings for developer brainstorming.

Good360 Australia
Back in 2015, when Good360 Australia brought the Circle of Good to the Australian market, ITG Commerce developed the platform for their needs. After several successful years operating on Magento 1 EE, Good360 Australia chose Magento 2 as their next-generation E-Commerce Platform and ITG Commerce as their implementation partner.
Fully integrated with Netsuite ERP, the Magento 2 platform provides Good360 Australia’s product donors and members a marketplace to deliver on the organisation’s mission. The platform was created so Schools and Not for Profit organisations could easily browse and choose the goods they need for their program services. Good360 Australia admins can make sure via a complex restriction system that donations are made available to these organisations in the best possible way. Organisations can createdynamic Impact Stories which are authentic and provide a snapshot of how the donated goods were used to help their community. These dynamic impact stories can be shared online.
ITG continues to enhance the E-Commerce experience for Good360’s product donors and members through our application support services and leading DevOps practice.

See Tickets US came to ITG Commerce with an ambitious plan to extend its ticketing platform, mobile applications and core API structure to better serve their rapidly expanding business in the United States.
After a comprehensive Discovery phase diving deep into the many aspects of the See Tickets US business operation, ITG developed a microservices solution involving Node.js on the backend, and a combination of React and Angular open-source solutions on the front end to extend the legacy .NET platform.
In addition, ITG developed a suite of iOS mobile box office applications for use at festivals and concerts. ITG continues to support and enhance the See Tickets US platform by providing a distributed team of dedicated ITG Commerce .NET developers.

Ezetera
As their preferred E-Commerce Solutions provider since 2014, Ezetera chose ITG Commerce to upgrade ezetera.com to Magento 2. The project’s main goal was to make the usually stressful purchase of school supplies an experience as smooth as possible. To achieve this, Ezetera communicates with several systems, including SAP and SUL, to be able to unify all concerned data and bring together all participants.
Ezetera.com is part of the GEA group and the largest on-line school supply company in Mexico. Due to the seasonality of the business, Ezetera is extremely busy during the back-to-school season which runs from June-August. This requires high-performance and high reliability along with dedicated support.
For 6 years, since 2017 on Magento 2, ITG Commerce has been providing round-the-clock support of both the Magento Platform and integrations as well as the infrastructure. Due to the high volume during the back to school season, every day is Black Friday and ITG continuously enhances and supports Ezetera through these periods.

Dockyard
Dockyard wasn’t satisfied with their solution provider, so they trusted ITG Commerce in 2018 with maintaining and improving their Magento 1 site and have trusted ITG as their solution provider ever since.
After creating a thorough code audit and identifying issues, first we moved Dockyard’s hosting to our unified AWS environment. We fixed many small problems and started working on new features after some time. One of the biggest challenges was their legacy ERP system and middleware developed by one of their earlier solution providers, which had been unsupported. After taking the initial corrective actions in order to enhance and maintain the systems connected to Magento, the site became more stable and now ITG continuously updates the site with new features.
The result of our work is a stable E-Commerce store, a satisfied client and many satisfied customers. Dockyard heavily relied on the online store during the pandemic, where the brick & mortar stores had to be closed for longer time periods.

Peakshop
After struggling with several solution providers, Peak Shop finally found ITG Commerce in 2019. They were looking for a certified Magento partner with hosting experience and with ITG they found what they were looking for and are satisfied clients since.
The cooperation started with a thorough code and hosting audit, where we identified several performance issues both in the code and with the infrastructure configuration. The underlying infrastructure was migrated into ITG’s unified environment. ITG now hosts the Magento multi-store site and several WordPress sites for Peak Shop. After stabilizing the site, Peak chose ITG to work closely with their Microsoft Dynamics partner on the integration of a new ERP system. Future plans include a migration to Magento Commerce Cloud.
After earning their trust quickly, we have a great & collaborative working relationship, with their in-house devs, marketing team and the CEO herself directly working together with our devs in Jira and on Slack. The store is highly performant and stable as we look forward to further projects with Peak.

