Their project management skills are at the top level! There are 2 project managers: 

1. Anastasia for our SEO part of the project. 
2. Yuriy for our PPC campaigns. Their time management is incredible. Their level of deep understanding of our needs is also very high. They guided me through all their processes, gave advices and many others thing that impressed a lot.

 Project Managers always send reports on time, we have weekly meeting and monthly retrospective ones. There were no delays at all.

1. They have unfinished in-house project management software and it would be perfect fully work there with them and give feedback on some specific tasks. 
2. Also, as for PPC, maybe they need to improve their creative mindset a little. Both these things are not critical at all.

The contractor generated basic requirements for the website systems to finalize them in the directions of SEO etc. We improved positions in search results for key brands. In particular, for 5 brands we reached leading positions in Ukraine in Google search.

In the direction of pay-per-click we have significantly increased in sales. In 2023, the share of the online store in sales of Chudo Ostrov chain stores amounted to more than 10%. Despite the difficult economic situation and war in Ukraine, the share and sales continue to grow.
