We first met with the CEO in Kiev. We made a deal on the same day. Our cooperation was carried out according to all rules of a decent service. I relied on the company and made sure that good and honest people would help to implement any project in the right way. I’ve been working in this area for a long time, so I don’t trust hollow promises. The recommendation of a close friend was very helpful.

Our response time to incoming applications decreased dramatically and we became the fastest group. Rapid deployment helped us reach a new level. The decent resource we're using now is thanks to IT Master Soft . The assigned tasks were completed at the high level, and the investments were worth it. We continue to work on architecture and engineering.

A working environment that reflected all aspects of the process allowed us to control the work of each department. Constant calls helped make changes and adjust the created online tasks.

App development is a huge project that takes a lot of effort. I choose honesty so that the problems that arise don’t cause serious inconvenience. IT Master Soft senior executives have maintained my trust by providing the right information at all times. It is difficult to be a remote customer, but cooperation with IT Master Soft made me forget about it.

An appointment of a random manager will never bring the desired result. I need to know who I am working with and who will be responsible for completing my tasks. Compliance with the client's standards is the key to success.

The professional manager did her job perfectly. She explained how the implementation of the functionality is carried out, how many options there will be in the future application.

Everything that the specialist told me once again proved that my choice was correct. The software's widgets are easy to use and have a logical structure. Users will be able to familiarize themselves with them after logging into the application. The team has developed functionality that allows you to contact doctors personally and communicate with them via video link, regardless of the used gadget. IT Master Soft has developed a chat for patients that works at any time of the day.

Another option of the program is to view the records of communication with your doctor online, as well as their recommendations and methods of treatment. After the release of the final version of the app, customers were satisfied with the developed software and left many reviews. Patients who previously could not see a doctor are currently receiving the needed treatment within a few minutes after talking with a doctor.

We have a score in the top 10% of Google PageSpeed Insights. We just launched, and we are still applying the final touches, so we haven’t really put it into a live environment yet. From what I have seen, I don’t think there will be any problems attracting visitors to the site.

They do use project management tools within the organization, but our conversations were done via online chat. I didn’t have to go through any online system to submit tickets when I wanted to change something. I prefer to have a person-to-person conversation. We used Telegram to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were quickly able to understand our requirements and get to work. It was easy communication with them. I had daily conversations with the project manager to go over things. I didn’t have to spend a lot of time preparing the technical requirements for this project, and they helped me a lot with ironing out the details.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t really point to anything where they can improve. They have done great work, and there wasn’t anything that I wasn’t happy with. They are reactive and fast, and they have good technical skills. I have had quite a pleasant experience with them.

Don’t be afraid to focus on the key strengths and give the projects you want to be delivered to people like them, especially if you want to save on cost and have more time to focus on your clients and your business. 

Don’t be afraid to work with an overseas company, especially in Ukraine. They are excellent and have good technical skills.

We worked with the programmers and had the best experience with them because they performed very well and in a timely manner. IT Master Soft was a little more expensive than other programmers, but they were very good so we were willing to pay for quality.

The payment methods weren’t always convenient. We had to think of other ways to do it as it was impossible to just pay with a credit card or make a transfer through a payment system. There wasn’t enough flexibility in payment methods; however, it was justified by the good, timely work they did.

I needed to implement a prototype to demonstrate to investors and clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I wanted a working prototype app that could function on a mobile device. It was intended to demonstrate the app’s direction and act as a proof of concept. The final product is a location-based marketing app that shows users the latest deals and products within any brick and mortar shop they’re located within. I started with designs, screens, and a concept, but really needed a working prototype. From there, they started from scratch. We started in July 2018, and it was completed within that month. We’re still adding more features and functionalities as needed, so the project is ongoing.

The achieved our milestones on time and kept to the agreed budget. When the budget started creeping up to our upper limit, they were responsive in curbing the services a little bit. There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning of the development, but they figured out our vision relatively quickly and provided us with what we needed.

We had regular weekly standups across the months we were working most closely. Even now, we catch up on Fridays via Skype. While I can reach the whole team if needed, I always had a project manager assigned to the project. I thought it was useful to have one. We used Trello to manage the project.

They’re self-starters and don’t require me to explain every step of the development. Generally, they solve issues on their own. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

When a new developer comes in, there are some challenges with onboarding. So, they could probably work a little bit on passing knowledge to newer teammates. I can’t be super critical, though.

Agree to the level of engagement and budget beforehand. We didn’t have a clear scope. Set up Trello as soon as possible to monitor the project in real-time.

We were pleased with high-quality services, the rapid release of the development to production and compliance with the established deadlines.