Altnernergy
When Alternergy’s decided it was time to upgrade to Magento 2 they chose ITG Commerce to handle the migration, update the look and develop extra features.
In 2020 with end of life for Magento 1, it was time to migrate to Magento 2, and Alternergy upgraded in conjunction with rebranding. Alternergy is a B2B company, they and had used an Embedded ERP system. For this reason we had to migrate not only the basic Magento data structure to the new site, but also the data belonging to the ERP extension. As part of the Magento 2 project, ITG Commerce developed a quote system with the help of external modules.
The result is a website that has been renewed in design and background processes under the latest technology.

Mincer's
When Mincer’s decided it was time to upgrade to Magento 2 they chose ITG Commerce to handle the migration, update the look and feel and update their POS integration.
Mincer’s came to ITG Commerce to capitalize specifically on the University of Virginia and their national championship success in basketball and lacrosse. Never a better time to sell team merchandise than after your team wins it all 😉

TSYS payment extension
TSYS turned to ITG when it needed an experienced Magento solutions partner to build out Cayan Payment extensions for Magento versions 2.0 – 2.4. ITG provides ongoing application support for the Cayan Payment solution.

Mimera
Mimera came to ITG Commerce in 2016, to build a proof of concept first and than extend the website once orders are already flowing in. We started with 2 languages, and basic features, which have been continuously extended.
The company is based in Slovakia and is present throughout the European market. On launch the shop was available in English and German and has plans for additional languages soon. We have been working together since late 2016–the site was launched in Summer 2017 and continuously evolving since then.

Bay Alarm Medical
Bay Alarm Medical was already a Magento 1 client when they ordered a Magento 2 upgrade ahead of the June 2020 end of life deadline. The ITG team was tasked with creating the exact same look, feel and functionality on Magento 2 via a refactoring of the underlying logic – much of which had changed over the years on Magento 1. Additionally, ITG built an API connection to a middleware in support of the BAM mobile app.
We had to refactor the complicated product structure with conditional rules, when to automatically add bundle items to cart if one or more products are in the cart, which require other items to work. Or the same in the other direction, to remove products in specific use cases.
We had to solve the migration by pulling all the data from Salesforce while we had to optimize the number of API calls, because SalesForce charges per API call.
ITG also had to work together with third parties on the mobile app and the middleware, involving a lot of Slack communication and meetings for information and knowledge exchange.
The result is a better, more user friendly and more flexible admin interface for the custom product structure and a fast and stable API interface for the middleware/mobile application.

