BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm founder of SOO Media and we are real estate marketing company with over 150 employees around the world. We supply presentation for all companies that are involved in real estate.

For what projects/services did your company hire IT Engine, and what were your goals?

We were not happy with some of our inhouse developers and we were looking for a reliable company that was 1) willing to work in legacy code and second in a company that is thinking with us and not only just executing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them trough a referral that was working with them for quite some time

They helped the development from our portal and a very important part was upgrading it to the current versions.

Along the way we had three different front end devs and 1 backend (full stack)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

not really, we have every two weeks a sprint meeting where we discuss the priorities from the past two weeks and plan out the next two weeks. the priorities discussed were met every sprint :-)

They adapted our project managent style.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication was great. by far communication, even from its owner towards us as a relative small client.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

nope!
