CHI Software is a software development service provider operating in the global IT market for 16 years. The company has five development centers in Eastern Europe and five more representatives in the USA, Western Europe, and Asia. CHI Software has a large pool of developers, over 600 specialists work in the company today. I’m a Project Manager at CHI Software, so I manage clients’ projects and cooperate with our development team and software development vendors when we lack in-house resources for our projects.

We were looking for partners with expertise in Magento to help us deliver an e-commerce solution for our project with all the requirements.

And then they’re porting our entire site along with its functionalities and interface to the newest version of Magento, and serve as our main front- and backend development resource for new features and functionality. Apart from that, they do Software Testing for our products and make further improvements by implementing new features.

Our main point of contact was the Project Manager. There were also 3 Front-end developers and 1 QA expert.

They provide great delivering multiple requirements successfully while consistently meeting our expectations.

It was great because we talked with the Project Manager on a daily basis to make sure our milestones were being met and to go over additional features we wanted. Their project management was top-notch. They got things done very well and on time. As for communication tools, we were using Slack and Microsoft teams for internal and external communications.

First off, the team was very responsive to our requests and needs. Their overall knowledge, understanding, and commercial experience with Magento eCommerce CMS are impressive.

Not really; they were skilled in all aspects of Magento, Ecommerce, etc., and could handle it all.

Comfortable and operative communication and knowledge of the scrum process. The developers also helped several times other less experienced developers to set up the environment and performed quick and efficient knowledge transfer. Fluent English skills and diligence are also to be mentioned.

Reach experience and technical expertise. Their reliability, flexibility, and readiness to help are amazing.

I'm working at an IT consulting company as the head of business development. I'm managing the email development manager for working on selling custom development projects, as well as maintaining partnerships with other companies like IT delight.

They are experts in Magento.

We had an exceptionally complex Commerce Cloud project that we were called on to customize and integrate with our client's IT operations systems.

The project was one of the more challenging situations we've faced in systems integration, due to various architectural factors and multiple previous teams working on the project before we were involved.

Our colleagues at IT Delight jumped on the task and immediately started making improvements and progress. Their team worked hand-in-hand with our internal resources and did an amazing job in a relatively short period of time.

The technical complexity of the installation was not a problem for them, and the developers assigned to us were very experienced and efficient. Communication was easy, as everyone there spoke excellent English and made themselves available to us in our time zone.

The project was a complete success. All of our goals were met, our schedule and budget were respected, and all work was done to a very high standard.

Dasha was exceptionally competent at understanding and organizing work. This helped me immensely and saved a considerable amount of time for us.

We started off using Jira and then moved to Teamwork for our task management. We didn't have any problems with communication.

When someone had a question, they asked, and if a task was going to be delayed for a technical or other reason, they were always very transparent about it. All communication was in English, which everyone there spoke fluently.

We were consistently impressed with their professionalism, and with the fact they took our project's success seriously. This wasn't just a paycheque for them.

We made a single alignment workshop with the team and it turned to be enough for them to start. With our API documention, they have been able to create a Magento Extension that was perfectly aligned with our Prestashop reference within the agreed timeline. They explained us clearly what were the differences between the two platforms and what adaptations were necessary accordingly.

We have been assigned one developer who has been fully dedicated to us during the project timeline. She has proven to be talented , efficient and super reactive. I've been constantly liaising with a project manager similarly reactive too!