ITEGRATION is our essential partner in IT projects, and in basic IT operational tasks as well. They are fast, understanding, and a great help to our company. If we run bigger project, which are challanges for all companies who want to keep on the smooth operation in the meantime.
How did you select ITG Commerce and what were the deciding factors?
We selected them because I examined their partners. Usually it sais a lot, if a company has certain attached buyers. To say it most simple: Honest people do business only with honest people. This is so simple: check their partners. Are they good companies and people? This is how I choosed Itegration.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
We are having a system, which is coded by several programmers, and it has a past. Not easy to run a website with several attached system, if the provider do not know every aspect of it. Peakshop.hu has been running since 2005. So if the choosen partner, so here Itegration is able to run the site without bigger issues - they know their work.
How many resources from the ITG Commerce team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Depended on the certain issue's LEVEL, Itegration has contacted me on the CEO-s level, on the project management level and on the operational level as well, if it was neccessary. I think, this is a good way of customer care.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
- Smooth operation on the website. If any error appears, it is solved fastly, so Peakshop.hu does not loose customers. - Independent project management.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
This is the hardest with all of the partners and for all of the companies. For me, as a CEO we can say that it is the most difficult to find the right people onto the right position. At Itegration I do not see this kind of problem. Basically we work with the same Itegration collegues for years, and this makes these workflows much more efficient.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their people's loyality. If the people feel fine at a partner, that makes the company succesful.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Monthly reports are important for keeping the trusts between the partners. As we are both in the same boat - these reports should be made from this viewpoint - we are connected.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the product manager of an e-commerce cloud communication platform for B2C segments. My product revolves around plugins and the synchronization of data between the e-commerce platform and our company. That way, our customers don’t have to develop an extra connection and external data transfers.
What challenge were you trying to address with Itegration?
We needed consultation and help with our Magento plugin.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They are consulting and helping us develop and improve the Magento extensions. Magento is a rather complex platform and there aren’t that many specialists available. Itegration is experienced in this area. In our ongoing relationship, we're addressing concrete challenges like improving our connector, bettering our plugin, developing, and creating new features.
The original task was to build the Magento plugin. There are components that we own and built, but there are also components that we're collaborating on based on ad hoc needs. For instance, we were improving our plugin in order to synchronize more data from Magento to our company.
When our clients wanted to collect information about favorite brands, colors, or songs that they used for personalization and segmentation of their marketing messaging, it was impossible. Itegration helped us build this to improve the connector that allows our clients more flexibility.
What is the team composition?
We have a long-term contract with them that allows us about 20 hours per month. It can be less or more than that depending on our needs. Tamás (Lead Developer, Itegration) is our main technical contact. There are 3-4 other resources working on the plugin.
How did you come to work with Itegration?
I wasn’t involved in the process of starting cooperation with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together at the beginning of 2018, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We see the value they add to our business. The quality of their work is really good. They really understand the topic, technology, and industry. The team turns around tasks quickly, offering solutions on tight deadlines. It’s all been positive.
How did Itegration perform from a project management standpoint?
We’re satisfied with their agile approach. They work in our office once per month, which helps us further collaborate. During that time, we can raise any questions or issues we have. They’re very responsive. Not ever waiting until the last minute, they provide timely consulting assistance.

They're a smaller company, and I enjoy being familiar with the whole team. We can reach them anytime. They’re emphatic and passionate about their work. At this point, we genuinely know each other and can collaborate easily.

We sell outdoor and streatwear products from premium category brands in 22 offline and 7 online stores in Hungary and Romania. Founded in 1996, we have 89 emloyees. I am the head of the webshop department.

We were looking for a good web developement company for some time, and tried out some companies, but didn’t work out in the end and finally we found Itegration. They provide web developement and devops work for us in a professional manner.
What were your goals for this project?
It’s an ongoing project, they make sure that our websites are stable and working perfectly, on the other hand we have a lot of new business ideas and new technologies we want to implement. They make those happen.
How did you select this vendor?
I knew one of the developers working for the company, and I knew he was really good, it begun from there. In that time we really wanted to leave our previous developement company, and after some failed attempts with others we were looking for a professional company with highly talented developers.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
At the beginning our websites weren’t stable and were slow, they fixed and optimised it really fast, so our biggest problems were fixed in matter of days. In the next couple of weeks we fixed all the actual problems and after that focused on implementing new features. They installed and set up some general moduls and they planned a lot of new and unique features.
What was the team composition?
There is a product owner for us who is the head of product delivery at the company, he is with us from the beginning. We work with 4-5 backend, 1-2 frontend developers, 2-3 testers, and 1 devops/IT guy. We have a good communication and we usually talk directly with the developers, so there is no confusion, and the task are done fast.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We had big issues with stability and page speed for about 2-3 years before 2018, and the previous developement companies we worked with couldn’t provide a solution. With Itegration last summer, after optimasing the websites for ~10 hours, our load times nearly halved, and after a couple of days our website was stable and running always smooth. We ha a lot of smaller and some bigger jobs for them, they always performed with great profession and really fast, i can say their development speed is at least 2-3 times faster then our previous developement companies.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The project management is great, they really adapt to their customers' needs. I like to communicate directly with the developers to make sure the tasks are clear and there isn’t any miscommunication. We use Jira and Slack.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive about the company is the attitude towards the work and their clients, the professionalism in development and the flexibility.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There is nothing right now I can really think of.
